My husband and I stayed here for 6 days and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Our room was clean and fresh, housekeeping came daily to replenish the bar and the linens and clean the room.
Everyone of the staff members were extremely friendly and accommodating from the time we walked in until the time we left the resort. Dolores & Yomira were awesome receptionists! They made sure we had what we needed during our stay and they were always welcoming and friendly!

The hotel is in a beautiful location, the beach and the pool are lovely. However, my favorite part is the drinks, which are delicious from every bar, and the people!! Every employee we met was friendly, and more so, the bartenders and the pop people. They keep the party going and encourage you to join in the fun. I especially enjoyed Sopita down by the pool, and the bartenders in the lobby and the beach. Everyone here makes you feel like family!

I was gracious by giving the resort two stars when I checked out. I wonder if the resort paid or gave extra perks to guests for giving a 5 stars rating on their website. Because there is no way this resort should be receiving 5 stars from guests.

However, the resort landscaping were beautiful. The room was just okay. The shower/tub were unsafe. The tub was too high to safely step in even with the provided step stool. The room smelled like mildew, the power went out on two of my days there, the cockroaches unacceptable.

The food were DISGUSTINGLY!!!! It was the same food every day (COLD, UNDONE, and BLAND). The drinks at the bar, watered down. The chef/cook staff need to be retrained and take cooking classes. I saw one of the staff sneak eating the food while I was in line. At least his coworker told him don’t do that. The food was the worst food I tasted from an all inclusive restaurant I’ve been to. 🤮

The pools were nice, but they didn’t have music playing the whole time.

The shuttle service to the different resorts should be more frequently. The nights I took them, I waited over twenty minutes trying to get one to take me to the other resorts and take me back to my resort. On one occasion, me and family had to walk.

The people that gave five stars are telling a lie. The hotel need to be remodeled. If you want to lose weight, stay here.

After reading some of the past reviews, I see the managements didn’t make any changes to the complaints that the guests were complaining about.

We've had the best stay at The Grand Palladium! The food, drinks and staff are amazing! Everyone is very helpful and couldn't do enough for you. Would 100% recommend. Look out for the entertainment staff around the pool, Chocolate & his team are fantastic entertainers. Lots of options to join in different activities all day and lots of fun! Jose Luis is one of the waiting staff around the pool, very friendly and helpful! Thank you for making our stay the best! 5 stars!! :)

My time here has been because of Kim, angel, eddy, Nathanael, Luiyi (Mexican restaurant) and everyone. I have never been here before but I am the happiest I have ever been this year by being here. I really don’t want to leave but this experience has motivated me to try to learn more Spanish and more about this culture. The rooms were amazing and it felt like I was in a palace. This place has the best serve but someone restaurants lacked on the serve but other people listed at the top made a come back. I love how welcoming people are here. Kim made my experience more amazing with her skills of dancing and understanding and being so welcoming. She is the best and she should definitely get paid more. One thing I recommend is playing more music throughout the day at the pool. And also the parties need to be better because it’s mostly American music but it should be more of Spanish music and it should be all night. And the clubs should be open too. Thank you all for your service and see you soon

The hotel is nice, people here are very friendly and inclusive. If you are part of the travel club you can go to a members only private beach and it feels like your own beach because barely anyone is there. At the pool, Willy, the bartender would save our seats for us so no matter what time of day we arrived we would have seats right by the pool in the shade. He also made sure to always have a drink in hand as well.
Edde Murphy and Carolina always made sure to ask you to join the games and the dancing. Their attitudes were always have friendly and inclusive towards everyone.

The resort has potential; there appears to be preference with the guest, I had no trouble but people that were with me did ask the spoke Spanish and not English. Giving it 3 stars because the room had a few things that were consistently a headache throughout the stay and guest service was not as efficient. Making reservations to the restaurants was a nightmare as according to the guest service there were no reservations available upon arrival. The pool only has music for a couple hours and the. It’s quiet and smoking is allowed which is unpleasant for people that do not; perhaps the hotel should considering having music at the pool, a designated smoking areas in the pool and retrain their staff and or have refreshers around treating all guest equally regardless of their skin color or native language.

It was so relaxing, clean, great staff. I truly enjoyed every moment. Jessica and Brigida was so helpful thank you. I will come here again. Also love how safe I felt especially during Covid. Just one thing I have to say i would recommend some music on the pool side. Overall thank you

The hotel is so beautiful with tons of greenery and fountains. The beach is perfect and has plenty of chairs to relax in. The service is great and the staff make interactions very fun. The pools are so pretty and service is constant your drink never gets empty! Tons of chairs at the pool with some in the sun and others under super cute umbrellas so you can choose the amount of sun. Never seen this at a resort but here they have chairs build into the shallow end of the pools where you can be slightly splashed with cool water while still reading a book. There are still plenty of food options and all have been beyond delicious. Would highly recommend!

I've been to this restaurant before during my last stay in 2014 where we ate here almost daily but during this stay it seems this restaurant has gone downhill. Service was poorly reluctant as whenever I asked for something the waitress either didn't want to get it (passion fruit juice) or they were out of it (habichuelas). What I was able to nag into getting was pretty tasty though. Especially since the resort food was horrible.

BEST restaurant that we visited while there. We went here a few times! You get a free appetizer with every meal and the meals....are phenomenal!!!! They give you so much too! Highly recommend! $10 fresh fish dishes - For the two of us it was always around $20-25. The people that work there are the kindest too! Each and everyone of them! Everyone has a hard time speaking English ANYWHERE you go in Punta Cana. But they made an effort - and the menus are translated into English for you.
