They ensured me and my wife were always happy. Great people with great positive attitudes everyday.
Some constructive feedback- the service at the buffet and restaurants was not great - simple things like filling our water or bringing us coffee seemed like an ongoing challenge but Eventually we did get what we had asked for.
Also on the first few days, it was challenging to get any beach towels. This was due primarily to some guests taking 3-4 towels each which seems rather excessive. While I don’t blame the hotel for guest behaviour, I do think they could implement a better system to avoid this.
Overall our stay was great and we would consider staying at this resort again in the future.
