The resort was beautiful and very clean. I don't feel I capitalized on all they had to offer. There was so much to do on the resort and it was very secure. It required everyone to check in at the gate via security. My only complaint is that I did not enjoy the food.

Good afternoon this is my second time here and it wasn’t what I expected . We traveled a group of 7 celebrating a birthday and we rented 3 rooms. The room were extremely humid , there wasn’t hot water . In one of the other room the light fixtures had mold on them we called and they realized they needed to be changed . Poor customer service

The food was really not good. The hotel finishes are very nice but the whole place had the best odd smell combined with mustiness in the room. It was a weird cleaner or fragrance. Also the drinks were not great either.

I loved my stay here, only thing I would say is how room service does not come unless you ask for it, and the fact that there are no swim up bars! I did not realize how important this part would be! Besides that, me and my partner really enjoyed our stay!

The property is beautiful but the staff at reception were terrible and rude. Horrible start to our trip. They all seemed miserable and didn’t care at all about the guest experience. Acted as if checking us in was a chore

10/10 Experience! Staff were excellent every single person on this resort is extremely friendly so accommodating! The staff really is what made this trip a 10/10! Clean rooms beautiful hotel grounds beach was great soo many pools ! Recommend getting the app to make requests on every request was granted very quickly ! Would 1000% go back !

Everything was amazing! The food was delicious, the rooms were kept very clean and the best part was the staff. They were so kind and welcoming. I have never had service as great as it was here at LOPESAN. We would absolutely go back and highly recommend this resort.

Had a fantastic stay! The resort and upkeep of the grounds was so impressive, just an absolutely beautiful spot.
The food was decent, not unbelievable, but totally fine. Service was great as well.
Got lots of use out of the coffee shop, gym, and split time between the beach and pools. Lots to keep busy, which was inportant to me.
My wife and I didn’t understand some of the negative reviews, because we can’t say enough good things about Lopesan.
