As soon as we arrived we were greated by our concierge Dio who went above and beyond all week. The grounds were gorgeous and the beach was perfect. Our room was so pretty and was on the beach which was what I wanted
Room service was a nice feature which we used for breakfast. The food was amazing! The complementary horseback riding was also really enjoyable. We dealt with 2 different people named Juan Carlos who were both awesome
Such an amazing stay at Zoetry PC. There was so much attention to detail from the staff, amenities, and ambiance. I recommend this place for anyone who wants a boutique atmosphere. There is no music or party vibes
It's a peaceful oasis that has a very 1-on-1 environment. The food quality is outstanding for an all-inclusive resort. No buffets or food sitting under hot lamps. Every single dish is prepared fresh for you
You can make special requests & substitutions that are welcomed by the staff. The bartenders will make you specialty cocktails or recreate your favorite drink. This is not a cookie-cutter resort
Top dinner cuisines in order. Caribbean, Mexican, Asian fusion, steakhouse, Italian. Didn't get to try Mediterranean

The beach service could be better (can be quite slow at times) and the entrance to the sea is quite rocky (enter with care)
All in all, a nice relaxing break! Thank you
We recently spent a luxurious week at Tortuga Bay Puntacana resort. It was magical! The grounds were stunning and impeccably maintained, the accommodations were amazing. spacious, immaculately clean and very comfortable
We went to a baseball game in La Romana which you can book with Punta Cana Tours (season is Nov. We have already booked out November 2026 return to celebrate our 20th year of coming to this special place
This was one of the loveliest beach properties I have ever stayed and feels like a private island once you are on property
We spent our days relaxing at the beach, golfing Punta Cana's premier courses like Corales and La Cana and biking throughout the expansive resort. We played tennis and pickle and explored the resort's nature reserve
Just stayed 5 nights at the Tortuga Bay Puntacana Hotel and enjoyed every minute of it. The hotel is a little paradise with endless beaches, golf courses, a natural reserve and a fantastic restaurant

The room was a true delight - cozy, clean, and very pleasant indeed!
I was thoroughly impressed with the breakfast spread - the food was delicious and the atmosphere was cozy and inviting
A fantastic hotel and very reasonably priced, we opted for the bed and breakfast option as we prefer to venture out and explore the local areas, but you could also opt for the all inclusive option should you wish to do so, the swimming pool area is clean with lots of seating areas and sunloungers, the pool has a shallow end and a deep end so it's good for children and adults alike, the staff are friendly...
What a lovely place, filled with beautiful gardens and refreshingly clean air! This gets my highest recommendation - I'm thoroughly invested in spreading the word
MT HOTEL, thank you for going above and beyond to make our experience truly unforgettable and relaxing
Staff very friendly. Nice rooms. Great assortment at breakfast buffet. Highly recommend
The rooms were spotless, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed

Nightly entertainment was good! The beach was also good! The only complaint being how much they hussle you there. You basically need to go with a roll of bills to be comfortable
Staff very good the food average quite bland on most of & but overall very A okay resort for prices. Quite close to nice Bavaro Beach
The toilet seat was loose, and there were exposed wires sticking out of the wall. At breakfast, the only coffee available was from a machine, which didn't taste very good at all
The resort itself was nice, they close the pools at 8 pm though so that kind of ******. Plus they cut off drinks and snacks, etc
Nice beach but you have to walk through another hotel to get there. Staff are very nice!!
Food was not good at all. Bedroom was okay but there was a leak in the bathroom roof.
We specifically booked this hotel for one night because of the rooftop pool shown as the main photo online. It was the primary reason for choosing this property

We’re just at the end of a two week vacation and have had a great time. William and his team are absolutely brilliant. William runs the pool bar and gave us a warm welcome and always greeted us with a smile
We felt extremely comfortable and welcome during our stay. We booked TRS Turquesa, and even though we were staying there, we came to this hotel every single evening for 10 days to enjoy drinks at the bar and the music
They fulfilled every wish we had and shared wonderful moments with us — listening to music together, celebrating, laughing, and simply enjoying the great atmosphere
William and Rosa and Larry and everyone at the pool bar will make you feel like family. William remembered our names, our drinks and really made us feel like we had a friend to see everyday
Staff were friendly for the most part. Most spoke a decent amount of English. Beach was gorgeous, property was clean
I had Mayeli personally attend me she was on top of everything such and amazing friendly person she made sure me and my guest had a great time very helpful with recommendations for food and activities around the area and helped so much i give her 5 stars and 10/10 loved her

Everything you can possible want from a vacation is at your finger tips from greenery, pools, beaches, shopping, entertainment and restaurants
We really enjoyed our stay at TRS Turquesa. Some of the highlights were the ocean, the pools, and the service. The rooms were acceptable, but had some quirky features or needed minor maintenance
The Las Torres buffet was a really. The sit down à la carte restaurants were hit or miss. My two favorites were Kusko and Bhogali
Our Butler, Jean, and Steven at the building 58 pool bar, both provided extraordinary service, were polite, and always had a smile
This is our second time at Trs in 2 years and we absolutely loved it. The beach is amazing, the rooms are super nice, the food options are great but the service is the best part. All the staff is very nice and welcoming
We tried Helios by the beach, Kusko which serves Japanese and Peruvian fusion cuisine, La Boheme which offers beautiful French dishes, Capricho for international options, and El Dorado Steak House in the adjoining Palladium area

Entertainment crew is super friendly and very engaging. Spicy, Maria, Jeffery, yarlis, and myrobi, made are stay great and always kept
Us entertained pool side
The only warning I will give: There are men walking around this resort (the beach and pool areas especially) and are trying to sell you excursions - they will try be overly nice to you and then try to pressure you into booking and paying for an excursion, you have to be prepared to say “no thank you” MANY times (if you are not interested)
Leonel was an amazing hotel animator! Always smiling, full of positive energy, and incredibly engaging with guests. He made every activity fun and made everyone feel included
Before I come to this resort my favourite cocktail is espresso martini but now I think I’m addicted to those alcohol infused coffee with whipped cream on top! Also, all the desserts in this hotel are delicious, I loved it :)
Really recommend this resort to anyone who wants to spend a happy vacation in the Caribbean region
Younger omelette cook with notched eyebrows is the hardest worker I have ever seen and was always so polite to me. On the boom scale I give it 5 big booms💪
Great experience at Serenade this week. The food was better than we expected (highly recommend the sushi!), the drinks were good (especially the main bar in the lobby!) the pools were great, and the beach was beautiful

Pool hours should be extended to at least 9:00 pm
Beach peddlers and their hasslers trying to sell something every step I took when my goal was to relax on vacation. Pros: They had working elevators. There were working water refill stations throughout the resort
The staff was friendly despite language barrier. Easy access to beach location. Special shout out to Andre outside the Disco at the bar for providing top notch service
It's our second stay in the property and we loved every second of it. Stuff is always ready to help with a genuine smile on their faces.
Such a beautiful gorgeous and tropical place to enjoy with family and friends safe and fun.
Our 3rd time in this hotel and we don't have any reason to try another place

With only a 4 minute walk to the beach in one direction and several restaurants and bars in the other direction. We will definitely stay at the hotel again and would recommend it to anyone visiting Punta Cana
It is less than a five minute walk to the beach, and there are plenty of great stores and food options nearby. Overall, it was a convenient, comfortable place to stay and I would definitely stay here again
We had an amazing stay at this hotel! It's perfectly located just a short walk from the beach, which was super convenient for us
I’ve seen other reviews mention that there’s a swimming pool but the reception staff told me there isn’t one? Overall cheap price and you get a fairly good standard for what you’re paying for
Excellent services, beach, supermarkets and restaurant nearby, super clean, and the attentions of its employees very good, mainly Mr. Rafael de la Cruz, very attentive at all times
The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, and the hotel overall had a fresh and clean feel. The staff was welcoming and helpful, making us feel right at home. Thank you for offering to us a great stay 😊

It’s a great surfing beach where you can take beginners lessons or go to the more advanced side with sizable waves. Highly recommend staying here for a more peaceful all inclusive than the mega resorts
The beach the house is on is gorgeous and has a great 20ish minute walk to the end where there are caves you can wade out to
Beautiful beach. More secluded. Big waves.
Got a free upgrade because we were the only ones there for the back half of our trip. Not a ton of food options but everything was good. Staff was very nice and accommodating
You are steps away from the beach or you can choose to relax poolside. This truly was what we needed
They have bottled water and bagged ice available whenever you need it. Great for a quick romantic getaway

Traveled to Punta Cana mid February. The weather was great, ocean clean and warm. Not so many seaweeds, and our beach area was always cleaned.
There was no hot water, apparently they were renovating something. The water in the pool was cloudy with rust. The breakfast was disgusting 🤮 The only positive is the low price
property put a little bit wrong location. with is ok for Dominican Republic). It is not so close to the beach as on the map. it is 30 min walking or 8 min drive which is not bad
The beach is impossible to get to. There are huge hotels on the road that don't allow people to cross their property. I had to walk halfway around town or take a taxi
Decent for the price
If you want to stay somewhat near the beach but not pay for a big resort, it's a decent place
staff is good , location is the best for night life which is I was looking for. Probably this place not for the family or individual who looking for luxury stay

Feels lime after renovation! Both room and decor was fresh and brand new. Pool view is amazing! Beach is just few steps and they show you personal umbrella and loungers
The pool is great, short walk to beautiful beach. No hot water on the island
There are 4 bars on the beach, so many options for drinks and food. In resort territory there are 5 restaurants but better options if walkin the town. I can recommend Trebol restaurant
Great place to visit. Go to the waterfalls and make sure you take the horse. It's a heck of a walk. Up and down hills
There was no facility to put soap or shampoo in the bathroom, the battery in the TV remote control ended its life and emitted acid, the sink's tap in the bathroom was out of order, it was stuck on very hot water, without pissibility to adjust the temperature of the water
Big apartment but empty with some rooms that are not even finished. Comfortable beds.
Big kitchen but not even a single tea or coffee bag.
Lot of noise from the outside and some windows cant be closed fully.

The animation is very good, prizes are given for participating in competitions. Friendly, funny and kind animators, I especially liked Keila. Night show is worthy and interesting
Good food
Good bar service
Terrible reception service
Great resort! Good value. Lots to do while you are there. Beach is beautiful. Pool is great. All the bartenders are amazing, talented and attentive.
The private beach was a dream – complete with day beds, crystal-clear water, and plenty of space to relax. The pools were stunning too – perfect for both families and adults looking to unwind
A small heads-up: the hotel is a bit far from the airport and the city center. We had a rental car, so it wasn't an issue for us, but I didn’t see a shuttle service offered, which could be inconvenient for some guests
Whether you're craving international cuisine or local flavors, the options are endless and delicious. The in-house entertainment was top-notch, with plenty of activities and shows every day and night

Great friendly people, food was great, the entertainment was great. Our excursions that they offered (for an extra cost) were out of this world fantastic. Swimming with dolphins taking ATVs all over the country side
I would not consider this an English-friendly resort. Most workers do not know any English, this includes service staff and even security officers. This made ordering, checking in, and generally asking for help difficult
Being able to also use the Iberostar Waves Dominicana (Iberostar's other resort) made this vacation even better. It was nice being able to use their facility as well (pools, bars, restaurants, nightly entertainment, etc
We have a terrace room, and the lounger is one of the best spots to relax with a bit of privacy. The pools and grounds are very well kept
Pools were wonderful but could have been a bit warmer (ocean was actually warmer than the pools). The beach was great for long walks
The grounds are beautiful as well as the beach. They do a wonderful job at keeping the beach clean which is very evident walking on the beach past the Iberostar and seeing how the other resorts keep their beaches

The rooms are beautiful and very clean spot on and the pool is amazing with pool bars absolutely awesome!. Even has fridge with pop and water included and enough hangers to hang our shirts on
The apartment has all for good standing, is close to the arena Blanca beach, the beautiful landscapes
Excellent place to stay, quite area, beautiful and ample apartments.
A+ attention by the staff members.
It was a pleasant stay. The apartment was comfortable and the people in charge are nice and diligent.
Excelent place to stay, good price and all clean and safe.
Very spacious rooms. Be ready for humidity its an Island.

It’s only 4 mins walking from the beach. The hosts are nice and the place is very clean. Yes, it’s more quiet and has more rules compared to backpacker hostels, but it’s good if you don’t like noisy and messy hostels
If you are looking to party or have a luxurious vacay this is not the spot, but if you want to meet great people from all around and relax on the beach and get some good sleep, it’s great
You can easily access to the beach and restuarant or market to buy groceries
A special thanks to Andrey & Valentina, who was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. I highly recommend Hostel Gava and will definitely return for my next vacation!
I had one of the best experiences during my stay at Hostel Gava in Punta Cana. The place was clean, calm, and respectful, making it a perfect spot for a relaxing vacation
When other arrangements fell through they allowed us to come on short notice as well as another guest. It is a small quieter hostel (which I loved)

The food is incredibly great both in the buffet and the specialty restaurants, and you do not have to make a reservation except for Fusion. The entertainment at night in the open area is different every night
We moved about between pools during the days and always found somewhere to setup. Overall had a great time and would love to come back again
View of coconut trees and some flowers, but faced the service road where the workers travel and many trucks and delivery vehicles. The staff was 50/50 in terms of service
Beautiful pools , plants and great restaurants. Beach was great with plenty of things to do. Great entertainment every night along with pool parties and DJ during the day. Minimal kids staying while we were here
Wet walkways, narrow paths to navigate the pool area by the beach, long lines at dinner time, rowdy Spring breakers, all made me feel a bit overwhelmed (I’m 75)
If your thinking of staying at secrets next door it is very big and open and for a much older crowd. People 65 plus sleeping and snoring by the pool without the music and pool fun atmosphere
