The food is outstanding, the facilities and the staff are phenomenal and the setting is lovely. Transportation to and from the beach, where you have dedicated bar facilities as well as food. The facilities are somewhat old, and the rooms are generally quite average, not worth the price. Breakfast is decent, and the receptionists are generally helpful. There seems to be a gym nearby. Overall, I'd give it a 7 out of 10.

Plenty of food, and a fantastic location.

The breakfast was delicious, the location was convenient with many restaurants nearby, the room was very quiet, and there was parking available. It's about a 30-minute taxi ride to the airport. The most beautiful part was the Caribbean coast; its grandeur and beauty are indescribable. A very satisfying business trip.

Amazing hospitality all around! The only issue was the lounge on the 8th floor—it seemed understaffed and focused mainly on serving large groups. I had to get up and seek out service myself, which wasn’t ideal. That was the only downside to an otherwise excellent experience.

Objectively speaking, I don't recommend it. There is a ** downstairs, which is quite noisy. There is indeed no hot water for bathing, and the facilities are relatively old. The hotel is very good I highly Recommend it. We had so much fun and the entertainment team is honestly amazing we loved them. Best entertainment team and photography team I have seen.

Visited this resort in September 2025, not bad overall, but a lot of things to improve especially in comparison with the others Iberostar selection resorts. The location is perfect, there is an amazing beach with a lot of sun loungers available. The main restaurant is great, food variety and service are beyond any expectations. They don't have drinking water in the rooms, the rooms are old and dirty, the hotel in general needs renovation.

Thee property was beautifull, rooms nice and spacious. There was not much beach area and very crowded, pools were in much need of update on tile & plaster.

Good value. Just one night and flew next day. Nice big room and comfy bed, water was at best luke warm, breakfast was average. There was however a cafe/ bar across the road (Cuban) that was great.

A fantastic hotel and very reasonably priced, we opted for the bed and breakfast option as we prefer to venture out and explore the local areas, but you could also opt for the all inclusive option should you wish to do so, the swimming pool area is clean with lots of seating areas and sunloungers, the pool has a shallow end and a deep end so it's good for children and adults alike, the staff are friendly...

my check-in was supposed to be at 3:00 pm- however the room was not ready until 5:45. it was an extremely long wait especially with two young children.

We specifically booked this hotel for one night because of the rooftop pool shown as the main photo online. It was the primary reason for choosing this property. Upon arrival, we were told that the rooftop pool is not included and actually belongs to another hotel, which felt very misleading. The listing states “all inclusive,” but this was not fully accurate. The bathroom had a strong unpleasant smell...

The food was good. Just not a variety of dining options. We like to dress up and have a nice dinner unfortunately that was not an option. the snack shop and the reservation area are the same. No atmosphere. The nicest area, which is very beautiful and very cozy was catered to family, which is fine but doesn’t make sense. It has the amazing beds but no one can relax or sleep with screaming children...

We really enjoyed our stay at TRS Turquesa. Some of the highlights were the ocean, the pools, and the service. The rooms were acceptable, but had some quirky features or needed minor maintenance. This is our second time at Trs in 2 years and we absolutely loved it. The beach is amazing, the rooms are super nice, the food options are great but the service is the best part. All the staff is very nice and welcoming. Having your own butler is a big plus as they help you book excursions/activities and get you anything you need to make your stay better. Wife and I went to renew our vows after 25 years. I surprised her with several family members at the ceremony. Hotel in a large complex right in front of Bavaro beach. The facilities are good, although compared to other hotels I miss an infinity pool. What I liked least was the quality of the food, worse than expected, and the service a bit slow. For several days they did not refill the minibar.
