Cheap hotel and cheap experience

It's a good budget all inclusive, especially if you get access to the VIP area (which I believe came with a junior suite). The buffer food is okay, but the reserved restaurants were pretty good. Dessert selection was sub par. They have a strict policy with any missing items from the room or wrist bands. The beach itself is nice, but a bit rocky in the water.

The environment is great. The fifth floor is the executive lounge, which offers breakfast and snacks, perfect for grabbing a bite to eat on your way home from work. Rested for 2 weeks in November. The location of the hotel is good, a beautiful large beach. Several other hotels of the same chain are nearby. Hotel Riu Naiboa is quite old and needs updating. The bar was okay, I didn’t use the spa. I don’t know why they put me away from the group that I formed. Everybody was in the same place. I was not allowed to visit them. All of them used a black cord and mine was purple.

The bar staff were great especially at the essential section as well as Toni at the adults main pool bar

The staff and amenities were amazing. Rooms were great!!! I was in the adults only section closer to everthing and my friends had a private pool with their room. The service was incredible and really made me feel comfortable. I will come back!!!

Everything was rusty in the bathroom and sink. The housekeeper enters the room without knocking. Only receives 1 bath towel no wash clothes.

This is my third time using this Hotel in our trips to DR and every time that me and my husband came here our experience is better with All of you guys.

Good location, limited parking, great service and attention. Nice pool with no heater but nice view. Good service at bar, good breakfast and the view of high level is amazing.

Nice hotel. Wouldn’t stay again. But it was nice. The restaurants and the bar on first floor are very elegant. The 3rd floor rooftop pool wraps around the building which is pretty cool.

Good area and spacious rooms. Don’t connect your Dyson in the rooms because electricity will get into protection mode and A/C won’t work.

We have stay here a few times and is a top notch hotel . Highly recommended. This hotel is very well located and very well maintained. Highly recommended

Rooms don’t open so it’s impossible to get outside fresh air and change the one from inside the room. The pool instead of being a quiet place where to relax it’s a disco with a DJ that blasts the music at very high volume. I asked to lower it a bit down. The people at the bar and the DJ rolled their eyes, lowered it for a minute and then they raised the volume once again.

Excellent hotel for business or transit purposes, close to Punta Cana airport

A fantastic hotel. Very clean. The concierge Pablo is super friendly and helpful. The hotel has a large pool. The hotel is in downtown Punta Cana which is a huge plus. Close from every place.

The rooms are clean up-to-date. The price was amazing located next to the popular bars. Must try the pub bar.. the bartenders in the hotel were very nice. I would definitely recommend this place to friends reserve a room again.
