We had an amazing stay! Quick check-in, helpful staff, and a nice reception. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast offered a great variety, and the coffee was excellent. Very old hotel, needs a lot of refreshments but the employees are really making a difference. The biggest problem is the top floor dining room for breakfast with only 5 elevators. Rooms are not bad and bathrooms need renovation.

This hotel was just an average experience. The staff and service was above and beyond, however the WiFi was horrible. They had multiple networks and would randomly stop working and would ask you to sign in every time. The AC was barely working as well.
