Very old hotel, needs a lot of refreshments but the employees are really making a difference. The biggest problem is the top floor dining room for breakfast with only 5 elevators. Rooms are not bad and bathrooms need renovation.

A quite place to have good break, excellent location

The hotel is beautiful, boasts a fantastic location, and offers a wide range of facilities. They genuinely prioritize guest satisfaction. It truly lives up to its 5-star rating with utmost professionalism. During my visit, it was exceptionally crowded, especially with Egyptian holidaymakers. Despite this, the service remained unaffected, which was impressive.

Beautiful location. The rooms including bathrooms need a major overhaul worthy of a 5 ⭐ rating. Also little isolated so improve restaurant food quality.

This is a century-old hotel in Alexandria, and you can see traces of history everywhere, from the lobby to the rooms, which are all very opulent. While some of the facilities are inevitably a bit dated, the overall experience was still very good, especially the breakfast restaurant with its amazing sea-view terrace.

We were disappointed by the terrible service. The staff doesn't seem to understand simple English like 'bath mat' or 'floor mat'. Wonderful hotel in an amazing location. Old world charm with modern upgrades and amenities. Service is incredibly warm, sincere and attentive. The one highlight not to be missed is their rooftop restaurant with amazing panoramic view of the beach. This hotel was just an average experience. The staff and service was above and beyond, however the WiFi was horrible. They had multiple networks and would randomly stop working and would ask you to sign in every time. The AC was barely working as well.
