A south desi review .. It was a pleasant stay overall. The staff were very accommodating and happily shifted us to a 3‑bed room when we requested. The food was decent too. The best part was a small local hotel nearby — when we asked for grilled items with extra spice, they made it exactly the way we wanted. Only downside: a few flies around, which was a bit annoying

The hotel was fine we were just disappointed because there is a pool advertised and its a lie because the place does not have a pool. We felt cheated

The overall experience at the hotel was okay, not good. There is no swimming pool, false advertisement. Rooms are not cleaned properly. The bathroom smells terrible. What helped me survive were the activities that I did while there. The 70% of the staff was supportive and helpful when it came to getting rides.

The hotel's location was absolutely incredible; the view of the pyramids is unbeatable and the rooms are clean. Breakfast could be improved. The area around the hotel, well, it's far from clean.

This hotel is super location. It is super close to Giza pyramids. The view from hotel is amazing especially from the roof top bar.

Great location, right near the entrance to the pyramids, and you can even see them from the restaurant! When I checked in, the front desk staff warmly showed me to my room. The booking didn't mention it, but the room had no window, though since I was only staying one night, it was fine. The soundproofing, however, was quite poor.

Excellent customer service and the location is perfect.
1 min walk to pyramid of giza ticket office.
The hotel is good and the staff was very helpful and friendly especially Jabeel(manager ) who made us very comfortable.

Breakfast is ok but the view of the pyramid is amazing.
Dinner is expensive but u pay for the view not the food.

I prepaid for a pyramid-view room, but when I arrived on December 28, I was told the room was not available. The hotel owner promised—via Expedia—that I would get the reserved room the next day. That promise was broken. The room was still “not available,” with no explanation.
Because it was late at night, the hotel is far from the city, and I was traveling with my daughter, I had no choice but to stay.
The room itself had multiple issues. The shower was only partially repaired and still did not work properly, and the bathroom hand shower was never fixed at all, despite repeated complaints.
This hotel does not honor confirmed reservations, makes false promises, and fails to maintain basic standards. Advertising a pyramid view and then refusing to provide it is misleading.
Avoid this hotel unless you want stress, broken commitments, and substandard conditions.

Facilities: Very old, far from 4-star standard. WiFi is incredibly slow, and my 4G/5G mobile data (from an Orange SIM card bought at Cairo Airport T1) was completely unusable once I entered the room.

Cleanliness: The hotel is only 20 meters from the pyramid entrance. The downstairs area and the entire hotel lobby reeked of horse and camel manure! The room itself was slightly better.

Ambiance: The rooftop dining area offers a nice view.

Service: The owner and staff were quite friendly and helpful, which was probably the best aspect of this hotel.

Good location. But when I use a shower, hot water stopped. I couldn’t use hot water for a while. It’s very cold.
Also s staff complain about tips I gave. I don’t like experiences in this hotel.
