The so-called "pyramid side view" room actually only offers a city view. You can't see the pyramids from the room at all. To catch a glimpse, you have to lean out the window, and even then, you'll only see a tiny fraction of them. So, the hotel is dishonest and deceptive. If you want to see the pyramids, you'll have to go to the rooftop terrace. Definitely do NOT book the pyramid side view room! Furthermore, the area downstairs is quite unpleasant, and the Wi-Fi is poor, even cutting out at night. At 4 AM, you'll be jolted awake by very loud chanting from loudspeakers, so be prepared to be disturbed. The hotel clearly states check-out is before 12 PM, but the front desk insisted we leave by 11 AM! The only positive point is the excellent pyramid view from the terrace, and one young male server at breakfast provided outstanding service.

The view of the pyramids is breathtaking. I loved being able to enjoy breakfast with such an iconic backdrop . The staff are incredibly hospitable and helpful. There is a wide variety of breakfast choices. You can even order lunch or dinner through the restaurant manager. And the food is delicious. I highly recommend this hotel.

The balcony directly faces the pyramids, offering a super great view. The room was clean and tidy, and the service was excellent. Highly recommend!

Cleanliness: For the area near the pyramids, it was exceptionally good.
Environment: You can see the pyramids from the rooftop terrace, and the view is absolutely breathtaking from a distance. Traffic in Egypt can be quite chaotic, so it gets pretty 'lively' at night.
Service: The hotel staff were incredibly warm and attentive! 👍🏼 Even though the hotel is located down a small alley, they provide a dedicated pick-up and drop-off service.

The service attitude was good, but the execution was a complete mess. I checked in at 1 AM, practically falling asleep on my feet, and they still dragged me around to show off their pyramid views and restaurant. Then, back in the room, they started explaining the TV channels. We needed an extra pair of slippers for the double room, so I asked the front desk. After a long wait, they brought just one pair (because they saw only one person asking for them), and it looked like it had been used! At 2 AM, they called to tell me, 'If you need anything, please call me.' Did they think I was too energetic at that hour? I had to go out and buy a clothes hanger myself after another endless wait. There are just too many complaints to list, but it seems like this is how things are in Egypt. I guess it's best to stay in the new city; the old city is too run-down.
