Booked rooms on the swimming pool side to make sure to get away from the traffic noise. Big mistake! Swimming clubs holding competitions until 1.30 AM and starting again from 7 AM. Not recommended if you are hoping to sleep.

Comfortable stay with warm Egyptian hospitality
I stayed 4 nights at Jewel Zamalek Hotel Cairo, in different rooms, and overall, I had a very good experience.
The location is excellent—right by the Nile and close to other well-known hotel brands. The rooms are large and well-equipped, with facilities such as a fridge, a hair dryer, dressing gown, and balcony. The hotel also has a pool, a rooftop terrace, and a restaurant, which makes the stay very comfortable.
A special thank you to the night-shift receptionist and the bellman, as well as Rana and Shimaa, for their kindness and professionalism. Their hospitality really made a difference during my stay.
I would only mention, politely, that the rooms on the 4th floor are not as beautiful or updated as the others I stayed in, but the overall quality of the hotel remains very good.
I have also stayed at Jewel Sharm El Sheikh, and I am very happy with this brand—they maintain a consistent level of comfort and service.
I would recommend Jewel Zamalek to anyone visiting Cairo who wants a spacious room, a great location, and warm Egyptian hospitality.

The location is perfect less than 10 minutes from the downtown by taxi and 10 minutes from the Nile by walk from the zamalek side.
The staff are friendly and trying to help you whatever you need but there is some hygienic issue on seeing the bed sheets or the toilet . Bad smell from the bathroom.
The worst experience was the endless swimming pool lessons from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM , the sound of the swimming coach was extremely annoying.
The swimming pool is part of the hotel , I don’t know why there is swimming lessons when it should be just for the hotel guests!.
If I came to Cairo again , I would never stay at this hotel.
For you , I don’t recommend it for sure!

On the first day of check-in, there was only a large bath towel in the room, and it was placed on a high shelf. A 1.75 meter tall person had to stand on tiptoe to reach it.
There is a 25-meter long swimming pool downstairs, which was what I booked when I booked the hotel. But it is actually a public swimming pool. When I checked in on the first day, there were dozens of children and several coaches in it. Not only did I lose the mood to go swimming, but the noisy noises of the children made it almost impossible for people who had been on a plane for more than ten hours to sleep.
The hotel service staff were very sincere and patient with the guests.

The location is great, in the city center, surrounded by prosperity, compared to other areas in Cairo, it is really good, the hotel breakfast is also ok.

The worst room I stayed in during this trip, the window glass was broken, and the road was so noisy that I couldn't sleep all night.

The service was OK, the front desk lady helped me call a taxi when I checked out
