Disappointing stay. My room was facing a bank building, which was a very poor view. I requested a room change, but the front desk was not flexible and refused to help. I wouldn't recommend this hotel if you care about the view or good service." للأسف كانت تجربة غير موفقة. الغرفة التي استلمتها كانت تطل على مبنى بنك، مما جعل الإقامة مزعجة وغير مريحة. طلبت من موظفي الاستقبال تغيير الغرفة لواجهة أخرى، لكن طلبي قوبل بالرفض دون محاولة لإيجاد حل. انصح بالتأكد من نوع الإطلالة قبل الحجز لأن الإدارة غير متعاونة في تغيير الغرف."

Terrible experience during my wedding stay, I am writing to warn people from this hotel I had been theft in my weeding and the hotel management didn’t do anything. I am very disappointed and sad. NOT RECOMMENDED HOTEL, do not ever book

⭐ 1/5 – Very Disappointing Experience

I stayed at Helnan Landmark Hotel for two nights because we had an event inside the hotel.

When I arrived around 4:00 PM, the reception staff were polite and respectful, and the check-in process was smooth. The room itself was clean and acceptable, although it did not have a view.

However, the real issue happened on the second day.

On the first day, food delivery was allowed without any problem. On the second day, I ordered food again, but the delivery person called me and said that security refused to let him enter. I went downstairs to understand the situation, and everything was still being discussed politely.

Suddenly, a man who claimed to be the Events / Halls Booking Manager arrived and spoke to me in a very rude and aggressive manner. He raised his voice, behaved in a completely unprofessional way, and even pushed me physically to stop me from entering, which is absolutely unacceptable in any hotel, especially a hotel of this level.

This kind of behavior is shocking and reflects very poorly on the hotel management. Regardless of any internal policies, there is no excuse for disrespect, shouting, or physical contact with a guest.

Unfortunately, because of this incident, I will not stay at this hotel again, and I do not recommend it to anyone who expects basic respect and professional treatment.

I must say it’s not at all an international hotel… not at all professional staff. also at night 12.00am , it was so noisy that cleaning staff carrying plates on rollers ..it was a hell.. OMG a horrible place to stay..I will

The rooms are ok but … the plugs are not universal… when you ask an adaptor they say go to the market and get one… the land phone is not working .. the worst hotel I found and not at all worth the money
