Room: the room was very large, however it was a weird arrangement because it was clearly a 2 double bed room pushed together to be a awfully wide king size bed, which means the plugs and light switches are at a weird locations

The room had an access to the pool directly which is nice. Only bad thing was people smoke all over the hotel making it so unpleasant. Everywhere in the world, people are not allowed to smoke inside hotels

My husband and I went to celebrate our anniversary, we had a wonderful time. The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was good with lots of variety. The staff were friendly and helpful

So clearly not for people who have wheezing or asthma. Management should seriously look into this. Other than that all staff were very nice. Ashraqqat and also bfast staff are all very nice

This is a 5-star hotel in the old city. Getting a taxi can involve a wait, and crossing the bridge often means traffic jams, which can be an issue if you have a lot of work in New Cairo

They have working air conditioning, which is rare. Tea, coffee, and a kettle are available. Comfortable beds with clean linens, a TV with three Russian channels. The view from the room is gorgeous

Resort is really good place to stay in and enjoy the holidays, with trees, plants, spa and swimming pool. Resort is very big in terms of land area. Only problem is the wifi is poor.

The Tolop Golden Plaza is a beautiful hotel with an amazing buffet breakfast. I would recommend this to anyone looking for an upscale hotel that is affordable. The staff are also very helpful and courteous.

I had dinner at osmanly restaurant. They had 2 options of a set menu. The starters were ok, then the lentil soup was kind of acceptable but definitely could be better

The ice-cream was too sweet and the pudding didn't appeal to me at all even to taste it. The music was nice but a bit too loud to keep a conversation

I didn't like the slow cooked lamb or the sorr of risotto that was served under it. The desert was ice cream with a sort of Turkish pudding

Inexpensive hotel in Giza, Egypt. The rooms were a little out of date, however you don't go to Egypt to stay locked away in your room. This location is within walking distance to the pyramid complex and the local stores

We were a group of 41 people from different parts of the world in November 2019. We really enjoyed our stay at the Hotel. Everything was taken care of in the nicest way. Rooms were very spacious and maintained very well

Only suites and view rooms have Internet, otherwise you need to use lobby. It seemed very clean, but this is the desert and dust is a problem, however I see them constantly wiping. The food was OK, nothing exceptional

Fantastic hotel. The staff were so kind and too care of all our needs. The kocation entrance can be slightly tricky for user drivers but if you let 5hem know in chat where exactly you are, I helps considerably.
