Fantastic hotel. The staff were so kind and too care of all our needs. The kocation entrance can be slightly tricky for user drivers but if you let 5hem know in chat where exactly you are, I helps considerably.

They were very helpful and showed me around the hotel, and honestly, I felt a level of care I haven't experienced at any other hotel. I signed up for the gym and will definitely renew my membership

The staff was very friendly and helpful. A special thanks to Mr. Sherif Emad. Was cooperative with us during check in and made special arrangements for the room for us have to comfortable stay.

The hotel is located in the city center. We only stayed one night in the hotel and the front desk free upgraded us to a deluxe room. Though the room was a bit dated, but it was clean and spacious

The hotel is right by the Nile, and since we had a private car, I'm not sure about public transport access. The facilities are a bit old, and the hygiene isn't great; the carpets looked dusty

There are many good and delicious restaurants nearby, and the breakfast is good, suitable for everyone. However, there are no amenity kits provided, so remember to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste

We arrived late and booked a room with a sofa bed. The staff promptly made up the bed, and their service was good. Breakfast wasn't extensive, but everything was edible

In October 2025, we spent two nights at the Steigenberger Pyramids Cairo. The room was comfortable and looked out over the pyramids and the new Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM)

Egyptian falafel, unlike the Syrian falafel that we get in the States, is made with green lentils and in our opinion is much tastier and not as dry as Syrian falafel

The downside? It also looked out on the highway so was fairly noisy. But, hey we were jet lagged, so that did not pose too much of a problem

The breakfast buffet had just about anything one could desire, including cold hibiscus tea and Egyptian falafel

As we were eating large lunches as part of our tour, we elected to eat appetizers at the bar one night

The service throughout the hotel was exceptional, prompt, friendly, and always delivered with a smile (Loubna😊). The location is perfect, offering convenience while still feeling peaceful and secure

Excellent food they have open buffet breakfast and they do fresh falafel and omelette, also they do lunch and dinner. Staff are very professional and helpful team

Its not just a hotel its an experience, you are at heart of Zamalek, you can hear the schools in the morning and if you just need to relax you can have fun, visit some historical sites, go by the nice, get all you need walking distance

Magnificent experience at the Président Hotel in Cairo 🤩 You have to start with the location, which is brilliant, right in the heart of Zamalek, in a magnificent area with the embassies and its greenery, all the while being safe and pleasant

There are plenty of nice restaurants and shops close and very safe. The hotel staff is very helpful and the place is well worth the option away from some of the other bigger chains at twice the cost

super slow check-in, even though the room was prepaid and we came After 6 pm, our room was not ready - there was only one bed in there and a sofa so kids immediately started to fight over who will sleep on the floor

On sprawling grounds off a main road, this hotel is 8 km from both the Cairo International Convention Center and Baron Empain Palace, and 12 km from Cairo International Airport

Good place to stay in Cairo. Clean, good breakfast, laundry at a very good price, good location, and kind staff. My only suggestion would be higher-quality towels

The pool is warm, but we didn't swim. There are no sun loungers, just plastic chairs. In the evening, local children trained there. Breakfast is normal, delicious Turkish coffee (but you have to ask the waiter)

I don't know how many times I have stayed at this hotel. It is very convenient and close to the airport. There are also many delicious foods nearby. A hotel worth recommending. And it is very safe. Recommended!!!

Next to the hotel (where the pool is) there are playgrounds for children, something like a mini amusement park for kids - cars, a train and something else (worn out, but the children still enjoy it)

I booked this hotel expecting a five-star experience, but I was very disappointed. • Rooms and bathrooms need renovation. • Room service is unresponsive and ignored my calls

The Jewel Sports City and Aqua Park offered a remarkable experience for us as a family. The rooms provided were comfortable and well-maintained for a pleasant stay. I cannot praise the housekeeping staff enough

I like the hospitality, the rooms are good especially with the view on the swimming pool. It's a good place for holidays. Being close to airport and close to the CFC Mall rendered my stay easy and enjoyable

I had good experience with hotel management and residence over there for more than two weeks.

The place is very beautiful and relaxing for the nerves, and all the workers here are very friendly and offer help as soon as they feel that someone needs it

The environment is nice, but it's very close to the event venue, so it can be very noisy late at night if there's a wedding, making it difficult to fall asleep. Other than that, the facilities and services are very good

It was such a great stay , the room was good the place is quite , but it's so difficult to get a transportation or Uber there unfortunately, but I would like to thank norhan from the front desk team for her genuine care and assistance she helped me to get Uber which made my stay much easier each time

The breakfast was good; at least there were vegetables for a salad. The room had a bathtub and welcome fruit. The swimming pool was a decorative pool, so hardly anyone would swim there

My room was not very big but I had a beautiful garden

We have spent the last 2 nights of our holiday in Egypt at Guard hotel and we selected it specifically as it was closer to the airport. But it turned out that it was an excellent stay

The location sits in a quieter part of Cairo, which for me was the only downside but honestly, for anyone chasing calm and comfort, that could be the perfect vibe

The room was very cosy and spacious and the bed was very comfortable and it was perfect for our last days as we were super tired after exploring Egypt

And the room was equipped with all the necessities and the service also awesome

So far it's my favorite hotel in Cairo. We stayed for a day and we had access to the pool and gym which is usually limited for the very short stays in other places

We requested an extra cover and a hair dryer and they gladly provided them. The staff are very kind and cheerful whether the receptionist Mahmoud, the 2 ladies from the house keeping or the staff at the buffet

So when I arrived I made the same requet and I was told they would check the room and get back to me but I waited an hour without a reply so I went to check again and they asked me to wait for another 10 mins

If they had told me from the begging that it would take more than an hour I would have had breakfast early in the café near by because I'd just returned from a 12 hrs long road trip

It's definitely value for money. I was a bit sad when I arrived because I requested an early check-in. They said it depends on the availability once you arrive

Facilities: Well-equipped and quite modern. Cleanliness: Generally good, though the bed sheets felt a bit worn. Service: Very attentive and quick to respond

The room is spacious and clean, the decor was fine, and the beds are comfortable. The pool is very good and it's heated, but it is very crowded as people just come in the afternoon and evenings for swimming lessons

I just needed a 30 seconds iron to freshen up a shirt that got wrinkles during travel, bit I had to call laundry, shell out 40 EGP and wait to get something this simple taken care of. Overall a decent, value stay

I suggest they should look into this. The only disappointing things was that had no irons/ iron board in the room

It's a good place to go with kids. The only other problem was the big screen TV before the pool was very loud

The view of the pyramids is breathtaking. I loved being able to enjoy breakfast with such an iconic backdrop. The staff are incredibly hospitable and helpful. There is a wide variety of breakfast choices

Cleanliness: For the area near the pyramids, it was exceptionally good. Environment: You can see the pyramids from the rooftop terrace, and the view is absolutely breathtaking from a distance

Service: The hotel staff were incredibly warm and attentive! 👍🏼 Even though the hotel is located down a small alley, they provide a dedicated pick-up and drop-off service

Traffic in Egypt can be quite chaotic, so it gets pretty 'lively' at night

The staff were incredibly friendly, breakfast could be delivered to the room, and the view was great.

You can even order lunch or dinner through the restaurant manager. I highly recommend this hotel

While not a fancy hotel (to Western standards) everything was clean and working. We booked because we needed somewhere to stay for a few hours before catching our early AM flight
