clean room, friendly staff, good amenities, pools of different depth, bar in pool, clean beach, shallow sea, access to water park slides and restaurants of neighbouring resort, in-house snorkeling off the resort pier with a lifeguard every day

The hotel is very well maintained and spotlessly clean, both inside and out; nothing is left lying around.
The staff is friendly and always smiling, eager to help.
The food is good quality in all the restaurants and snack bars.
The soft drinks are excellent, including bottled brands like Coca-Cola, Fanta, and Sprite. The juices are fantastic: mango, guava, melon, apple, and orange.
The pools are superb, and you can stand almost everywhere.
The entertainment team is great and not intrusive. There are shops opposite the hotel, and a shopping center nearby for those who enjoy shopping. A taxi to Hurghada city center, which is 15 minutes away, costs around €2, but be aware that they prefer cash, so bring some change.
We will definitely return to this hotel.

This is the best experience I have had in such a long time traveling, unparalleled service, and great value for money food! In contrast, the facilities and environment in the room may not reach such a high standard. But please believe that you will forget these things because of other super high standards

It's rare to see all-inclusive restaurants for East Asians. There are many swimming pools, but the beach is not big and the beach chairs are all full. The facilities are relatively old, but the hygiene is good. The white food in the buffet restaurant is normal, but the Spanish restaurant with a la carte is disappointing. The singing and dancing activities in the evening are high until 10 o'clock. The hotel has a pier and you can directly book the sea trip project, but the cost is higher.

The hotel is small, the beach is average, the food is all white food, the restaurant we booked is a Spanish restaurant which is also average. There is a very small area for children to play, but it requires a fee. Overall it is average, nothing special.

Very delicious buffet!! Highly recommend the buffet instead of booking a restaurant!! There is a heated pool, and booking a restaurant is also included in the all-inclusive package. You can also book a restaurant in the hotel next door. The Spanish restaurant is not recommended! The service is also very good!

Chinese people should be careful when choosing this hotel, because it discriminates against Asians. When we went there, the hotel was less than half full, but when I checked in, I was given the worst balcony facing the roof, which was basically useless, and the double bed became a three-bed room at the end of a very narrow and long room. I didn't get used to it, so I dragged my luggage to the front desk and asked to change it. I found that I was not an Asian who was easy to deal with, and at least the hotel had a lot of empty rooms. In the end, I was changed to a normal room facing the swimming pool. But do Chinese people look so easy to bully in this kind of hotel? It is cautious to decide to fight wits and courage to book a room.

We felt welcome the moment we arrived. All the staff were friendly and helpful. We were impressed with and enjoyed all the facilities of the resort. The food was great and plentiful. The rooms could be updated and maintained a littler better. We had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend Sunrise resorts.

I’m currently staying at Sentido Sunrise, and it has been a wonderful experience. The hotel is clean and comfortable, but what truly stands out is the staff. They are extremely friendly, welcoming, and very attentive to feedback on a daily basis, which makes the stay even better.
