The staff is friendly and always smiling, eager to help.
The food is good quality in all the restaurants and snack bars.
The soft drinks are excellent, including bottled brands like Coca-Cola, Fanta, and Sprite. The juices are fantastic: mango, guava, melon, apple, and orange.
The pools are superb, and you can stand almost everywhere.
The entertainment team is great and not intrusive. There are shops opposite the hotel, and a shopping center nearby for those who enjoy shopping. A taxi to Hurghada city center, which is 15 minutes away, costs around €2, but be aware that they prefer cash, so bring some change.
We will definitely return to this hotel.
