Veranda Sahl Hasheesh Resort in Hurghada

I wasn’t provided a premium experience as I was expecting at this price point, the food was okay but they are using low quality ingredients, no coffee machines or juice stations in the main restaurant even at the breakfast, room is good but the bathroom needs to be renewed, a nasty smell was always there and the ventilation is very poor, also don’t bother with their honeymoon packages it’s not worth it, the dinner on sandy beach doesn’t have food choices at all it’s a fixed mix grill menu, the room decorations was okay, the cake was very bad and we didn’t receive any fruit baskets, early or late check ins as marketed, some of the staff were very rude too, however The resort had an amazing clean sandy beach, the water was very clean and crystal clear, the gym is well equipped and recently renovated. Overall it’s not recommended since it’s also expensive despite all that I described above.

Hotel is beautiful, but the service is not always good. Therefore, there is an really nasty smell in the elevators and the floor to the restaurant. Despite that there are scent machines there is still an awful smell. Food: there is not a lot of variety during breakfast, mainly every morning the same food. Rooms are beautiful and housekeeping is doing their job great, but the toilet needs renovation. Beach by the hotel is beautiful. They need to work on a lot of things because this is not “premium service”.
