Sea View Hotel in Hurghada

Water Pressure: Very weak water flow all the time.
​Cleanliness: The rooms were not clean.
​Staff: The staff were uncooperative.
​Misinformation: The data provided on Booking was incorrect, which resulted in me paying an extra 1,800 due to the wrong information provided.
​Breakfast: The breakfast was very poor.
​Amenities: The refrigerator in the room was not working.

I had a very bad experience at this hotel because of the data on your platform. There's no parking space, and the hotel owner claims we brought in girls to blackmail us so we wouldn't complain about them. The hotel was very dirty, and I took a lot of money from us because of what was said to be on the Booking platform. We had to buy a blanket because of poor bed and bad room smell, and the lack of the most prominent things, including toilet paper. The images on Booking have nothing to do with reality. I want to file a complaint against this hotel, but nothing about evaluating this hotel has been sent to me. Shame on accepting this hotel.

The rooms are dirty, all the towels are dirty, and the rooms smell bad. The pool is empty and dirty, and the bathroom has no water. Breakfast is not even suitable for homeless people. You say we brought in girls, you can give proof of that 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

This hotel, even the animal will not be satisfied with living here. The room is very small, and the bedding is unclean with yellow spots. There is no Wi-Fi, and the pool is smaller than what's in the app. If you want to turn on the TV, you should turn off the refrigerator. The shopkeeper does not respond to Booking to fix the window, the sound of wind does not allow sleep. No agreement to change rooms. Such hotels should be removed from Booking.

This hotel has so much potential, but unfortunately it is old and not upgraded nor taken well care of it seems. The room I got had dirty bedsheets, and dirty balcony, and overall didn’t seem clean. It lacked toilet paper, so I had to ask for it. I found hair in The bedsheets, and it was dirty, so I asked to be moved to a cleaner room. But the next room the bedsheets was again dirty, but at least without hair. The man said it’s only dirty on top and not under that part touching my skin when sleeping. He didn’t change the bedsheets although it was dirty. But otherwise he was really helpful and kind. The roof has so much potential with nice sea view and starry skies, but unfortunately they have put 5G towers in their roof. So it’s not so nice. They were kind to let me have my things there whilst being at the beach the next day. But they seemed offended when I didn’t want to stay another day. It was kringe energies when waiting for my taxi as they almost seemed to have expected me to stay longer time there. The beach seemed like a ghost town. And I was almost alone there, which is a BiG plus, but there were almost no clean sun beds. And there were construction working there, so a lot of noise. So not really a nice beach experience there.
