The room was generally clean. No toothbrush, toothpaste, or disposable slippers were provided. The food was OK and the environment was nice! Also, I originally booked a sea view room, but they didn't give me a sea view room when I arrived. I had to pay over a hundred yuan extra.

Lovely clean hotel, the waiters and lifeguards can’t do enough for you. The animation team are really pleasant and happy with plenty of activities to do. Food is lovely with plenty of choices.

The food was amazing and the entertainment team kept everyone engaged with many different activities. The rooms, the food and all of the staff at the bars were fantastic. We cannot wait to come back again as a family and hope to engage more with the animation team next time.
