Badawia Sharm Resort in Sharm el Sheikh

This hotel is an absolute dump. Me and my fiancée came here for my birthday and we have left 24 hours later. On arrival the vibe was off and wasn’t a warm welcome at all. All the staff in one place staring at us as we came in. We then got showed to our room which straight away was dirty and looked as through it hasn’t been cleaned since previous guests. The bed disgusting with crumbs, fag burns and black hair. The toilet has cemented skid marks down it. The sink and the mirror looked as though someone had spat toothpaste all over it. The chairs in the rooms had weird looking stains on them. We had also noticed our door handle was loose and it opened from the outside when locked from the inside. We arrived around 8:30 pm and went to get a drink and we were told alcohol was extra even though we had paid for all inclusive. We brushed this off and thought we would try again in the morning as we had had a long day travelling. The next morning we had complained to reception about all of these issues with our room in which they sent a member of staff to our room regarding the door which he basically was showing us how to open and shut the door, he didn’t care that this door was opening when locked we explained we had to barricade ourselves into the room and he just wasn’t bothered. They said they would send housekeeping into our room during the day. We went to the beach all day as we felt unsafe staying in this hotel and when we got back around 5pm the room wasn’t touched. We felt so threatened and unsafe to complain again. It was full of staff and almost staff imitating as guests getting drunk of a night and loud music playing until around 2am. We only noticed this as they didn’t have the blue wristbands the same as us. We finally seen another English man in the dining room and warned us not to eat the food as he seen rats in the kitchen and the staff were unbothered about this. We only lasted 2 nights and that’s because the next flight was Friday we arrived the Wednesday. We left 10 Friday morning even though our flight was at 8pm as we felt so unsafe and threatened we didn’t want to stay in that hotel any longer. This hotel needs shutting down and this isn’t even an overreaction it is simply not up to standards at all. We slept fully clothed as we felt the bed was so dirty, putting t shirts over the pillows sleeping with out hoods up and with as much clothing on as possible. This is an absolutely vile vile hotel, this experience has made us never want to come to Egypt again. It was like all the staff were staying there as guests we have never experienced something like it before. Any review over 1 stars are fake,I will attach pictures below.

We visited here with our family the staff were extremely arrogant one of the worst services we ever had in our lives. Any questions we made they shout like disrespectful people. Have no idea how these type of people with 0 manner can be in a hotel. Besides the hotel is old and they do not take good care of it.

A bit of a run down look to it, rooms not as clean as expected, tatty looking in general, food is absolutely disgusting, and a good 10 minute walk to any good shops

We just spent a week here ,the staff was okay with us ,room wasn't the best but we did have pool view ,food was rubbish not nice .
Not all alcohol was available only one sprit a night which didn't taste like alcohol, so waste off time paying that bit more ,we found a lovely place next door called safety stop amazing food amazing price .
It needs alot off work doing to the place and menu needs to get alot better .
Would definitely come back to Egypt but not to this hotel sadly.

The worst Hotel experience ever. I was writing them 2 months before arrival. They sent me the price list for christmass. I agreed. 3 weeks before arrival i asked if we can send the money. The answered before check in is OK. They ask just for the passports. I sent them the passports. 15 hours before arrival a wrote them that we are on the way if room is ready. They answered SURE. After arrival they told that we dont have reservation. I was writing just with the owner and he didnt sent all this information to the hotel. So at 24.12 we stayed on the street

Worst hotel i have ever been to absolutely horrible it is a staff house. Food absolutely horrible. All inclusive is Ouzo, tea, coffee thats all rooms don't lock any key open the door, blood on the bed, air conditioning falling off wall. I payed for upgrade and they cheated me. I was ment to stay here for 14 days I stayed 2 days and checked out. Absolutely horrible hotel!!

This place has got to be the worst place I've ever stayed,the food was very poor,the rooms were thrown together,rude staff,owner kept his dog in one of the rooms,also the room smelt of cigarette smoke also the lobby area too, please do not throw your money away, this place should be closed down, Heath and safety doesn't exist here and if you complain you'll be ask to leave,that's there way of dealing with any issues. Also looking at the reviews looks like they must be the owners friends and most of the pictures are of a proper hotel and not this dump
