Good food, the view is amazing for the beach and staff is so friendly and Entertainment is active and friendly suitable for couples

There’s so much to do with two large pools, loads of sun loungers and a lazy river we loved. We stayed a week and never got bored once. Our room was spacious, beautiful and had everything we needed

Well done to them all! We also found plenty of nice food every day, fresh pastries every morning and bottled water always available

The only thing I’d say is if you have very fussy kids who only eat beige food, there may not be loads of choice at dinner time, but that’s not a criticism at all. 10/10 holiday and we’re already looking at coming back

the pool is so nice and near the beach also you can have ice cream and there is snacks restaurant. also you can go to Naama bay it’s not far away like 13 minutes by taxi and make shopping there

The rooms are spacious and clean. The grounds are well-kept. The food is modest, with a limited selection. The alcohol is disgusting.

The pool is near the room. A bus takes us to two different beaches. Jacuzzi. It's beautiful in the dark outside. Mango market is a 15 minute walk away. Variety of meals is excellent.

As a family we loved this resort, it's very family friendly with huge water slides, many pools and the entertainment was 10/10. The only thing that could be improved was the bathroom state

Very good hotel, aqua park is good for adult & children 2, food is fine comparing to their rate. Cleaning, they can do better, sunbed by aqua park pools need to be renovated or changed as it’s spoil hotel image

The entertainers are chatty and encourage people to join in the fun, games, dancing, and active recreation. The food is very diverse, so everyone will surely find something they enjoy

There is a beautiful coral reef, and you can rent one in front of it; I recommend bringing your own. In winter, there is a shallow, heated pool for children – a big plus

the four pools are great, we personally used two as the ones on the roof were a bit too warm as the sun is obviously more present! the hotel is located in a great area, there’s plenty of shops and restaurants around if you fancy a walk about which we did a few nights

The hotel facilities here are quite old, so don't have high expectations. The bedding and linens are old but clean, and the room is cleaned daily. As long as the air conditioning and hot water work, it's fine

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are all buffets. If you get tired of them, there are paid à la carte restaurants. The beach environment and underwater scenery are good, mainly hard corals

The front desk offered paid upgrades (PS: There's one tall, dark-skinned guy with curly hair at the front desk – not sure of his nationality – who was all high-fives and ear-to-ear smiles with white guests, but he was dismissive and gave differential treatment to others

For luggage porters and housekeeping, a tip of around 30 EGP is usually sufficient. More might make you a target unless you feel the person truly deserves it. It's best to exchange small bills at the airport beforehand

It's best to bring your own toiletries, and a hairdryer if you need one – some rooms have them but they don't work and can't be replaced, but with the good sunshine, things dry quickly anyway 😂

The rooms need some maintenance, but I think the breakfast was adequate. The beds were firm, but strangely enough, I woke up feeling very rested and without back pain. The bathrooms could use a bit of updating

There were daily specials, like sushi. The chef here is a real inventor! You can order a national cuisine dinner. There was nothing like it, but the shrimp and vegetables fried right before your eyes were delicious

I'll say right away – we were very pleased with our stay at this hotel! Our room had a sea view. We admired the sea from the balcony from sunrise! The staff here is simply brilliant in every position

The hotel's sandy beach is in a different location, where you can get a bus. That's why there aren't many children at the hotel. Yes, the hotel grounds are small, but they've come up with a solution

The reception manager, Elias, with a charming smile, competently and calmly resolved all our questions. About the food! Very tasty and varied. The menu was seriously updated every day

" The reef is very decent with lots of fish, making swimming interesting! But it's a bit crowded, so swim from 7 a. until lunchtime (everyone leaves early)

Speaking of food and drink, we remember Makariy and Mina. By the way, the alcohol here is widely available and "delicious

Not far from the beach - 5 minutes walking or 1 minute by golf car. And underwater world and coral reef is great. The rooms and food quality are good too is average. 90% of hotel guests are Ukrainians

During our holiday we experienced Mr. Mansour in various á la carte restaurants in hotel SUNRISE Remal Resort. (We stayed in Remal Beach ourselves) We were pleasantly surprised to be served by Mohamed's team

Food is so tasty! Juices r from boxes, coffee machines, pizza and ice cream on the beach, ur children really never will be hungry! 3 swimming pool, 2 of it with heater. Hotel is so clean and calm.

Hotel was beautifully decorated throughout for Xmas which was very sweet considering it’s mainly a Muslim country! The room was spacious with great air-con, we stayed in a family suite and the kids loved having their “own room” within our room

The food and drinks were quite good, and the water slides turned out to be a fantastic attraction. The morning aqua gym sessions were also a real pleasure, making it easy to get out of bed with a smile

Staff were honestly incredible ! All waiting staff, entertainment team, lifeguards, cleaners really were top tier. Mahmoud (pic below) really went above and beyond for us and the kids adored him

Alcohol selection was also great and didn’t taste watered down like it can do at some resorts. Considering how much we ate and drank, the hotel was very well priced

Our room was cleaned to an impecable standard by the turnover staff, and our cleaner often made animal shapes out of towels for the kids, which they loved! The servers and cleaners are always making sure things are cleared off tables fast and wiped down regularly with cleaners always around mopping floors and gardeners taking care of the grounds constantly

A great stay at Albatros Aqua Park, Sharm El Sheikh We spent 10 days here and left very satisfied. The water park is large with slides for all ages, the pools are clean, and the resort is well maintained

The waterpark has so much to do on this site alone without the sister hotel across the road which you can use for free too and eat and drink there for free which is a big bonus

The food service staff were also very kind and welcoming, and while the food was perfectly passable with plenty of choice, there is room for a slight improvement in overall quality and variety to match the otherwise high standard of the resort

Metwaly Elkady, the F&B Manager — not as a courtesy, but because the difference is genuinely felt. He is the kind of manager who is present in the dining room himself, rather than managing from behind closed doors

Food was great and the room was always cleaned. We don’t want to go home and would happily stay here again. We will be returning most defo. The show at the neverland was fantastic and we actually watch it 3 times

The staff across the resort were consistently warm, friendly, and helpful. A special mention to our room cleaner, Ibrahim, who was absolutely lovely and took great care of us throughout our stay

  Due to the completely ridiculous negative reviews left, I panicked and emailed the manager to upgrade our room to which he did respond and arrange.   Upon our arrival @ 9pm we were welcomed like royalty

Wael does an amazing job – the towel art he creates is absolutely beautiful, from elegant swans to creative animal shapes decorated with flower petals

It’s such a lovely surprise to come back to the room and see his work. Excellent housekeeping and a wonderful touch of creativity!

When other reviewers have mentioned stomach upsets and blame the food, I have seen a number of people, both young and old, not using the food tongs for items but using their hands, picking up food and putting it back, I wonder if their own personal hygiene is to blame for others falling ill

We went to Hard Rock Cafe with lily and we had the most incredible time. I 100% recommend doing the hard rock with the family and friends as it was the best night of our holiday

Check-in was quick as I arrived at the hotel late at night. However, the promised fruit plate wasn't there!

However, you are entitled to a free lunch at the Italian restaurant, which is located at the end of another hotel (a 15-minute walk or about 8 minutes with the transfer, which runs every 10 minutes)

Sometimes, they might even clear your plate from under your nose if you're still eating or drinking and there's only a little left, without asking. However, service at the bars is quite slow

Luckily, I had money on my card, but I no longer felt like making any other purchases at the hotel. The system for beach towels, tied to the room number, is strange

After checking out at 12 PM, they immediately cut off your wristbands and internet access; there's no guest Wi-Fi, even though that seems like a basic minimum

The hotel doesn't accept all US dollars (crumpled or slightly torn ones). Such dollars are common in the UAE, but not accepted at this Egyptian hotel

Highlight was snorkelling at the private beach. On a few minor negatives that I feel I should mention! Pool snack bar at aqua park not that appealing. Very dark seating area and the food options were minimum

This is my second time in this hotel; its location in very good; the staff is really decent; caring and friendly. We felt that we are at home; the food tastes really delicious with very wide variety in all meals
