Honestly, Carl Hills Hotel is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in! 💫 Everything was perfect — super clean, comfortable rooms, delicious food with lots of variety, and very friendly staff ❤️ The pool was absolutely amazing, clean and relaxing, perfect for enjoying the sun ☀️🏊‍♂️ The entertainment was great too — never a dull moment! 🎶 Truly a wonderful experience

The swimming pool area is great and gives a refreshing feeling Cons: The location is a bit remote, and you need to take a taxi to go anywhere

Pros: Beautiful grounds, two nice pools, a rock installation with a waterfall and bridges, and bars by the pool and in the lobby. Wi-Fi is only in the lobby; I don't know the signal quality; I used a local SIM card

Cons: During my 12 days, my bed linen and towels were never changed—I think that's disgusting! The plumbing in my room was very old and stained, the water pressure was weak, and the water was barely warm

Daily entertainment by the large pool during the day, and in the evenings there were dance shows, fire shows, and discos. The entertainment team was truly amazing! The beach is served by bus twice a day

Just got back from an amazing 10 day holiday. Mahmood and all the staff went out of their way to be friendly and helpful. Rooms lovley and clean and cleaned nearly everyday with fresh bedding

The overall stay was great, nice food, good location, friendly staff.

The room doesn't match the photo at all! It's like a dorm room with wooden beds and a broken wooden closet. Old floor tiles, whitewashed walls, a glass door leading to a balcony with broken glass

Eden Rock is the first hotel in Egypt that didn't provide beach towels. Cleanliness in the restaurant was poor; tables were dirty and were only cleared, not cleaned

The view from the hotel is simply amazing. The food is average. The hotel is home to a family of cats.

If you don't like heavy food with lots of spices, definitely don't choose All Inclusive. The hotel has a pool, it is on the beach front (you go out and you are on the beach, your own beach)

This isn't my first time there, and I'll be back!!! The location is fantastic, close to the city center and the sea. The cleanliness and service are top-notch. The peace and quiet are just what you need on vacation.

For dinner they bbq either chicken (really delicious ) or minced meat on the stick. Free beach towels and sunlounge

I was waking up early due to the time difference and I could see the staff washing the common areas daily. Fresh pancakes and omelette stand. We stayed 10 days and was basically same thing every lunch

There was fish and chicken regularly, there was soup every day and delicious sugar cookies for breakfast. There are great people there, especially in the bar, the cooks and waiters were great

The hotel is near the GENENA shopping center, where you can walk. They take you to the sea by bus. The food selection was not very large, but what was there was excellent

Have spent fantastic 2 weeks in this lovely hotel. Modern cosy room 1255 with all necessary facilities: safe, tea/coffee/kettle, Wi-Fi, mini bar, plasma TV. Room was always clean and amenities were refilled daily

The swimming pool was clean and beautiful, and as for the Aqua Park, honestly, it’s the best aqua park I have ever been to

Also, the service there is 24 hours, and the bar men are very cooperative and respectful, especially Ibrahim, the night shift one — I used to go down at night to sit with him because he’s really polite and such a nice person

The beach wasn't crowded at all. There is a nice snorkeling spot just behind the corner. It is close to the old town but yet far enough to be outside the hustle. I really enjoyed and I'll def come back 😍😍

It's close to the old town, a 15-minute walk away. However, there was one downside this stay: a bar nearby hosts a disco once a week until 3 a. , which makes it difficult to relax while you're banging your head off

The hotel had a beautiful view of the sea! The room was spacious and clean, which was great! There were about 20 mosquitoes in the room, and it took a while to deal with them. I'm glad I brought insect repellent

The only big advantage that it is near Sharks bay. The acommodation price is not high. Honestly it is not 4 stars resort.It can be rated less than 3 stars. I spent most of the days outside and I go there to sleep.

It’s not 2 km to the beach — if you take the bus, it takes 10 minutes. It’s written that the bus arrives at, for example, 13:40, but it never does — it’s always 10 to 20 minutes late

Really loved this hotel and location. The place is very clean and well looked after. That includes the pools where you would be hard pressed to find a leaf floating on top

We arrived on 4/11/23 to a neighbouring hotel, our experience was extremely bad, our hotel room was dirty and inhabitable, we gave the said hotel the opportunity to clean up and they moved our room to a more acceptable standard, however within days we were covered in bed bug bites( confirmed)

We met Gamal at the Cataract hotel nights before who gave us the most lovely hospitality, when he seen our despair he really helped us out. We were able to check out of said hotel and book into the cataract

They took our suitcases and laundered all our clothing to prevent cross contamination. The hotel restaurant and staff treated us with so much respect and really made our holiday so much better
