During our holiday we experienced Mr. Mansour in various á la carte restaurants in hotel SUNRISE Remal Resort. (We stayed in Remal Beach ourselves) We were pleasantly surprised to be served by Mohamed's team

Food is so tasty! Juices r from boxes, coffee machines, pizza and ice cream on the beach, ur children really never will be hungry! 3 swimming pool, 2 of it with heater. Hotel is so clean and calm.

Very beautiful reef at this hotel, the staff was courteous, first checked us harm, and then settled into a luxurious room. The food is delicious, the grounds are very beautiful

Mohamed is very friendly and is very pleasant and charming to deal with. He clearly enjoys his work and smiles and knows how to provide your guests with a wonderful evening

He can also give substantive clear answers about a dish to avoid any misunderstandings. The empathy in him is commendable and was very much appreciated by us

Our room was cleaned to an impecable standard by the turnover staff, and our cleaner often made animal shapes out of towels for the kids, which they loved! The servers and cleaners are always making sure things are cleared off tables fast and wiped down regularly with cleaners always around mopping floors and gardeners taking care of the grounds constantly

This resort is perfect for families and couples who would like a fun filled break A special mention for our server Mahmoud, has been great with helping us find seats at the buffet, get drinks from the bar and general happy smile to see every day, we have loved his company and would highly recommend seeking him out!

Hotel was beautifully decorated throughout for Xmas which was very sweet considering it’s mainly a Muslim country! The room was spacious with great air-con, we stayed in a family suite and the kids loved having their “own room” within our room

It's huge and has plenty of beach space, but there's only one snorkeling pier, and it was only open after lunch due to strong waves. The reef is good, but due to the waves and currents, everyone only swims along the rope

You can tell they really take pride in their hotel. We didn’t hear anyone else during our stay so I would say the hotel is well built. So much to do in the way of excursions and hotel staff can advise you of what’s on

Entertainment every night was great, kids had a great time and so did the adults! They got everyone dancing! This was our first time to Egypt and this stay has won us over, will definitely come back :)

The beach is amazing, sandy and the water is clear, suitable for kids and also snorkeling. There are 3 pools, one for small kids. The pools are clean and the life guards are very awake to any one who breaks the rules

A great stay at Albatros Aqua Park, Sharm El Sheikh We spent 10 days here and left very satisfied. The water park is large with slides for all ages, the pools are clean, and the resort is well maintained

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The animation team is great, the food is fantastic, and there are a few heated pools that the kids absolutely enjoyed and splashed in all day long

Metwaly Elkady, the F&B Manager — not as a courtesy, but because the difference is genuinely felt. He is the kind of manager who is present in the dining room himself, rather than managing from behind closed doors

Food was great and the room was always cleaned. We don’t want to go home and would happily stay here again. We will be returning most defo. The show at the neverland was fantastic and we actually watch it 3 times

The hotel offers many restaurants with a great variety of foods and drinks, so there is something for everyone. Every meal was delicious, and the wide selection made the dining experience even more enjoyable

nice hotel with great service, the location is good but not very near to the beach. they provide shuttle to the beach every hour. room was big and clean.

Located a 10-minute drive from the airport, the room was the same as in the pictures, slightly larger, and cleanliness was up to Egyptian standards

The nearest beach is a 15-minute walk away and there's only one hotel (they have an agreement between the hotels), and only those with a pink (colored) ticket at reception are willing to give them out (I don't know why?!)

The breakfast was surprisingly plentiful, the best we had during our week in Egypt, and very good value for the price. There were lots and lots of cats in the courtyard

The weather at this time beginning's February was great and warm enough! However, there are also some downsides. In the restaurant, the plates are plastic and often not properly washed -- they are frequently greasy

I stayed at Ghazala Beach Hotel in Sharm El Sheikh. One of the biggest advantages of this hotel is its location in Naama Bay. Everything is within walking distance -- shops, cafes, promenade -- which is a huge plus

I strongly recommend changing the dishwashing machine and cleaning products, or replacing the tableware altogether. Public areas also need more attention. The restroom near the restaurant is often wet and sandy

If I had to choose the best accommodation during my trip to Egypt, I would say this place!! The breakfast was varied, and although the pool water was cold, it was spacious and I could drink plenty of beer since it was an all-inclusive package

My trip It was very nice and amazing trip. Good and comfort hotel it has many things like resturant ,bar, swimming pool and sport game. But the best thing in the hotel is the animation team

Very lovely and funny animation team staff especially dina and mohamed manga. We did volleyball and stretching by the beach and waterpolo

The room was very nice and clean, the cleaning staff are also very kind. There is loads of things to do, chlorinated and freshwater. I spent alot of time in the heated freshwater pool and it was absolutely lovely

I will come here every holiday it is so clean and the best hotel in the whole world. Ossama and Ahmed are so lovely and kind I genuinely can not recommend this enough

Now a little about the hotel in which we rested, we chose the sharm waterfalls resort hotel (which is the former Hilton, the future Safir) Territory: a large number of flowers and palm trees, cascading, but this does not scare you because the funicular rides on it you can get from the lower pool straight to the main building

Wael does an amazing job – the towel art he creates is absolutely beautiful, from elegant swans to creative animal shapes decorated with flower petals

  Due to the completely ridiculous negative reviews left, I panicked and emailed the manager to upgrade our room to which he did respond and arrange.   Upon our arrival @ 9pm we were welcomed like royalty

  Reception staff were helpful and kind and could not do enough for us, We were escorted to our upgraded room 953 superior double bed plus sofa bed for our son.   The room smelled amazing fresh  and clean

My family and I, 2 adults and 1 14 year old typical teenage son! have just returned from a 7 day stay All Inclusive  holiday @ The Sharm Holiday resort

Amphoras beach generally is a nice complex. Lot's of swimming pools, bars, places to eat. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The late night snack bar had very poor hygiene

Wine was good too! Pools/Slides - There is no lack of pools on this resort, they are everywhere! Waterslides were amazing - 120cm height for the bigger ones with 110cm plunge pool

The place is definitely family-oriented, with lots of activities for children and very dedicated, enthusiastic animators who made every day enjoyable. Perfect hotel for families – highly recommended!

Wonderful Resort with Great Vibes – Perfect for Families! I’ve visited Nubian Village in Sharm El Sheikh several times, and every stay has been a fantastic experience

It’s especially great for families – there’s always something fun happening, whether it’s activities for the kids, shows, or just the relaxing pool and beach setup that everyone can enjoy

This is my second time in Sharm El Sheikh and first time in this hotel and I would like to say that I had the best experience with the staff they were polite and respectful and the head manager in the restaurant was great

I loved the receptionist Mahmoud, he took his time to explain everything to us. We did the Turkish bath, steam, sauna and massage. Aya and Mohammed looked after us

Possibility of using bars and pools in the neighbouring hotel Ivy Island - big plus. Bus going to the beach every 15 minutes all day long however it's a 5 minute walk - pure pleasure

Wet cleaning was done every day, towels were changed daily, and the room was always spotless. The housekeeper paid great attention to every detail — everything was shining. He is truly doing an amazing job

The entire resort, as we found before, was kept very clean and tidy and well-maintained; the grounds / gardens, in particular, are pristine. Great variety of food in the buffet restaurants too

We slept well beds comfortable, the only slight issue is the hotel opposite and I think what must be a disco for the hard of hearing due to the volume blasted out until 3am- bring ear plugs! Massage by Sameh was divine and at a very reasonable price

No lifts apart from one up to the hotel which we knew beforehand having visited before, hired a mobilty scooter and then encountered an issue as after the lift was a big kerb, having to have assistant to get said scooter up and down everytime we went out, shout out again to Abd EL Raham

We always found something to eat and never ate out, it may not be too everyone's taste and there is not much 'English' food but what was served met our needs. The location is excellent near enough to the main *****

Beer was good not so sure about the spirits. Great evening entertainment but the evening music geared towards the Russian guests which made up the majority of guests, would be nice to have more Egyptian music

Entertainment team work their socks of I don't think they sleep! such good fun and activities galore! Tea and coffee making facilities in the room, soap and shampoo miniatures provided

To the hotels credit a ramp was built especially this was greatly appreciated

Food is great, Always tip, especially the housekeeping staff. One of the pools is heated till April. The beach food bar is good though more limited in choice

An Unforgettable Stay at Cleopatra Hotel – We Didn’t Want to Leave! We recently stayed at Cleopatra Hotel for a friend’s birthday, and it was truly an amazing experience from start to finish! The resort itself is huge, with everything you could possibly need inside – from a reliable taxi service to 3 different restaurants and an in-house clinic, making it super convenient and stress-free

Bargaining is always necessary, otherwise you will unnecessarily pay a lot for groceries and excursions. All in all, we thought this was a great holiday, everything was well arranged and if not, it was resolved quickly

I'll start with the many benefits. The food is very good and as a vegetarian I received personal guidance at the buffet from the chef every evening. Really great! The resort is beautiful and the staff very friendly

Upon request we were given another room (7015), which was fortunately a lot quieter and much more modern. We always felt safe in the area, but be aware that prices are not mentioned anywhere, or very high prices

When other reviewers have mentioned stomach upsets and blame the food, I have seen a number of people, both young and old, not using the food tongs for items but using their hands, picking up food and putting it back, I wonder if their own personal hygiene is to blame for others falling ill

Me and My family had a great time at this hotel. The rooms were so clean and the atmosphere overall was great. The animation team was amazing. Especially Emily and lily, they always got us involved

We went to Hard Rock Cafe with lily and we had the most incredible time. I 100% recommend doing the hard rock with the family and friends as it was the best night of our holiday

The presence of crows on the beach could be better managed, perhaps by using closed trash bins and implementing stricter control over food leftovers. The music on the beach is quite loud and tends to repeat frequently

The bird sound deterrent installed on top of the yellow lifeguard tower on the beach seems ineffective and rather disruptive, as it only produces noise without deterring birds

Location is perfect near to Old market .You can go there in 5-10 minutes. Very good staff and very good hotel overall. Every day we had a good animation and entertainment.

On windy nights, the glass panels in the doors tend to move and create noise, which can disturb sleep. Securing them more firmly could improve nighttime comfort

There are a few areas where some improvements could be considered: 1. It might be helpful to install mosquito nets on the room windows

This would allow guests to sleep comfortably with the windows open at night, without needing to use air conditioning
