Like all hotels this hotel also has some nuances , BUT Hotel Siva Sharm has alive colourful coral reef with plenty fishes, turtles, moray eel, stingrays, has so short pantoon has convenient location - near to the airport , near to the Soho Square

I contacted the hotel and informed them, and although they did not have to, they refunded my money. Commendable behavior, I have no doubt that whenever I come to Sharm, I will only stay at this hotel

I made a non-refundable reservation, the employee arrived at the border terminal and the Egyptian authorities refused to let her enter the country because her passport was not valid for long enough

In the hotel all restaurants (including Ala-cart), reception, all rooms - everything in one building. Would like to have more variety of food and more fruits, but you will not be hungry

There are meat, chicken, fish every day. And of course we would like to thank all the staff for the warm welcome. We really like this hotel and wonna back again as soon as possible

I booked a room for my employee who had to fly from Sharm El Sheikh to Moscow

Ended up booking here last minute due to our holiday to Zanzibar being cancelled, so had few options and very little time to research, but luckily we struck gold! From the warm and efficient reception on arrival the exceptional service continued throughout our 2 week stay

Room: We had room 9205, a deluxe select room above the swim up rooms which was really well placed to get to everywhere in the resort. The room was huge with a big bathroom with separate loo and shower area

We arrived very late and they had thoughtfully put sandwiches, cake and fruit in our room

We were both underwhelmed with both, so didn’t book and further restaurants and opted for the buffet. The staff are very hit and miss. Some are friendly, they smile, say hello, helpful, the others are so miserable

And finally, there is a guy who works at the Spa, he will harass you everyday, 2-3 times per day, whether you are around the pool or the beach, there is no escape from him pestering you to book a treatment at the Spa

There is something for everyone. We dined here every day either for lunch or dinner. The grounds are maintained to a high standard. The staff work very hard every day to keep it looking beautiful

The service at the resort was great. The beach and the pools were clean and very organized. The restaurants were amazing and had great food everyday

I really enjoyed the fountain view restaurant because they had breakfast lunch and dinner. The waiters and the chefs at the restaurant did a great job cooking and serving food

People like Mustafa Muhammad make a good impression and you always want to return to the same place again where people like him are working because it makes your day and you can enjoy your vacation

I was impressed by how hard he worked and served more than one table at a time working hard and professionals

I enjoyed eating at the fountain view restaurant with my wife and child for breakfast, lunch and dinner

Animators well done and in the pool and on the beach, and evening entertainment in the restaurant with invited guests and dancing, always delivered fun, children at this time could not tear myself away from the mini disco, then a show half always hated to miss

The rooms are spacious and have their own pool. The cleanliness is excellent, and the buffet is excellent, offering a wide selection of seafood, meat, desserts, and snacks, with menu changes for extended stays

Mahmoud, Mustafa's hospitality, and at the restaurant, Sayed, Khaled, Ola, Ahmed, and Mina Bar at the Aquarium Kids Pool, Ahmed, who was always there with a smile and caring for all visitors

Mohamed Taher**, the Front Desk Manager, who went above and beyond to make our anniversary special. He arranged thoughtful surprises for us that made our stay even more memorable

One suggestion would be to have some shaded area by the adult pool bar, it's nice to sometimes sit at a table to have a drink and maybe read but it was too hot

The rooms are clean and tidy and should there be a maintenance issue, it is resolved speedily. The food was of a high quality with plenty of choice. This is the first hotel we would actually like to return to

The pool was also very big, and the best part was that the grounds were so spacious that I could call a cart whenever I wanted to move

Beyond the relaxing atmosphere, the next best part was the excellent service. The receptionists were so helpful and responsive. Also, special thanks to Islam Ahmed who went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable

I stayed in a separate building with a room upgrade. The room was big and clean, and I really liked it. The breakfast, dinner buffet, and room service were all delicious

Overall, I had a great experience with Park Regency everything was great over there. It has a fantastic beach, a good restaurant, and enjoyable activities

He was extremely efficient and helpful. Would definitely go there again

My daughter and I had a wonderful four-day stay at Royal Savoy Sharm El Sheikh. The hotel is beautiful and relaxing, and the staff were extremely attentive and caring throughout our visit

Our 9 night stay at the Savoy was very pleasant. There's plenty to do and the staff are great and friendly especially Ashraf at the pool who was always friendly and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble for him

If there were no sun beds available, he went out of his way to source some for us even if it meant going as far as the beach to get them! Beshoy in House keeping was also great - very friendly and kept our room spotless

Best area to stay in Sharm ! Beautiful Christmas decorations. Everywhere is clean and spotless. Room cleaner also spot on, they mop the floor daily

Only feedback I would give is that there is nowhere to eat between 16. All in all, highly recommended for a relaxing stay

Bar at aqua park pool is the best. Tiki bar and barman Gebril are the best during our vacation. We became best friends with him. He always on time and ready to make any drink you prefer in short period

The animation is great for children, the activities are also great, the face painting by the pool is fun, the children will really enjoy it :)

Generally hotel is very good especially heated pools and food. They usually serve it on Saturday and once during the week

We stayed here for a week during Christmas and had a fantastic time. The resort truly has a warm Christmas atmosphere and everything was beautifully decorated and well taken care of

Every detail was carefully considered, which made my stay comfortable and enjoyable. Even if you don’t get to explore all the activities in Sharm, just staying at the resort will keep you entertained and relaxed

Very nice hotel. The food was good, the room was clean. House keeping service was very good. The most cool point is that they have their private beach with coral reef and beautiful fish!

The pools and Aqua Park were very good and enjoyed my time there. The sea shore has a very beautiful collection of coral reefs and many activities is available

Water heater works well but have to turn on for 5mins before it gets warm. HOWEVER, I wanted to buy ice cream at the pool bar but the staff charge me 100 EGP but when my friend bought it they only charge her 40 EGP

Breakfast is included for all guests, however they have a special “all inclusive packages” for some guests with different prices which i couldn’t find in trip. Lunch buffet is 560 EGP, dinner buffet is 750 EGP

Pools are heated in December, which is perfect for kids. The kids’ club is also a big advantage, open from 10 AM to 5 PM, giving parents some time to relax or explore

Sunbeds at the pool officially could not be reserved, but in practice this was possible if you gave money to the lifeguards, who then placed towels for you

At the aquapark there were no sunbeds available, so if one family member wanted to use the slides, the other had to wait on a chair until they were finished

MORE INFORMATION 1 - Great snorkelling attached to hotel My wife and I have been to Egypt 8 times including this holiday and this is probably the best volume and variety of fish we have ever seen! Access is via a short floating jetty, which although a bit wobbly is secure enough

2 - Great food, both in buffet and specialty restaurants Both the quality and variety of food in the main buffet was very good indeed. There were a number of chefs walking around checking food levels

The jetty is just a few minutes walk from anywhere in the hotel complex and there is a golf cart style free taxi service available depending on what time you choose to go

8am as that’s when the jetty opens and it’s also when many fish choose to feed. Apart from winter sun, snorkelling is one of the main reasons we go to Egypt so often

There were some “Allergy Advice” notices posted on some food displays which I confess I didn’t read. I’m guessing they said speak to someone if you have an allergy

Since it was the end of the year, I expected it to be too cold to swim, but during the day, even at 22 degrees Celsius, the sun was quite strong, and many people were swimming in both the pool and the sea

The room was kept spotless everyday, our cleaner Mohammed was exceptional even came to us at the pool to make sure everything was to our liking and if we wanted anything more to let him know

The shuttle bus to the hotel's beach, running every 20 minutes, was very convenient. The underwater world had a decent amount of fish and coral, which I enjoyed

This hotel is truly the best 5-star hotel in Naama Bay! ✨ The location is perfect, right in the center of Naama Bay, so everything you need is nearby

Snacks and Ice cream near any bar and swimming pool. Rooms cleaned daily ,same towels and pool towels. every day different show at 09:00 PM. 24h bar and dance floor for adults. Staff informative and pleasant

The beach is also great, the coral reef is still quite alive and you will see hundreds of colorful fishes. (Please never touch the corals). Only negative point: sometimes is too windy and dangerous to go in deep waters

The medication was all that was needed so the drip and additional medication was totally unnecessary according to the patient who conversed with us on following days

Outside hotel lots of shops to choose from, yes a lot of engagement to get you into their shop but nowhere near as bad as Turkey, La Shukran and went on our way, never felt unsafe at all, Egyptians are very hospitable and friendly we had lots of lovely chats
