I stayed for 1 night with my partner and my cat. Parking is free in the yard and we paid 10 euros for our pet. The room was a bit retro and had an uncommon smell at first but everything was totally fine. It was clean and had a comfortable bed. Perfect location, silent neighborhood. Would recommend for travellers.

This was, without a doubt, one of the most disappointing stays we’ve ever had. The room was clearly not properly cleaned — thick dust in the corners, under the bed, and most shockingly, a fridge that was absolutely disgusting. It was full of mold, smelled awful, and was clearly a health hazard. We couldn’t even bring ourselves to use it — it was so bad that opening the door was enough to make us feel sick. It was completely unusable.

When we reported this to the woman at reception, her response was shockingly dismissive. She just said “sorry” and offered for us to use the staff fridge — as if that somehow made it acceptable. She wrote down our room number and said she would inform her boss. But clearly, nothing was done.

The next morning, reception was still closed at 10 AM (seriously?), so we called the number on the door. The man who answered was incredibly rude, clearly hadn’t been told anything, and made no effort to help. From his tone, it was obvious: they just don’t care. Once they’ve taken your money, you’re on your own.

We didn’t expect luxury, but we did expect a clean room and at least a basic level of hospitality. Instead, we were treated like an inconvenience. This was not just a disappointing experience — it was an upsetting one. I strongly advise others to stay elsewhere until this property decides to take cleanliness, safety, and guest service seriously.

The room we were given was terrible, 0 star hotel, not 2 like they call themselves. However, the prices they charge are not the cheapest ones in Tallinn.
For 4 persons room had one (!!!) power socket. It was cold, so this socket was used to plug in heater. Room was so tiny, that 2 beds filled in like 85% of area. Hair on the floor and in bedding.
We were lucky to stay just one night and coming over very late, so had to stay only to sleep

I travell around thw world due my job. But this hotel, i cant call it hotel. Its the worst hotel where I stay în my life. The staff ita rude, nonw of them speak English. On booking app the check out ita at 2 pm. The housemaids knock the door very agresive at 11:50 and start to shout at me "check-out, check-out". I booked for 3 nights. After first night I asked for clean towels. The owner said he use 2 towels for one week. Also you can see the towels, i post some photos. I think they wash without detergent. You can see also the shower, with tape. The parking its not secured and not only 1 light. No lights on stairs during the night, în the room just one bulb, barele can see. I definitly not recomand this hotel and I will leave the photoa to talk for me. Whorst hotel in my life! Also was a complain on booking app!

Best hotel with good price to be in Tallinn when u want peace and quiet(exept the seagull in the morning). Good parking places in hotel courtyard. The view wasnt so good but the other things compensate it.
Grocery store is near as well. And also Kristiine mall is near about 10 min walk. I liked the place and def will visit it again.

Excellent price quality ratio. Peaceful location, quiet. No restaurant.

Mattresses were quite comfortable. Shower and toilet were actually not bad at all. Good location, it is affordable and all in all not that terrible. If staying one or two nights, it is pretty ok-ish. However, you still can find better hotels is Tallinn for this price, or even cheaper.

The hotel itself is fine if you want to just
stay the night, although the cleanliness is questionable. The staff refused to acknowledge the reservation change we made on the phone a couple of weeks prior and then demanded us to pay 50€ extra. Absolutely terrible customer service, especially considering how sarcastic they were.

Cheap hotel, basic breakfast. Location near to center, possibility to park a car in a hotel parking for free. Parking is on video surveillance.
I think they should to invest a little bit into rooms renovation (beds, new bedding and towels) and it will be really good choise for perfect price.

Expensive 2 stars old and not well maintained hotel outside the Old Town with very limited facility.
