Reviews
When we reported this to the woman at reception, her response was shockingly dismissive. She just said “sorry” and offered for us to use the staff fridge — as if that somehow made it acceptable. She wrote down our room number and said she would inform her boss. But clearly, nothing was done.
The next morning, reception was still closed at 10 AM (seriously?), so we called the number on the door. The man who answered was incredibly rude, clearly hadn’t been told anything, and made no effort to help. From his tone, it was obvious: they just don’t care. Once they’ve taken your money, you’re on your own.
We didn’t expect luxury, but we did expect a clean room and at least a basic level of hospitality. Instead, we were treated like an inconvenience. This was not just a disappointing experience — it was an upsetting one. I strongly advise others to stay elsewhere until this property decides to take cleanliness, safety, and guest service seriously.
For 4 persons room had one (!!!) power socket. It was cold, so this socket was used to plug in heater. Room was so tiny, that 2 beds filled in like 85% of area. Hair on the floor and in bedding.
We were lucky to stay just one night and coming over very late, so had to stay only to sleep
Grocery store is near as well. And also Kristiine mall is near about 10 min walk. I liked the place and def will visit it again.
stay the night, although the cleanliness is questionable. The staff refused to acknowledge the reservation change we made on the phone a couple of weeks prior and then demanded us to pay 50€ extra. Absolutely terrible customer service, especially considering how sarcastic they were.
I think they should to invest a little bit into rooms renovation (beds, new bedding and towels) and it will be really good choise for perfect price.
