Close to bus stop with a lot of lines to the city.
Owner is really friendly and helps with whatever you need to have a pleasant stay.
Room is descent and works as expected.
Wi-fi and bathroom is totally ok.

A good value for the money.

All reviews were nice so I did book the place was quite cheap. Room was nice, comfortable bed, shower had hot water, freezer in the room, but close to immediately when laid in bed, heavy itching, like gang of mosquitos has been released (I know the signs of bed bugs)… so I tried to sleep in it, but it was intolerable, so when I throw away pillow and planket, there was so many bed bugs… I was shocked (and I am Estonian), we are not easily agitated!!! So around 4 o’clock in the morning took my things and went to sleep in my car

Had reservation for this "hotel" for two different days and accidentally canceled wrong one. When I understood my mistake, contacted the property and got an answer- "go make another reservation" and "go get where is cheaper". Well i made another, but to another hotel. Same time they really don't understand that even if I did not made it to stay with them ( thanks God as I got my impression about how welcomed guests are), they did showed their service and attitude and I won't recommend to stay here to anyone.

Don't sleep at that hotel. The place should actually be closed down. The room had a funny smell and ofcourse I woke up in the middle of the night because bedbugs(lutikad)were bitting me. The curtains are stinking and the carpet. The towel also have a funny smell and not white. Most hotels have white towel no matter how cheap they are. Also during check in you will find keys lined up at the counter that means that anybody that has the code to enter the building can take the keys and go to any room they want. Planning to take this to ministry of health as the place should be investigatedand fully fumigated to control the pests. You can't have bedbugs and let people sleep in the hotel.

Arrived at the hotel and noone was there. Worked in the end via entry code sent via SMS. Just used this cheap solution as I only went to sleep there for one night. Due to my height I asked if it was possible to get a room with a broader or bigger bed - s.th. which hotels always do if relevant rooms are available. When looking at the number of keys at the reception and the number of cars in front of the guest house, I suggest by 99% that this hotel was by far not full booked. Nevertheless I got a room under the roof and no bigger bed. Toilet was located under the sloping roof with the sink so close to it that it was not even possible to sit normally on the toilet when you do your business there. Curtains serve only not to be seen from outside, but these curtains do not keep the daylight out of your rooms which makes your room quite bright even at 2 o`clock at night in June. From this point of view this hotel makes only sense during darker seasons. Sleep was consequently very bad that night. If you are no budget traveler look out for sth better, I experienced many hotels in different countries that were far better for that price.

Homely and cozy atmosphere of the hotel, very attentive and responsible staff! Cleanliness and comfort!

Considering I paid bit below 40eur per night, it was just on par. Good for last moment booking, for one night stay, but not more than that. For current going rates, i believe you can get much better options on airbnb, especially booking 2-3 months prior. If your intent is to enjoy the place where you are staying as well, not only sleeping - this won't be the place for you. It was good for visiting event in Saku Suurhall, which was like 30min walking distance(consider taxi being quite expensive after any events), did the trick. Remember, it's advertised as 2* hotel and it is so, having 3/5 or 4/5 reviews show it's about right for what they offer. Biggest minus, perhaps - woman at checkin immediately started talking russian to us, which is less comfortable than english, third floor room heated up crazy in morning, and it had that bit musty smell in it.
