I didn't take photos of the hotel nor the room. But the park next to the hotel is worth visiting and the beach is a must-visit. SPA is outstanding and food is delicious

The rooms are bit outdated, but have everything you need. Fridge, bottle opener, dryer, hangers and a nice sea view! Sadly only one flat pillow. Room temperature cant be regulated

The hotel is huge and they offer a lot of treatments and activities; so everyone can find something for themselves. I really recommend this hotel to everyone but especially to those who love nature

Absolutely marvellous experience of a proper holiday. We combined our time in the spa and the visit to 18+ Orchid Wellness. Restoration of body powers and an excellent retreat

All the facilities were clean and supervised by a friendly staff

The rooms are pretty good and the breakfast has many options. The rooms on the 6th floor have a very nice sea view and you can see lively sunsets from the balcony

This hotel is well located near the waterfront and adjacent to a large shopping, which includes a supermarket. The staff were very pleasant; check in was smooth; the room was large and well set out

Having a walk-in shower was a bonus. It was good to be able to open a window to allow fresh air in, despite it being cold weather. The breakfast room is very large and the range of food available was excellent

My two-night stay has been excellent, and I would recommend it as a base for visiting Tallinn

The Hotel is very well located for the Ferry terminal to catch connections to Helsinki and also the Terminal D Coach drop off which is how we arrived

Our bed was two singles pushed together but unlike other hotels we stayed in on this trip they did not come apart. Each person has their own duvet and the pillows were quite comfortable

Our room was very cold. The door to balcony was not able to close fully so there was cold coming in. Also at the SPA it could be warmer. At the moment you get out of pool you have to run not to freeze.

Room was basic but comfy and clean. We liked the spa/pool area - they have one large and one smaller pool. Together with a children pool , a jacuzzi and a cold tubs

Amazingly kind stuff, but the spa, parking, breakfast and hotel overall was so overcrowded. It was really hard to find a place in the spa and looked for ages to find a seat during breakfast

Finnish sauna at 90 degrees , a 50 degree sauna ( I preferred the 90 degree and the other is quite Mild ) and a steam sauna. Breakfast was also nice similar to other Hestia hotels. Free parking just outside hotel

Stayed for a week on a business trip and it was a great experience. The room was cozy, breakfast was good with few options, and the spa was a perfect place to relax after long days. Would definitely recommend!

Bed was comfy and view was nice as well. Would I go back? I don’t think so. Just felt so sorry that the administration was such high level and there were no other positive things about the hotel

Although there were some noisy guests, reception staff handled everything quickly and professionally and we had a great sleep. Hotel staff is an asset, really made us feel welcome and took care of everything

Breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts ive ever had at that price point. Again, breakfast service staff was welcoming, friendly and attentive. Lots of saunas to choose from, pools were good too

They were running and falling down at he floor also. What if something happens to SOMEONE ELSE,because of them!!!??? Customers have to talk to them,if they dare. Breakfast is satisfactory,not very special

on the info page about hotel, said that charge for dog will be 10 euros extra, but they charged me 15 euros with explanation "last year price"

I arrived earlier than check-in time, but the front desk staff were very kind and I was able to leave my luggage smoothly. The room was well-equipped with amenities such as a refrigerator, which was convenient

Comfortable beds and pillows, clean, complete bathroom, very cozy room, with a mini stove, kitchen utensils, microwave. It has paid parking for 10 euros per 24 hours

Everything was great during my stay. The hotel stuff is very polite and welcoming.

It is a wonderful, clean and comfortable hotel that is a short walk to the Old Town and to the port to take the ferry to Helsinki. There is a grocery store nearby where we bought coffee and pastries for breakfast

It needs to be renovated from outside, but inside it looks great. The room was clean and it had a view of the sea and sunset. Morning buffet was fresh and not too crowded

The furniture looks new and is really comfortable! Bathroom and toilet are both with room and are separated, meaning you don't have to wait for your husband/wife to finish to go in

I liked that theres a buzyness thermometer for the breakfast in the elevator to let you know when yould be the most ideal time to go eat. Reception could be friendlier but I have no complaints other than that

Rooms are pretty clean but not really quite. View from windows is beautiful (from one side u can see sea, from another pine forest). Spa is very small(steam, aroma, finnish) one jacuzzi and one swimming pool

Its a spa health centre with a nice choice of packages to relax, detox, lose weight. Plus wonderful nature, sea, coast, pine forest. A very nice and quiet place to relax and recharge your body and mind

Food options - a choice of buffet, or, if you are on detox or fitlap package,then you have a specia diat and eat in your area and at slightly different times from the buffet times, not to be tempted

We went in off-season, so there was plenty of room in facilities. Breakfast is adequate and was included in the price. Dinner or Supper was expensive for what was on the menu. The 4th restaurant didn't try

A very wide choice of health treatments for your body and mind. Everywhere is very clean, rooms, public areas, treatment rooms. Also outside, snow was cleared regularly, no rubbish anywhere

It also needs more hangers and knobs for drying stuff IMO, as well as a fridge. It is worth mentioning that the spa area has a designated children pool, which indicates that families are welcome

Lovely spa hotel for a great Kuressaare stay Lovely stay. The spa is great (although I am no connoisseur). The restaurant has some interesting dishes that I did not get to try. The room was nice, but quite small

This is the first hotel in Europe I've stayed in that truly deserves a perfect score. It's ideally located right in the Old Town, offering a tranquil retreat despite its central position

The room was spacious, with high ceilings and two big windows. The bathroom had a large shower. The room on the 4th floor overlooked the hotel parking lot, therefore there was no road traffic

The most basic expectation of any hotel stay is a comfortable night’s sleep. Unfortunately, that was not our experience here. The bed and mattress felt like sleeping on a worn-out ten-year-old futon

While we appreciated their honesty, it was disappointing that no solution or alternative was offered. Overall, this stay did not meet even the most fundamental standards of comfort and service

The sauna and the swimming pool are available for hotel guests free of charge between 18:00 and 22:00, which I regretfully missed out due to my late check-in

I also enjoyed the view from the dining room, overlooking the Baltic Sea and the buildings across the sea

Highly recommended to those who wish to try out sauna, visit the zoo, the open air museum, and a huge shopping centre (Rocca al Mare)! The double room I stayed was impeccably clean and hygienic

Nice pool in the basement. Little cold in the water. But they have a sauna also. Nice room and the staff speaks good english. Breakfast could have been better, but a nice hotel in a perfect location near the sea.

The hotel was brilliantly situated for access to all the historic sites and the brilliant Rataskaevu16 restaurant is only 100 metres away. Tallinn has become my favourite city!

Small rooms compared to the price paid. Swimming pool is also not included in it, nor the cycles. The lady in the pool doesn't know English, tough to communicate. The pool is also very populated

Located in city centre, so everything will be pretty close location wise 😀 Gave 4 stars for service, only due to breakfast tho, as in my opinion the breakfast menu is kinda weak and does not have enough menu options to choose from I do recommend the hotel though!

If you're traveling by car you might be able to squeeze your car through the narrow gate and then down into a very small garage, which do have electric car charging station btw

We had a wonderful family vacation at this spa hotel! Everything was perfect. The hotel and the spa area are very clean, there are many different saunas and a great variety of medical and wellness treatments

The hotel has new rooms, rich breakfast and dinner. The hotel has its own parking space in the courtyard, which costs 5 EUR. The water and sauna center is a great place to relax for the family.

It's hard to say right away, but you're doing it right. You're going in the right direction. My wife and I enjoyed everything. We plan to take the kids with us next time.

The location is excellent, close to the beach. The facilities though would benefit from upgrade. For example. the extra bed for a child was like an old creaky camp bed.

We were told we would have to pay extra for the hotel’s pool access which seems ridiculous and is not made clear in the hotel’s advertisement

Nice hotel on the beach with amazing water park The hotel is right on the beach and you can enjoy the water park even after chek out.

Aquapark was amazing – water was very warm, nice sauna center (for extra cost), nice water slides and many opportunities to do there (5 water slides, crazy river, waterfalls, main swimming pool with warm water, hot tubes, 2m and 4m diving and many other options)

And special thanks to the staff – we forgot our swimming suits at the last day of our visit, but after contacting hotel, they did send them to us using Omniva

A hotel conveniently located between the Old Town and the sea. If you go there by car, be VERY careful as you have to go through a gate. The rooms are clean and nice

The Baltic Sea shore is also just a short walk away, perfect for pleasant strolls. Additionally, the airport is only a 15-minute drive away, which is very convenient. The value for money is really good

The pictures don’t do any justice but this is a very good hotel for the price point. It’s clean, offers a decent breakfast and located a short walk from both the port and Tallinn old town

Room was facing the busy street but it didnt bother - Breakfast was good - Nice location near Kalamaja Bad - Reception service nonexistent, no greetings, no goodbyes, no nothing - As finns we didnt mind but for some others this might feel rude

That said, we walked only 10 minutes to the passenger ferry terminal when we were heading to Helsinki. The hotel breakfast was great. Plenty of options and not too crowded. This hotel is a good option outside of old town

I particularly recommend the rooms that do not face the main street, as it can get a bit noisy otherwise. Overall, a very pleasant hotel that I would gladly recommend

Had breakfast - one of the nicest cozy setups I have seen. The lady who was in charge of breakfast was super helpful. Felt like I am in my own house. And the receptionist Olga was sooo friendly, polite and helpful

In centre of town, near sand beach, near shops, market, restaurants and caffees, bus stop, post office, pharmacy, city goverment - all this in 300 meters or less

I came to Narva without any accomadation and I found this place closer to night. This hotel is a very nice hotel and I would say one of the most plesent hotel stays that I have ever had within Estonia

Realy nice view to sea and some church in distance. Only thing I didn't like was that the window was broken. Everything also is quiet and suprisingly peaceful.

We stayed one night at this hotel. The location is perfect if you travel by ferry. It's right next to D-terminal and there's plenty of restaurants and shops in the area. The hotel itself is pretty basic

It's super close to the port, the beds are comfortable, the rooms are spacious, and breakfast includes delicious handmade cakes. Most importantly, the price is incredibly reasonable – awesome! 👍

So, if you are just planning on staying there for a short trip or sleep-over it is just fine. It is also extremely well located in you want to catch a ferry to one of the Nordic countries (btw, great ferries!!!)

Very annoying! Also as this was among the cheapest hotels in Tallinn, there were many drunken people, which you could easily tell by the smell in the escalator or the empty vodka bottles in the trashcans at the corridors

Rooms are okay, service is okay, hotel breakfast is sub-par. The hotel is not near the city center, but the bolt-service makes travel times short. Due to the location the area is quiet at night which I think is a plus

Excellent service, rooms with balconies, rich breakfast and fantastic spa treatments. Pool in the hotel’ yard (28°), 6 saunas and super salted pool with water like in Dead sea.

This hotel is located near the sea, but I always feel that the facilities are somewhat successful. It is said to be the best hotel in the area, but it is still a little far from my standards
