The bathroom door knob had to be repaired, the dividers on the balcony between the rooms next to us were nonexistent. The shower didn’t have a full enclosure, so taking a shower flooded the bathroom

Couldn’t open window on ground floor for safety reasons so ended up with a downgraded room on 2nd floor so we could open door for air. Spa and pool was better than expected. Location was great for the fortress

Hotel with a spa-area. Different saunas to choose from and different temperatures for pools/baths. Nice size rooms, ok enough breakfast (nothing special about it), location is close to the center (less than 1km).

It's an okay hotel. The breakfast/lunch offering is substandard though. Gym and pool games. Good aqua spa. Depending on your room there's a very nice view as well.

Good breakfast buffet with local foods that are delicious. Staff was lovely and very helpful all around. The spa, pool, sauna and lobby areas are brilliant however and suit a multitude of needs and tastes

Pool area not quiet in the afternoons with kids, but to be expected in a family hotel so not a deal breaker

I would highly recommend their Deadsea pool to experience, it is top for sure

Make sure you book the hotel thru their website in order to receive deadsea pool as complimentary otherwise it is cost extra 9 euro per person

Have been to soo many SPA retreats in Europe. This hotel truly offers an amazing range of saunas (regular ones, hot, mild, aroma, infrared, salt, steam), various pools and also an outside jacuzzi

Rooms are comfortable and clean, breakfast is varied and tasty, and the location is just a short walk to the beach. Parking 2 is available for free otherwise next to hotel entrance they charge for 15/25 euro a night

In Pärnu this is perfect for a relaxing getaway. The spa is excellent with many saunas, pools, and an outdoor jacuzzi

First of all, the pool itself is a bit unkempt, with a lot of sand on the bottom that somehow got there. Some of the massage tubs don't work

The hotel boasts a convenient location, close to the subway, airport, and city center, making it ideal for business travelers. Rooms feature desks and charging outlets, and the internet speed is fast

The front desk staff are efficient and provide excellent service. Overall, I was very satisfied with the experience and it's the perfect choice for business travelers

Good location near the port if you need to catch the ferry Room is good value and clean

Looking up, you can see the hotel sign. The facilities are relatively new, the rooms are large, and the rooms are quite clean. There are no tea bags or coffee. The location is near the pier.

A hotel conveniently located between the Old Town and the sea. If you go there by car, be VERY careful as you have to go through a gate. The rooms are clean and nice

The Baltic Sea shore is also just a short walk away, perfect for pleasant strolls. Additionally, the airport is only a 15-minute drive away, which is very convenient. The value for money is really good

The pictures don’t do any justice but this is a very good hotel for the price point. It’s clean, offers a decent breakfast and located a short walk from both the port and Tallinn old town

Room was facing the busy street but it didnt bother - Breakfast was good - Nice location near Kalamaja Bad - Reception service nonexistent, no greetings, no goodbyes, no nothing - As finns we didnt mind but for some others this might feel rude

That said, we walked only 10 minutes to the passenger ferry terminal when we were heading to Helsinki. The hotel breakfast was great. Plenty of options and not too crowded. This hotel is a good option outside of old town

I particularly recommend the rooms that do not face the main street, as it can get a bit noisy otherwise. Overall, a very pleasant hotel that I would gladly recommend

My rating is based on emotions we got staying here with family, and services we enjoyed. You must expect that it is *** hotel, therefore keep your expectations not as high as for **** and ***** star hotel

Solid breakfast and dinner (one evening was poor, but next day excellent). Spa procedures more like at rehabilitation center not SPA, but SPA area very nice, especially we loved outdoor pool

Parking lot big, for all visitors of hotel and nearby beach. Nearby beach was hard to use because of mosquitoes, a lot of them here

Clean hotel, Nice beach, buffet food’s salads were the same for 3 days, water in the spa was not so warm as I imagined. We rent bicycles - 15 minutes to the Promenaadi.

Beautiful hotel ; excellent restaurant Raimond - truly a Michelin star level- nice spa - easy access to the beach and town center

Best in Pärnu Amazing hotel and staff and breakfast and dinner and drinks. Location was also great. Spa is small, but still ok and fun enough to relax. Will stay here again and def can recommend to anyone.

Only one negative point, not relevant to the hotel though : teenagers playing/wasting time noisily with their motorcycles next to the hotel parking

Thankfully the staff was helpful and friendly! You can also take a walk on the beach after, it is right behind the hotel!

Lovely location right on the beach. Excellent customer service from everyone we talked with. Room was spacious and felt airy.

Liked the hotel all the very best especially the pool ,but shower was difficult to handle but give it 5+ grade!

We stayed 2 nights as a family with two toddlers. The room was small and simple, but the good weather meant we spent most time outside. Breakfast had a nice variety, even for picky eaters

Location is absolutely stunning, but the hotel itself is from the 1960s at best. The "spa" is just a swimming pool and a hottub at the back.

Me and my friends went to Pühajärve Jaanituli so the location was perfect!!!!! Service and our room were also very good; the only drawback was that our room didn’t have a fridge.

What a memorable experience in your beautiful hotel. Dinner in the stunning Alexander restaurant was a highlight, the food was exceptional, drinks down at the yacht club and a wonderful massage in your spa

We were a group of 20 and have had the most spectacular two days here. Alexander Restaurant produced the most outstanding meal for us all, and we were so entertained by the proprietor, the fabulous Imre

We ate at the restaurant Alexander and enjoyed a very nice (although not really cheap) dinner. The sauna in a side building and the yoga class in the morning are worth visiting as well

The rooms are very comfortable and clean, the spa was fantastic and the location private and very peaceful. My husband really liked the breakfast too, including the herring

From the location in a large estate with beautiful gardens right at the shore to the incredible attentive and friendly service. It is a place to fully relax and enjoy

Rooms are pretty clean but not really quite. View from windows is beautiful (from one side u can see sea, from another pine forest). Spa is very small(steam, aroma, finnish) one jacuzzi and one swimming pool

I liked outdoor swimming pool, very good for summer time. I liked the food three times a day, very tasty! Beautiful Beach and lighthouse nearby.

It’s good but not so close to the sea. So I prefer another hotel on the beach. SPA is spectacular and the best I’ve ever seen. Breakfasts were great

Very nice place, close to the sea. A little bit old fashioned, but excellent for family vacation as well as individual stay with spa treatment. Food is good.

FYI The spa has three saunas and one steam bath, there is one indoor and one heated outdoor pool

The hotel is very nice, rooms are comfortable and clean. The beach is nearby, really a two minutes walk. Is possible to use the SPA services and pool nearby in a partner structure

I booked this hotel to come and stay in this area for a few days. The hotel is very nice and clean, beds and comfortable and rooms are quiet. The staff is very helpful and nice

The only downside is mosquitoes in summer, but this is a feature of Baltics :) , I recommend opening the window only briefly in the morning and then closing it

Overall I had a great stay, the breakfast is also nice as well as the food in the hotel restaurant

Amazing hotel. Many saunas and pools. Very rich and delicious Swedish style breakfast. Cross country skiing tracks right behind the window. Very, very cosy. Definitely worth every cent.

The spa area is not huge but with everything one needs: sevaral saunas and pools plus the area where you can lie down and enjoy the view from the window because it is outstanding

Cosy little spa with proper outside saunas. Children are not allowed in spa after 20 every evening, so grownups can enjoy peaceful time in pools and saunas when needed. Massages are great and staff is very helpful.

The restaurant offered yummy foods and delicious drinks. Breakfast was great as well, especially compared to your average hotel breakfast! I had a facial and it was very relaxing and left my skin feeling amazing

We also experienced the great hospitality of Estonia :) we stayed at the hotel for a day because we contested an old car tour through the Baltics. Some mysterious guest gave us some car parts for our car

The sauna and the swimming pool are available for hotel guests free of charge between 18:00 and 22:00, which I regretfully missed out due to my late check-in

I also enjoyed the view from the dining room, overlooking the Baltic Sea and the buildings across the sea

Highly recommended to those who wish to try out sauna, visit the zoo, the open air museum, and a huge shopping centre (Rocca al Mare)! The double room I stayed was impeccably clean and hygienic

Staff members were all helpful and kind. The breakfast buffet offered a nice selection of fresh fruit, salad, warm savouries, eggs, cold cuts, marinated fish, yoghurt, pastries, pancakes, and cakes

Nice pool in the basement. Little cold in the water. But they have a sauna also. Nice room and the staff speaks good english. Breakfast could have been better, but a nice hotel in a perfect location near the sea.

Good hotel but bad room design Hotel is excellent but family room was badly designed. The bathroom had a window to the bedroom. Toilet light wakes up the whole family

However, when we told the staff, they restarted the power mains and everything started working. They explained that it's because the system supporting the building is also old but gets going again with some intervention

At the same time afterwards I checked on booking and I paid euro 20 more per night. Lesson learned : never trust anyone, do your homework before buying

Even a fresh coat of paint would be useful given the peeling facade. For a pure beach stay, the hotel is fine (in summer, parking costs €15 per day; we recommend a room with a sea view and balcony)

Spa treatments definitely recommended. During low season they have availability every day, so don't even have to book ahead. Good breakfast and very nice dinner options

Superior room has a nice wide bed, great wifi and smart tv. Bathrobes available, but bring your own slippers to go the spa/pools. Nice relaxing experience in saunas, outside pool is awesome

We have stayed at Georg Ots Spa Hotel several times this year, and the staff and atmosphere always make us want to return. This is probably the only hotel in Estonia that is truly child-friendly

Wonderful and relaxing seaside environment. Beautiful even with bad weather. Hotel room was modest in style but spacious and really comfortable. My room had also nice balcony with beautyful sea and back yard view

Estonian nature is something you can't find from most of Europe countrys. Lots of untouched places. This hotel is little bit "out of nowhere" and right by the sea. Really beautiful views from hotel windows and balconys.

We had a Memorable dinner at the restaurant in the evening watching the sun set over the horizon. A varied breakfast is served in the morning. We would love to go back there one day to visit

A really lovely location on the coast. There is very Friendly service at reception. Free WIFI is offered throughout the hotel but with limited stability

OK hotel, not the best in Haapsalu but for one night, good, new part of building has a view straight to sea, so nice view is there

Very nice view over the bay from the balcony. Big enough rooms, though a bit too basic. Great breakfast on a big terrace with a lot of choises.

Breakfast is good, fish, sausage, cheese , if you are a fan of crispy bacon then this you can't find there, there was a bacon but not crispy at all, will I visit this place again, probably not, there are plenty of places to stay in Haapsalu

But it's not a hotel you call cozy, rooms are ok, nothing special but ok, couple of thing bothered me, there was no extra pillows and strange smell coming out of bathroom

Beautiful place near the hilly side of Harjumaa. Didn't stay the night, but we had activities in the area and also catering. Class example of Estonian hospitality and very warm service

It's great if you want to connect with yourself in the nature of Estonia. Cell reception is terrible inside buildings though, only internal Wi-Fi. Lakehouse rooms were quite compact and small, otherwise I enjoyed my stay

Really nice experience! The sauna was great and the views stunning. Staff was very nice, but rooms are a little outdated and they only have one key, so if you hava a roommate, you have yo share it

Some meals were delicious, others no so memorable, but overall it's a nice place to spend a weekend

Loved it. They have a big grill for use. Charcoal need to be your own. Beach really close. Only downside is that when you're in the camp houses the bathroom and kitchen is a little walk from the house.

There are tall pine trees that will block mostly the hot sun and if you’re feeling hot or warm then you can visit Valgeranna(Whitebeach), few meters away from this Valgeranna Puhkekeskus

Although it might get a little cold in the evenings, the houses are supplied with warming attributes. The hosts are super supportive and work really hard to meet the campers demands

Beds are extraordinarily comfy and food served in the main building just delicious 😋 And the presence of sauna and hot tube just makes perfect sense in any company

Hosting many Estonian culture events, have artists residence and great alternative feel to it.

It's a peaceful, tidy place. However the manor is only visitable when personally booked
