My wife and I have stayed here at least two times if not three. This is the best place in town in my opinion- wouldn't stay anywhere else unless Exelmans is booked up solid, then I would consider the Hotel Garibaldi. Maybe. Just based on location.

No lift. Had to haul luggage up 2 flights. Rooms are very very very small and tightly cramped. Stuffy. Toilet and shower separate. Have to use toilet and walk across room to wash hands.
Staff is nice. Just hotel is very old and outdated.
Close to public transportation

The hotel don't have the structure to keep the room warm, beside that the room is big and really cool.

Room small, heating... in the summer, poorly soundproofed, and bathrooms are not in very good condition !

Advantages: away from the subway 3 minutes away from the bus stop sign closer, tourists should make use of the 72 line, the center spot has elapsed. 10 minutes away has a large Carrefour supermarket is. Quiet, security good. Walk 7 minutes to the Seine on the bridge can be seen the tower at night. Disadvantages: the toilet a little taste, just add a little water to cover it well.

Everything seemed fine until I turn off the lights and a MOUSE is starting to run around the room making noises- I couldn't sleep, the worst experience in "hotel" ever. I understand that it's Paris and mouses are "everywhere" but I'm a really light sleeper and they just disgust me, totally not worth the money... I would appreciate some compensation or something... as I didn't have time to complain at the reception because it was a bit busy, I wrote to the hotel two times about my experience- no reply. Figured the only thing I can do is write the honest review. -If you don't like mouses, keep away from this hotel. :)))

Old traditional Parisian small hotel
Got a room on the garden. could be nice but door and door lock half broken .window with the security locker not functioning, no hair dryer in room..a bathroom repaint but no hanger . Possibility of a shishoin the bath tub but no curtain or screen..
Just poorly maintained. More a 1* hotel.. too expensive for what it is .
I give a 2* as friendly staff .

Hotel is good.It was quite sultry in Paris at this time. It was quite uncomfortable inside the room. The receptionist was kind enough to give her table fan to us. However, the hotel should think of providing a table fan for those who ask. Location is very good.

The hotel is, let's say, decent. But on my second night there they had a problem with the pipes: water leakage from the room (mild) and corridor (really bad) ceilings and no hot water.
