The quality and attention to detail of the welcome. The approachability and friendliness of the entire staff. A breathtaking view of the Old Port and a high-quality rooftop dining table. The bedroom is spacious, with comfortable beds and modern amenities. The spacious bathroom has everything you need and pleasantly scented toiletries. A place to know and enjoy.

I stayed at this hotel on a business trip. The location is excellent, and the 7th-floor restaurant has an unbeatable sea view. The breakfast food was fresh on the first day, but on the second day, the potatoes were leftovers from the previous day; they tasted off and were very hard. This is unacceptable for a five-star hotel. The room was just average. If you're looking for the location and the rooftop sea view, I'd recommend it. But if you're looking for value for money, I strongly advise against it. Also, absolutely do not take the taxi the hotel calls for you. Although the driver speaks English, the fare is double!

The hotel is well positioned in Marseille with amazing views over the city, especially from the rooftop bar. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the hotel room well equipped and a very comfortable bed. Parking the car securely was simple with the expert help of the concierge.

Room: have two night clubs in front of the hotel playing loud lame music until 12am.

Service: very rude and disrespectful staff when I asked for a hair brush over the phone.

Also loud drilling noise in the building and poor lobby management.

A very comfortable room with a geat veiw on the Vieux Port fo Marseille. Overall amenities and service in line with the 5 stars category of the place. Excellent breakfast served in the roof restaurant with view. You should also have your dinenr in the restaurant which is of highest quality. Covered parking is avalaible, and you have also electric car charing places.

Loved the location and proximity to activities in the Old Port. Staff were great, very helpful, accommodating in every way possible. They helped arrange transport when needed. Food options at the hotel were top notch and the room was very pleasant.

The location was perfect—close to major attractions, yet quiet and peaceful. The housekeeping and front desk teams were especially helpful and always had a smile. I truly appreciated the attention to detail and the overall relaxing atmosphere.

My friend and I booked a room for two nights. There was no service staff from the time we entered the hotel to the counter. The coffee machine in our room was not compatible with the capsules. There was no sound system. The next day, someone hung a do not disturb sign on the door so we did not have a turndown service. The curtains in my friend's room were missing the gauze curtains. The breakfast was temporarily changed to the 3rd floor the next day. The dishes were not complete and the service staff did not bring the menu. As a luxury brand of the Accor Group, every small detail is not in place. I am very disappointed and do not recommend it.
