This hotel shouldn't be marked as a 4 star hotel. They didn't provide shampoo. Also there were a couple of days that they didn't clean the rooms. Lastly, the breakfast was very very bad

Very good, that is close to the center, the staff is kind and helpful, the breakfast buffet is not so various, but enough. The only bad thing is that the toilet is separated from the bathroom. It would not be a problem, but there is no sink, so you have to enter anyway in the bathroom to wash your hands and if you are not alone, you`ll have to wait.

Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Lucia, Javier, Serge and all the workers were just amazing. Rooms are just great. Air conditioner was not working perfectly in every room of my group but the rest was just perfect, mostly the workers, human touch much much appreciated.

We were really satisfied. We spend two nights with two kids without problems. Rich breakfest. Open bar with the coffee, soft drinks and something to eat during the day.

The hotel is in a fantastic location with all the main attractions in Lourdes within a 10 minute or so walk away. The room itself was spotless and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Decent hotel, clean and new for convenience to Gare du Nord

The hotel's location is great, very close to Paris Gare de l'Est and Gare du Nord, and it's surprisingly quiet despite that. However, the surrounding area feels a bit sketchy, and there's a lot of construction going on, making the exterior of the hotel look untidy. Inside, though, the hotel and rooms are quite clean.

This was the 4th hotel I stayed at in Paris this trip, and it was the most comfortable and best. I was so curious about the architecture because it's right next to the train station, yet there's absolutely no train noise, and it has great facilities. The price was reasonable too. Highly recommend it! I'd definitely choose it again next time.

nothing but praises for this hotel! the hotel is located right next to the main station in paris and near metros. it is a relatively new hotel and well furnished with necessities (body wash, shampoo, etc.). the toilet is separate from the shower area and 2 person can use at once. there is even a small basin for washing of hands after using the toilet. the bed and area feels clean and comfortable...

We absolutely loved your hotel, especially the lobby area. Our room was quaint and cozy - well organized and comfortable once we were in bed. Our struggle was that there was literally no room to walk around or put our luggage anywhere. I couldn't use the luggage cart as we wouldn't be able to open the bathroom door. I would have booked a larger room if I had known how very small the cozy room was...

The room was great, a good size, very clean. A little dark but the bathroom light is good so not awful. The staff are exceptional, Gabriel on the front desk was so friendly and helpful. The bar is really good, we were served both nights by a guy (whose name we didn’t get) but the drinks were great and again, he was so friendly. Overall just excellent

I had a great night's sleep. The room was well-located with an amazing view. It was also very well soundproofed, which was perfect for optimal rest. I would definitely go back.

Arrived early so room not ready but very accommodating & able to store luggage to use the facilities. Free cold water available at machines, still & sparkling. A glass bottle supplied in the room to refill when necessary. Lovely balcony & beautiful views. Loungers available at the beach until 6pm. Overall a lovely place to relax & enjoy the surroundings.

The resort needs a refresh. The walls in the rooms are scratched, door frames chipped, curtains in the shower old. The outside of the building too - not well maintained: a lot of rust everywhere, elevator glass door is cracked. It will be a great place of someone pits a bit of work to refresh it.

A high quality establishment. The hardwood floor rooms are exceptionally clean. Service for our room was exceptional. The location was in walking distance to many champagne houses. We loved to stop ar the bar/ lounge every night after a day in Reims/ Epernay. High quality champagnes available by the glass. The hotel has amazing quality for the price.

Fantastic property. Best Western has hit a grand slam home run with this “Premier” concept. Bar and restaurant were above excellent. Staff was friendly and helpful. Will always stay at BW Premier in the future.

Hotel was good, close to public transport and plenty of bars and restaurants. Unfortunately we were in the ‘Cinema Room’, which had no external windows. We couldn’t get fresh air into the room and the aircon wasn’t enough to get rid of the humid air after showers. Also, there was no fridge in the room - you had to leave any food items with the concierge on the ground floor

The hotel is new and has excellent facilities. The hotel staff are friendly and professional, and the cleanliness is also very good. There aren't many amenities nearby, but it's very conveniently located near the subway.

We enjoyed our stay in Maison No. It’s in great central area and it’s very convenient to get to. Rooms are clean and comfy, service are nice, staffs are lovely. We also tried the rooftop bar, not our taste but.

The location is truly wonderful—right on a beautiful beach where we enjoyed watching the sunrise every morning. The bungalows are surrounded by plants and trees, giving each space a sense of privacy, even without a sea view. While booking this place, bear in mind that it’s not a traditional hotel. It’s rather a 5* camping with your own bungalow. However, it is the best way you can enjoy the beach over there. And the resort is well equipped, has a small supermarket, pool etc as well very friendly staff. And it’s super close to Saint-Tropez so it’s convenient to drive there for a dinner.

We were told staff had booked a padel court- we could even choose between two time slots. The next day a staff member called to say that they had not confirmed our time slot with the padel club therefore we could not play. Very unprofessional. We were a group of 24 tourists and Hotel Konti was the perfect place to stay. Evgenia and all the team were very accommodating, arranging a taxi to collect our luggage from the airport so we could head straight to a rugby game :) The rooms were excellent quality as was the breakfast, and the location is second to none, right in the heart of beautiful Bordeaux. For me, this was the perfect location in the 'golden triangle' of Bordeaux. It's central, but quiet. Easy to feel in a local neighbourhood while being also in the heart of the city. The hotel team are kind and courteous. The breakfast is very good and the rooms, even the cosy smaller ones, are well appointed. Importantly, the beds are very comfortable. Would recommend!

Mandarin Oriental, always my top choice and a brand I adore. I landed early in the morning and my room wasn't ready yet, so I headed to the breakfast restaurant. I figured I'd have to pay since I hadn't checked in, but they waived the charge! It wasn't a huge amount, but it was such a thoughtful and warm gesture. The service is truly impeccable and heartwarming. So grateful!

The room was average, but rather dark overall. The hallway felt like a typical chain five-star hotel, not at all like a hotel in this price range. Staff service was acceptable, and they responded promptly.

My stay was amazing at the Mandarin Oriental, the rooms are spacious and kept very clean. At night the rooms are very quiet , you would almost forget you are in a busy city like Paris. The location is great for restaurants & amazing shopping, and is very safe to walk at night , the soap , shampoo & body wash smells amazing as well.

I was checked in before 2 PM, which was very convenient as a room was available. Everyone was very friendly, and the rooms are two-story and fully equipped.
