Unfortunately cleanliness was not up to 5 stars Intercontinental hotel. Indeed one massive cockroach next to the lift and Christmas tree in the lobby which was a bit of a bad surprise after the check-in. Then after getting the room I found hairs in the shower. The view and location are good.

Our first time at an Intercontinental was good, but that’s it. For a 5* Hotel (which we booked plenty around the world), the Hotel definitely could use a renovation of the rooms. Especially the Junior Suite is still very dark, minimal furnished and at the price point a little disappointing. We have stayed at another 5* Hotel in town and would go back to that Hotel, since it was half the price, but...

Stayed here at the end of our honeymoon, and it was simply amazing! The room was spacious and very comfortable, the food was delicious, and all of the employees were very friendly and helpful. We had lunch in the restaurant and our server, Martin, was excellent and gave us a few good recommendations for places to go around the city. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

We were taken care of very well by Mr Rehan, the FrontDesk Manager. He was attentive and helped to address our concerns promptly. The hotel location is superb as it’s close to Lafayette, lots of good eateries, and walking distance to St Honore and the Lourve. Will definitely stay here again. Good location but hotel not up to much. Rooms are looking little tired, bed was uncomfortable as mattress was so soft you could practically feel the springs and the room was red hot. No proper climate control installed so had to sleep with the window open. Breakfast was fine but nothing to shout about. Wouldn’t rush to stay again.

The location is great, but prices were quite high due to the National Day holiday coinciding with Fashion Week. The service was exceptional. We casually mentioned the noise in the courtyard to the restaurant staff, and the young woman immediately contacted the front desk. We visited the hotel during our last visit to Paris to try their desserts ! A truly exceptional experience, we sat in the lounge that was very luxurious with a beautiful decor . We took rooibos tea and chamomile tea along with a dessert Mille Feuille ! That was beyond delicious! The best I have ever tasted in Paris 👏

The location is within walking distance of the city centre, and on-site parking is convenient. The only minor drawback was that the shampoo and conditioner were not refilled during our stay.

It's about a 5 or 10 minutes walk to the touristic center of town (the fountain). The air conditioning didn't get as cold as we would have liked. The breakfasts were great, especially the sauteed local mushrooms which were excellent. The concierge was very helpful and all staff very friendly and welcoming.

Another good stay in Montpellier with my sweetheart Michelle. Our room was comfortable and there had been a refurbishment since our last stay. The hotel is convenient for the Autoroute and very close to the Garcia Lorca tram station which gives easy access to the city and the Montpellier tram network. Stayed in the newly refurbished Novotel Montpellier for 5 nights in early July 2025. The hotel is neatly decorated and furnished with an adequate pool. The restaurant is above average for a hotel of this standing with daily imaginative salads plus the usual fayre. All presented and served well. I'd recommend a visit to this city and whilst exploring stay at the Novotel.

The apartment needs updating. The sofa bed was in tatters and uncomfortable. Everything looks a bit dirty; it's not cleaned thoroughly. I think we left the apartment cleaner than when we moved in.

Our stay at the Golden Tulip was simply wonderful! 🏨✨ The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were always friendly, helpful, and welcoming – we felt at home right away. The hotel is nicely furnished, the food caters to most tastes. The rooms are not extremely grand but they have everything one needs, including an ensuite shower and bathroom. There is WiFi, but space to unpack clothes is limited. It is well located in the middle (ish) of Lourdes. I recommend it

Check in was smooth. All staff are very friendly! We are a group of 5 and are booked in a 5 person room. Nice and cozy. They even have a second shower and toilet. Small but function make it so much easier for a group of 5. Free parking is a bonus. All great.

The room was small and did not have a refrigerator. Soundproofing was average. Guests can enjoy unlimited complimentary coffee, tea, and chocolate on the first floor of the hotel each day.

The location is incredibly convenient! Seriously, it's super easy to get around from here. It's really close to the Arc de Triomphe, and you can walk pretty much anywhere. There's even a Starbucks just 150 meters away. And the hotel staff were really enthusiastic too!

The hotel room was incredibly small; there was barely any space to walk once my suitcase was open. The breakfast was monotonous, serving the same items every day. While the coffee made by the staff tasted good, the service was extremely slow, and we had to wait a long time. Plus, each person was only allowed one cup, which I've never encountered before.

I had booked for 3 nights. On the first night, two reception staff were not very friendly. There should have been a hairdryer in the room, but there wasn’t one. Well it's a good budget hotel near airport in Paris. Far from the city but very close to bus station. Clean little rooms just like in the picture shown. In November it was really cold but aircon was working fine. No kettle in the room, that made our stay bit difficult. We needed go to reception area to use microwave to drink warm water.

Fabulous property in an excellent location - not a big chain and the staff were very welcoming, particularly the lady who was serving on the bar. Right on the main shopping street - close to good selection of restaurants and close to the beaches easily walkable from train station. Some noise at night but as you’re in the centre of town it’s to be expected. Wouldn’t hesitate to come back.

We had a great night stay at hotel le Canberra. The room bathroom was beautiful and one of the best showers. The only thing was, the AC shuts off every 20 minutes in the room. So we had a hot sleep. Great location.
