U may have a bath tub that cannot be used as no toiletries provided since the hotel locked up the poor supply of toiletries in the shower area and cannot be transferred. Booked last minute, thought it was a brand name, but it wasn't as good as I imagined! It's close to the train station, which is convenient if you need to get around. Breakfast was decent, and the service was okay too!

the internal parking reservation ( included in the booking) was not comunicated to the Hotel, I was able to manage with the reception in the following days as at the begining of the stay it was not anymore available.

The standard of service has declined; this hotel no longer deserves its 5 stars: torn pillow, the wall by the window completely crumbling (room 206), damaged door frames, and very expensive parking (€30 per night). The staff are all very nice. The facilities are old but for a European hotel, they are well equipped. Water pressure is also sufficient. The Perrier, juice and snacks in the room fridge are free. This hotel is very new and clean, with an excellent location — it's a very short walk to the beach. The off-season rates are reasonable. The downside is that the front desk seemed a bit discriminatory towards Asian guests. Our room was right next to the stairs, and the elevator was broken on the first night, so there was constant noise from people going up and down. Overall, it's still quite good

It's very close to the train station, just a few minutes' walk, perfect for catching an early train. It's about a 10-15 minute drive from the city center. Overall, the rooms are relatively spacious but comfortable. If you don't like red wine, I wouldn't recommend the medieval town. no proper window in the room (while we took a ‘large’ one, no electric plugs next to the bed to charge phone and on top, they had issue with water, there was no hot water for a day.

We had a disappointing stay. This hotel has a thing going for being eco-friendly, which is a good thing. But when I am paying this price on holiday, I am not sacrificing comfort for simply being eco. A 5-minute walk from the train station. The room was spacious, modern and comfortable. Nice natural light.  There are many local attractions close by. Plenty of coffee shops and restaurants. The hotel requires several passcode to enter various gates, and they change the passcodes on different days. It is quite inconvenient for customers to bring along the passcode sheet and see which gate requires which passcode on which day. And the attendants did not clean our room as requested.

Nice and clean room but WiFi in bedroom is really bad and dogs bark throughout the night (guess that depends if you’re unlucky with guests/their dog).

Stayed for a week to attend a conference, room 124. The reception was nice and helpful. The room was large, clean and cleaned daily. The location is quite good: the bus is very close, tram B is not far. The city center is in walkable distance.There's some shops and restaurants around. I have nothing to complain about. If I come back to Bordeaux, I'll stay here again.

The hotel is in a good location and the stay was good. Although the check-in time was more than an hour late, I got a drink voucher. Also, I lost a mobile phone in the hotel, and they found it in time and sent it back to China for me. The service was good.
