Wonderful hotel in a perfect location - close to the train station, the beach, restaurants, everything!

The balcony looked over the street with a very partial view of the sea. The problem was the street was noisy all night until about 5 am. That is not the hotel's fault. You can get courtyard away from the street.

This is a great hotel within 2 min walking distance to the beach. Very clean, friendly and helpful staff. Good selection of breakfast buffet. Fairly quiet but due to no carpets (normal in hot countries/areas)

Stayed here for festival de Cannes. Nice location and cute hotel. Breakfast was simple but lovely. Cute town.

The property is very charming. Staff is attentive and friendly. Great recommendations from the Concierge. My only complaint would be the breakfast staff (1 in particular). For 3 days there was always something missing with my order and he was not attentive at all. Other than that, it was great.

Great hotel! Really amazing service! Great location in the heart of the city. Air conditioning worked really well in the rooms and beds were comfy. Only downside is the bathrooms are small, but that's the case in most of European hotel rooms so it's doable.

My significant and other stayed here for our first trip to the south of France from America. We could not have had a better stay than here. The service was the best I have ever had - the concierge was amazing. They came in multiple times per day to open and close blinds and change out towels. We regularly stay at this hotel for our Parisian weekends. The property is always a pleasant place to stay. Just one minor point regarding the spa: the hot tub was out of order, and the steam room could use a bit of a refresh.

No water in the unit. The bedding was disappointing; the duvet was stained despite having a clean cover. The wellness area was also disappointing. Only one of the two hammam cabins was functional, and its condition left much to be desired. The pool offered little privacy, as it was overlooked by the restaurant.

Hotel and facilities are clean, service by staff is very good, aside from Sidiki who has a rude attitude and speaks no English. Rooms are nice and roomy with modern decor. Breakfast at an extra charge is good kids eat for free. Has parking for 30 Euro a night. Overall hotel is good, the only thing I didn't like was that the pool opens at 10:30 am which is kinda late.

Heated towel rack in our room is not working, during breakfast at the hotel it seemed like all the Asian guests were seated in one corner, it felt a bit uncomfortable and somewhat discrminatory.

I had trouble figuring out how to use the lights. The person who showed me to the room couldn't demonstrate or explain how to use the light controls on the headboard (the main function). Also, the room was cramped and difficult to move around in – there was very little space.

As the hotel was originally built by Napoleon III for his empress, it carries great historical significance and an exceptional sense of luxury. This is truly what one would call a “luxury hotel.” Moreover, the spa and hotel facilities are excellent, and I felt that even during the off-season or in less favorable weather, guests can fully enjoy their stay at the hotel. Come to the Brasserie for dinner. It doesn’t disappoint. Especially if you dine on the terrace or window side. I stayed here a few years back, and the room was lovely, breakfast exquisite. I came back just to dine this last summer and the terrace at sunset was incredible! Definitely worth a visit while in Biarritz!

What a special experience. We had Brunch on Sunday and what a fantastic experience. We were greeted and served by a wonderful team and the food was outstanding. Carla, Romain, Amory and M Griffon were the members of staff we met but we could see that this was such a well run Restaurant!. If you want an out of World experience then I would highly recommend a Sunday here.

You go there for a value hotel. The rooms and the bathroom are very small. But it was clean. And the aircon was well working. The beds are not very comfortable unfortunately. They are quiet hard. The rooms need some renovation. The hotel is updated. But it was quiet and again you go there for a cheap price. The staff was friendly. Rooms are small, but good value for money. Perfect location, city center and other parts are easily accesible with public transportation. Free games at the lobby, good breakfast for 14€, friendly, helpful staff, indoor and outdoor breakfast area. Only downside: some homeless guys living next to main hotel entrance.

It's a remote and simple place, and it's hard to find a hotel. I can only trust the Ibis chain brand. The price is not cheap. It's a bit like a motel. It's just a place to stay. Fortunately, the environment is clean and sanitary.

It's close to the train station, which is nice, and the Pol Bocuse Market is right next door, so it's nice to visit. Transportation is also convenient.

Staff are super friendly which bumps up the rating. Pool was closed for our entire stay which was disappointing. Breakfast was acceptable, there could have been more choices on the cooked counter and the fruit could’ve been fresher. Rooms were ok, bed was squeaky, walls very thin, but to be expected from a mid-range hotel. Overall happy with our stay

We stayed only 1 night before heading to Cannes. It’s good stop if u arrive late at night. Hotel is in walking distance from bus station ( Vauban) - 800 m by walk. Room is clean, sufficient space to place your bug luggage. But the bed should be changed. The room has bathtub, not separated shower.

We stayed here as a family of 3 adults. The hotel was in a great location to explore the old town of Nice and all the beautiful attractions. The hotel was great. Good sized rooms with a free water dispenser on each floor being very welcome. The breakfast buffet was of a very good range and quality. Naturally, having taken an overnight flight from the US, we arrived in the morning and the rooms were not available until about 3 PM. Kessy was so gracious. Nice stay in Strasbourg The Sofitel is well located in Strasbourg, close to all the major attractions and public transport. The staff are friendly and attentive. The hotel is somewhat worn in places with stained carpets in corridors and room lobbies. Bed was clean and comfortable and the room was quiet.

The hotel isn't located near any tourist attractions and requires a bit of a walk to reach. The room was clean and spacious, and most importantly, the air conditioning worked well! But the lobby smelled terrible—a strong, pungent smell combined with a foul toilet odor!

I came here with my mother. The room was very clean, the bedding was very comfortable and the scenery was great. There was a snow-capped mountain opposite. We arrived in the middle of the night. The owner of the B&B was very welcoming and the breakfast was very good!

Some downside is no water or coffee/ tea in the room, but I think this is by design to spend less time cleaning. I would have loved to see more hospitality from the staff. Great breakfast, warm welcome, clean and well-soundproofed room. However, the pool we'd hoped for wasn't functional, there wasn't enough toilet paper for four people, no air conditioning (or was it non-functional?), and the shower drain was very limited, resulting in a minor flood...

Exceptional service - the reception team were warm and welcoming. They seemed genuinely happy to greet us and to help.
