Centrally located, nice hotel with reliable and friendly service. Service at the restaurant on the ground floor was a little slow but great food. Excellent breakfast buffet and great service. Strasbourg and more generally Alsace is beautiful over the Christmas season.

The perfect high end hotel for Strasbourg. Immaculate, clean, well decorated and the staff was as open and helpful as could be. Rooms are not large by US standards but are plenty big enough with nicely appointed baths. The breakfast was amazing and the perfect start to the day. Can’t wait to return.

The room was very nice and well-equipped. The staff were friendly and willing to help, and the location was excellent. During the Christmas period, road closures (10:00 AM–10:00 PM) may require carrying luggage for a short distance. Overall, I really liked the hotel, though the room felt a bit small for the price.

Booked this hotel on a whim for our 5 day, 4 night trip to Paris. It seemed a reasonable enough distance from the touristy areas (which is what we generally prefer for our hotels). We stayed with our tween and teen in the Apartment. It was perfect for the 4 of us. The hotel is conveniently located near the Raspail metro station which allows easy access all over the city. Recently visited Paris and stayed a few nights at Hotel Aigon along Blvd Raspail in the Montparnasse district. Was well received upon arrival, check-in took no more than five minutes. The apartment needs updating. The sofa bed was in tatters and uncomfortable. Everything looks a bit dirty; it's not cleaned thoroughly. I think we left the apartment cleaner than when we moved in.

We visited the hotel during our last visit to Paris to try their desserts ! A truly exceptional experience, we sat in the lounge that was very luxurious with a beautiful decor . We took rooibos tea and chamomile tea along with a dessert Mille Feuille ! That was beyond delicious! The best I have ever tasted in Paris 👏

Beautiful boutique hotel with protected parking lot in the courtyard, 15 minutes walk from the old town center and 15 minute drive from the airport, and a block from the promenade. Everything was beautifully done with attention to detail. We even found the little card which held the gift pencil and paper contain wild flower seeds which we shall enjoy planting.

Clean and comfortable room, close to Le Palais des Congrès, very convenient

The location is within walking distance of the city centre, and on-site parking is convenient. The only minor drawback was that the shampoo and conditioner were not refilled during our stay.

It's about a 5 or 10 minutes walk to the touristic center of town (the fountain). The air conditioning didn't get as cold as we would have liked. The breakfasts were great, especially the sauteed local mushrooms which were excellent. The concierge was very helpful and all staff very friendly and welcoming.

Good location but hotel not up to much. Rooms are looking little tired, bed was uncomfortable as mattress was so soft you could practically feel the springs and the room was red hot. Clean room, comfy bed and located close to a tram stop. There are some charging ports in the lobby and places to sit. I waited one night around 8pm at the restaurant. I asked the lady at the bar if I could sit and she said yes someone would come to me. I waited and waited, but no one came, so I left. The reception staff were friendly.

my mom and i loved our stay here! the hotel was very clean and all staff members were friendly. the location is also great since it's near many subway stations and bus stops. there are also a lot of amazing restaurants, convenience stores, and bakeries nearby!! the room did get a little bit chilly on some nights but it wasn't anything out of the ordinary.

The location is incredibly convenient! Seriously, it's super easy to get around from here. It's really close to the Arc de Triomphe, and you can walk pretty much anywhere. There's even a Starbucks just 150 meters away. And the hotel staff were really enthusiastic too!

The hotel room was incredibly small; there was barely any space to walk once my suitcase was open. The breakfast was monotonous, serving the same items every day. While the coffee made by the staff tasted good, the service was extremely slow, and we had to wait a long time. Plus, each person was only allowed one cup, which I've never encountered before.
