Strasbourg, 4 Rue Des Francs Bourgeois 🧭 Map
Centrally located, nice hotel with reliable and friendly service. Service at the restaurant on the ground floor was a little slow but great food. Excellent breakfast buffet and great service. Strasbourg and more generally Alsace is beautiful over the Christmas season.
Best place to stay in Strasbourg. Flawless service, amazing concierge Mathieu, and beautiful rooms. I highly recommend to any traveler. We stayed 3 nights and wish we had stayed longer. Room was very clean and big! Don't hesitate to book.
The hotel is classic and beautifully designed, offering a timeless charm. The view from the room was stunning and added to the overall experience. Breakfast was marvelous, with a wide variety of delicious options. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, making the stay feel warm and welcoming. A special thank you to the concierge team for their excellent assistance with transportation arrangements...
The perfect high end hotel for Strasbourg. Immaculate, clean, well decorated and the staff was as open and helpful as could be. Rooms are not large by US standards but are plenty big enough with nicely appointed baths. The breakfast was amazing and the perfect start to the day. Can’t wait to return.
I am very loyal to Marriott typically I'am a Ritz-Carlton St. Regis. Luxury collection guest. When booking this hotel, I did not know what to expect, but all I can say is I have been taken away by the level of service. The friendliness of the staff from the front desk to the concierge and housekeeping to all the wait staff who serves breakfast every morning with a smile in their faces and greeting...
The room was very nice and well-equipped. The staff were friendly and willing to help, and the location was excellent. During the Christmas period, road closures (10:00 AM–10:00 PM) may require carrying luggage for a short distance. Overall, I really liked the hotel, though the room felt a bit small for the price.

Really enjoyed staying at this hotel. Staff were lovely, especially for Paris. We had the family room and it was particularly spacious, again, particularly for Paris. We particularly appreciated the modern bathroom that was clean with a separate toilet and bath and shower and a foyer where we had the little one nap throughout the day, giving us the ability to be in a separate room. Beautiful big windows...
We stayed at this hotel for five days and had a great experience. The location is excellent, with plenty of nice cafés nearby. The rooms were spotless, and the overall atmosphere was quiet and peaceful. It was a very relaxing stay.
We had a lovely family stay at Hotel Aiglon. It has always been our favourite hotel in Paris and this visit reinforced that. Ethel on the reception desk was particularly kind and helpful, making our young son feel very welcome and even giving him a lovely activity bag of colouring books and stickers. The room was lovely and clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located...
Booked this hotel on a whim for our 5 day, 4 night trip to Paris. It seemed a reasonable enough distance from the touristy areas (which is what we generally prefer for our hotels). Turned out we made a great decision. The hotel is right next to a metro station and it takes 15 mins to get to the Latin quarter, 20-25 to get to the Eiffel Tower, 30 to get to Le Marais. Room was spacious and quiet, bathroom...
We stayed with our tween and teen in the Apartment. It was perfect for the 4 of us. The hotel is conveniently located near the Raspail metro station which allows easy access all over the city. The staff was welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was excellent and the honor bar in the lobby was convenient for an after hours drink. It's super close (walking distance) to the Paris Catacombs and Montparnasse...
Recently visited Paris and stayed a few nights at Hotel Aigon along Blvd Raspail in the Montparnasse district. Was well received upon arrival, check-in took no more than five minutes. Location is a 1-2 minute walk the Raspail Metro Station entrance as well. There is luggage storage at the front desk if required and a nice lobby seating area. Rooms are accessed by way of a small lift for 2 people or...

The apartment needs updating. The sofa bed was in tatters and uncomfortable. Everything looks a bit dirty; it's not cleaned thoroughly. I think we left the apartment cleaner than when we moved in.
Nice apartment with pool outside. The kitchen made it possible to fix our own lunch and at the evening we took a short ride to Collouire.
House was dirty. Stains on the wall, doors of cupboard in a poor shape, broken glasses, plates, cups. By no means I would recommend.
Nice budget apartments, just two years old, so pretty much everything is new. Staff is very nice and helpful. Very reasonable price. I recommend this place!

The service exceeded my expectations! It was my husband's birthday, and the hotel specially decorated the room with balloons, birthday wishes, some champagne, and a cake! They helped with parking and gave us bottled water and chewing gum before we left!
This hotel perfectly embodies "understated luxury" and "restrained attentiveness." Ambiance: The design seamlessly blends local culture with modern art, making it feel like staying in a boutique art museum. From the carefully selected furniture to the displayed artworks, everything is incredibly tasteful. The guest rooms are spacious and well-laid out, with walk-in closets and marble bathrooms that...
The location is great, but prices were quite high due to the National Day holiday coinciding with Fashion Week. The service was exceptional. We casually mentioned the noise in the courtyard to the restaurant staff, and the young woman immediately contacted the front desk. They promptly changed our room, showing great consideration for our guests' comfort.
The hotel is beyond gorgeous. The valet service is awesome 👌 👏 👍 Top tier. The Restaurant Jardin D'hiver however was a bit of let down.. The food were "Meh" the burger was utterly dry and the fries were just there as a decor. No taste too cooked.. The champagne was delicious. The grilled cheese caviar was a delight . The salad can't remember the name was awfullllll.. The ambiance in general was okay...
I would like to thank Lisa for her exceptional service and professionalism. She was very kind and helpful, and her positive attitude made my stay even better. Thank you, Lisa
We visited the hotel during our last visit to Paris to try their desserts ! A truly exceptional experience, we sat in the lounge that was very luxurious with a beautiful decor . We took rooibos tea and chamomile tea along with a dessert Mille Feuille ! That was beyond delicious! The best I have ever tasted in Paris 👏

Great hotel. Lovely staff, spectacular location a block from Parade des Anglais, the glorious boardwalk along the beach. Near lots of great restaurants. Great views from the hotel. Super comfortable. Tea, coffee and fridge in the room. Some rooms have balconies with views of the Mediterranean Sea! Comfortable lights for reading. Comfortable chairs and desk. A great place to stay.
Beautiful boutique hotel with protected parking lot in the courtyard, 15 minutes walk from the old town center and 15 minute drive from the airport, and a block from the promenade. All decor was thoughtful and stylish. Quality linens and towels and all bathroom fixtures. Everything kept up in pristine condition. We loved our spacious room with a balcony. Excellent breakfast with great number of choices...
Very nice, friendly staff. Rooms very clean and chic. We’ll be back! :)
Everything was beautifully done with attention to detail. We even found the little card which held the gift pencil and paper contain wild flower seeds which we shall enjoy planting.
Well located, nice rooms but not soundproof…our neighbors were loud…we had to use earplugs…no hot water in the morning ….could have been better
We spent six days at the Hotel La Villa Nice Promenade, located in the Gambetta neighborhood of Nice. Having never previously visited Nice, we selected the hotel based upon its price and reviews. The room cleaning was a bit perfunctory; they didn't take away the old towels but simply left new ones alongside them. However, aside from that, everything else was great. The Christmas tree in the hotel lobby was beautiful.
Extremely convenient, with the subway station just a short walk away. I'm very satisfied and highly recommend it. The service was excellent.
The hotel was nice and clean, staff are nice but it’s quite noisy especially how heavy the door is.
This was the worst Marriott I've ever stayed at! The check-in staff only asked for my passport and pointed to the elevator, without any further communication. They didn't tell me where breakfast was, what time it was served, or the check-out time. They had a completely blank expression, even a bit grumpy. The location is within walking distance of the city centre, and on-site parking is convenient. The only minor drawback was that the shampoo and conditioner were not refilled during our stay.
It's about a 5 or 10 minutes walk to the touristic center of town (the fountain). The air conditioning didn't get as cold as we would have liked. The breakfasts were great, especially the sauteed local mushrooms which were excellent. The concierge was very helpful and all staff very friendly and welcoming.
Definitely recommend for a stay in Aix. Service is amazing. Perfect location. Rooms spacious clean and renovated. Spa and gym on site. Michelin star restaurant, great casual restaurant as well. Great hotel. Please offer Croissants and pastry from Land & Monkeys for breakfast so we can have vegan options for Breakfast. Would be amazing! Also please introduce vegan vegetarian options on hotel menu. Walking distance to city centre. Valet parking and rooms are spacious.
We had a delightful stay with our kiddo. Very helpful and friendly staff. Super accessible to the downtown pedestrian area. Nice pool and gym! Tricky vehicle entrance but otherwise fantastic.
I had a very good stay overall. The rooms were spacious, clean, quiet, with large modern bathrooms and very comfortable beds. I enjoyed my stay at here and it felt safe. However, the room is very small but the location is great! Will consider to stay here again if I ever travel back to Paris.
We were taken care of very well by Mr Rehan, the FrontDesk Manager. He was attentive and helped to address our concerns promptly. The hotel location is superb as it’s close to Lafayette, lots of good eateries, and walking distance to St Honore and the Lourve. Will definitely stay here again. And hopefully we get to be assigned a room that’s facing the main Rue Haussmann!!
I love this hotel :) The location and service was perfact! Especially thanks to Vanessa! She cares about our honeymoon, and ask her menager to do something for us. Actually we left 3 more days in this hotel, but I'm sure choosing this hotel is one of my best choice during honeymoon. Room condition, hot water, location, service, everything is all good. Thank you for making lovely honeymoon 🫶
Good location but hotel not up to much. Rooms are looking little tired, bed was uncomfortable as mattress was so soft you could practically feel the springs and the room was red hot. Good location, friendly reception. Executive Room a tad small compared with our previous experiences. That said, up on the fifth floor, we had two "opening" windows (prefer fresh air to air-con) so that was good! Closed, the room was well insulated re sound. I stayed at this hotel on a business trip. The location is excellent, and the 7th-floor restaurant has an unbeatable sea view. Great hotel room and classic Ibis
Three stars because of breakfast both food and attitude of breakfast personnel. Helpful staff in the reception. Nice room. Very good location. Breakfast both food and restaurant staff of very low quality. I have never seen personnel which collects cutlery from jars with products at 9:58 if breakfast ends at 10:00. Lack of food between 9:00 and 10:00. From 9:00 they do not add any missing products....

The location is incredibly convenient! Seriously, it's super easy to get around from here. It's really close to the Arc de Triomphe, and you can walk pretty much anywhere. There's even a Starbucks just 150 meters away. And the hotel staff were really enthusiastic too!
The hotel room was incredibly small; there was barely any space to walk once my suitcase was open. The breakfast was monotonous, serving the same items every day. While the coffee made by the staff tasted good, the service was extremely slow, and we had to wait a long time. Plus, each person was only allowed one cup, which I've never encountered before.

During the booking process, it wasn't mentioned that parking was paid, and it wasn't indicated. The reception and breakfast were very good. There was no air conditioning in the room, so it was too hot. A bit small for the price.
There were three of us; the third bed (bunk bed) needed making, and we found hair. The bathroom was tiny. It's a two-star hotel, and the price is low, but it could use some cleanliness and space. The location, however, is excellent, very close to the center.
The room is narrow, but clean, modern plumbing, comfortable bed. Excellent location. One or two nights will be ideal for those who want to save money and live practically in the center of Bordeaux.
1. The location is right for a tourist - quite far from the train station - and very close to the center, there is a tram stop nearby, which can replace all transport in Bordeaux.
