Beautiful stay in Cannes - perfect heaven! Lovely accommodation with large room and ensuite. Nice balcony. Enjoyed the gym and pool. Good location for the town. Very peaceful stay in beautiful Cannes.

We loved the place, beautiful settings, friendly personnel, good beds, convenient parking and close to Cannes. Two points we would change: remove carpets from the rooms and upgrade tables/chairs in the breakfast restaurant (inside).

I cannot fault this hotel. We had three rooms for a family of 6. The hotel's location is quiet yet convenient to Cannes centre and La Croisette...circa 15 mins walk. The hotel is spotlessly clean...absolutely shining...The staff were very warm and welcoming. I could only recommend this hotel, it was perfect for our needs.

Very exquisite hotel! Friendly service!

Good overall experience. The hotel is in a quiet area. The gym is not much of a gym, there are no dumbbells or weights to use, mostly just cardio equipment. Staff were excellent!

Realy grateful for the staff for changing our room from the ground floor to the first floor. The water activities that were possible there were very fun and good. The beach was very close as well.

We, a couple aged 27, stayed one night and found the hotel sufficient for our basic needs. Clean, quiet and nice rooms. Breakfast was all right, though nothing special. Yes, there were many elderly guests- but we took this as a sign of comfort-standards 😉 ps. expect cues at the elevators 😂

Amazing value for money! It's a 30-euro taxi ride to the Louvre for six people, which is totally acceptable given the distance. Very convenient! The front desk staff were also lovely and incredibly welcoming. And the breakfast pastries were delicious!

Amazing hotel, no issues here.

It's a little far from the tourist spots, but the station is right in front so it's easy to get around! The rooms are spacious and staff are available 24 hours a day, so you can rest assured!

This is the hotel I usually stay at when I visit Paris. The front desk has staff who speak Chinese. The rooms are very clean overall. There are Chinese restaurants and a pharmacy nearby, so the overall amenities are quite convenient. I highly recommend staying here.

Although the room rate is not low, the size and the quality of the room type is very good! Staff are all very helpful. Just that they double charged the city tax to my credit card but they are able to resolve within 24 hours

Ugh, the room was ridiculously small, and it was ridiculously expensive—this is only Parisian standard. Be prepared, it's less than a three-star hotel in China.

The experience staying at Sofitel Paris Arc de Triomphe was remarkable. From the service (at the reception, bellboy, room service staff) to the room itself, the quality was just top-notch. This is a very small hotel. Entrance to parking was difficult: a door that looks close but opens when you approach. It has a minimalist lobby and there were plenty of guests on a tour. Breakfast was not bad for the price. Rooms are small: about 8 inches around bed.

Location is great only a 15 minute walk down to the beach. My room was very basic however very clean and tidy. Nice hot shower with good water pressure. Elevator available to get luggage up to the room. However, no safe available to store valuables.

Best deal you can find in the area that provides a comfortable, clean and safe location within a 10 minute walk to the central train station. The service is average. It’s perfect for a couple days stay and stay within budget to enjoy restaurants or other activities in the area. Would stay here again for a short stay.

The hotel is located next to park area and with direct bus access to the city centre. There is a play area in the ground floor for kids, and gym available in the hotel. A star was taken as air conditioning was not functioning properly.

The room was beautiful and exactly as described. It was also very clean. The only downsides were the lack of a USB-C charging port, no slippers, or other disposable toiletries. Aside from its decent location, the room facilities are outdated, and there's a very unpleasant disinfectant smell!!! It's not worth the price; avoid this hotel!

They used my credit card incorrectly which caused blocking a greatvamount of credit mony on me. It seems some of receiption staff are not competent and not well trained. I had to be extra careful and review everything with them, which helped in catching charging over 1500 Euros extra on my bill.. I caught that and demanded to be corrected. Lousy experience..

The room was clean and hygienic, and the service was excellent. When one of our friends suddenly fell ill, the front desk called a doctor and an ambulance for us. They were very responsible. I would definitely stay at this hotel again if I have the chance.

Very good value. Great location. I studied the map for the parking lot as some people mentioned they had trouble finding and so i had no trouble.

The location is great, but the desk staff is terrible. There were a lot of authoritarian attitudes, frequent mistakes, etc. The worst attitude was that interns had to admit to their mistakes. They said they'd refund the tax calculated for two people, but they later said they couldn't because of the time difference. I was shocked. Please pay close attention to payments and invoices.

Great hotel! I stayed there because I had a concert at the Zenith and there is really only the park to cross on foot, and if you want to move around during the day you have the metro less than 1 minute walk away :) the staff was pleasant.

The downside is that the room was not prepared. The bed: just white sheets and 2 bunk cushions like in a simple hotel. No free toiletries. Hair found on one of the towels. Broken sink plug so the water could not drain. And the air extractor did not work. Not great value for money. Convenient location (near the metro and bus stop and the Zenith)

Spent one night in this hotel on a visit to Reims and was blown away by the quality of this Hyatt Centric. Had a much more upscale feel to it. The room was fantastic and the service from the front desk was top-notch. Would absolutely stay here again.

Hotel is situated within 500 yards of the four different major spaces of the city. With limited mobility you can still get comfortably to pleasant eating spaces and shopping. With more walking you can get to the river front and most of the main areas. Markets and street traders a plenty.

Overall, I liked the hotel. There's private underground parking for 16 euros. The S1 bus goes directly from the hotel to the city center and the old town. The rooms are small but comfortable. The breakfast was very good. There's a shopping center with a food court and supermarket nearby. Perfect for a 1-2 night stay.
