Stayed the first week in February. 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Fantastic clean, modern apartments in a perfect position. Brilliant ski locker rooms with space to hang your boots. This is a 3 Star property! No a/c to speak of … it’s so hot in the room, I can barely sleep or get dressed. To blow dry your hair you can’t do it in the bathroom you need to do it in the dark room . Excellent location close to the biggest mall in the city. Breakfast buffet has many choices including bacon, eggs, good charcuterie, fruits and other foods along with different coffee options. Rooms are cozy and comfortable. Swimming pool is attached to an outdoor area to fan and relax in the evening. I would definitely stay here again.

The pictures advertised for the room that we booked didn’t match the real room that we received. Instead of a cute little terrace, we got a weird half window. They tried to make us pay for an upgrade. I don’t understand why I have to pay for an upgrade when we didn’t receive a proper room to begin with. Leaving it after a night stay. Will not be coming back.

I have a lot of praise for this hotel, especially its service. I had a spare phone, a relatively new one, which fell on the bed. I had already checked out and left my luggage at the hotel. When I came back from a day out, they immediately recognized me and gave me my phone. It is a very reliable hotel.

The front desk staff were very enthusiastic. I lost my room card and they reissued two for me. The room was cleaned meticulously every day, and they even tidied up loose change onto the table for me.
