I misunderstood the distance to airport but still not a long ride. Staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. Our flight was at 0700 and unfortunately the shuttle service starts late at 0615 so unable to use. My only request would be that shuttle begins at 0500.

It was a nice experience for a 1 night stay at Atrium CDG. The Check in process was good, and we were provided our rooms slightly. There was no restaurants available at the hotel after 10pm, so we needed to order for a delivery. The rooms were wide and tidy, and the Lounge atmosphere was outstanding with the highly dome ceiling.

The hotel is at 33rd floor of a high-rise building and quite close to the train station. There are such nice views from the room, as a chain hotel the amnities are quite good but would have wanted a proper coffee machine. The bed and the linens are confortable and soft. The room was quite clean.

Rooms are nice and clean, breakfast is nice. At around midnight I called reception for a spare bedsheet. The answer was "No" and they hungup. I wasn't sure I heard correctly so I called again. The answer was still "No". No reason given, no alternative. still don't know what is the reason for this behavior. On the other hand, the team in the breakfast lounge was very courteous and helpful.

Those who have plans to depart from orly airport, I would recommend staying this hotel. It takes about 5minutes from terminal 4 on foot.

The surroundings were a bit desolate, and they seemed understaffed. I had to queue for about 20 minutes at the front desk to check in. The pool and lounge were also completely closed. However, it's really close to the airport, and there's a train station just a 5-minute walk away.

getting there : you dont need the tram from Terminal 1 (its walking distance and its well sign posted)but you do for terminal 2. The hotel is very close to the airport, which is super convenient. The breakfast was quite simple, and when I checked in, the room door was ajar. Also, there were no slippers in the room.

If you just stay there for closer to the airport for one night, perfect, otherwise no. You can’t go anywhere but eat at their expensive and salty restaurant. You don’t see much except the airport and some ocean on the roof, but not nice culture.

I have to give a shout-out to Trip.com. The hotel I originally booked got canceled due to a strike, and Trip.com covered the price difference for me to rebook. I chose this Mercure to catch my flight. The bed was really comfortable, the location was super close to the airport, and it wasn't noisy at all.

Excellent proximity to the airport: 5 minutes by CDG plus 5 minutes on foot. The room was well equipped and clean, the bed and chairs comfortable. Had a great time at the Mercure centre ville and stayed for 3 nights. Exceptional service from the reception and cleaning staff. My girl left her stuff on her side of the bed during the day and staff left her stuff untouched which was great and they left her side of the bed unmade but they still made the effort to make my side of the bed. If you want to discover Montmartre or a big fan of Amélie, thé location is definitely the best. It’s also easy to get to other districts in Paris since the bus and metro station is close.  Staff was always so helpful and they even kept my butter, which l bought, in their fridge after l checked out ;)

Staff are super friendly which bumps up the rating. Pool was closed for our entire stay which was disappointing. Breakfast was acceptable, there could have been more choices on the cooked counter and the fruit could’ve been fresher. We stayed only 1 night before heading to Cannes. It’s good stop if u arrive late at night. Hotel is in walking distance from bus station ( Vauban) - 800 m by walk. Room is clean, sufficient space to place your bug luggage. But the bed should be changed. The room has bathtub, not separated shower.

We stayed here as a family of 3 adults. The hotel was in a great location to explore the old town of Nice and all the beautiful attractions. The hotel was great.
