I misunderstood the distance to airport but still not a long ride. Staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. Our flight was at 0700 and unfortunately the shuttle service starts late at 0615 so unable to use. My only request would be that shuttle begins at 0500.

It was a nice experience for a 1 night stay at Atrium CDG. The Check in process was good, and we were provided our rooms slightly. There was no restaurants available at the hotel after 10pm, so we needed to order for a delivery. The rooms were wide and tidy, and the Lounge atmosphere was outstanding with the highly dome ceiling.

Convenient distance from the airport

This hotel is really not worth the price except for its good location

The room is old, but the location is great. You can walk to Place Vendôme, Notre Dame, Place de la Concorde, and Arc de Triomphe.

I stayed here on a summer trip to Paris over the summer. I love, love Westins, but this one itself was older. My room did have a view of the Eiffel Tower which was cool. There's an open air cafe on the 1st floor where I had dinner two nights; that is perfect. I just wish the rooms weren't so dated. The locations was okay (a taxi from the train station, a walk to the Louvre).

The best experience i had in Paris this summer during the Olympics, was this hotel. Close to everything, cozy and beautiful. I stayed for 11 days, and it was really worth it. I stayed somewhere else after for few days, and it wasn’t nearly as satisfying.

I stayed here during the Christmas season, but the traffic around the Louvre was so bad and noisy that I wouldn't recommend it at this time of year. (Not the hotel rating, but the surrounding environment)

Rooms are nice and clean, breakfast is nice. At around midnight I called reception for a spare bedsheet. The answer was "No" and they hungup. I wasn't sure I heard correctly so I called again. The answer was still "No". No reason given, no alternative. still don't know what is the reason for this behavior. On the other hand, the team in the breakfast lounge was very courteous and helpful.

Those who have plans to depart from orly airport, I would recommend staying this hotel. It takes about 5minutes from terminal 4 on foot.

The staff were extremely helpful, and the location offers excellent access to Marseille Saint-Charles Station. The food was great as well. I would highly recommend Toyoko Inn for anyone visiting Marseille.

Some members of the security staff were not very welcoming. Both the night and morning guards were quite intrusive, at times bordering on aggressive, which affected the overall experience.

Arriving from the Marseille bus station, we were not sure how to get to the hotel without climbing the steps. See photo. Later on, when I asked reception staff, he says we could go the opposite direction to the train station without using the steps. Checkin and checkout is easy. The room was spacious for one person over night. However, there was paper fragments on the bed sheet. That didn’t bother me too much anyway. Still satisfied with the whole experience.

Excellent stay. The check-in is smooth and managed to get a nice hotel room with a good view.

I have to give a shout-out to Trip.com. The hotel I originally booked got canceled due to a strike, and Trip.com covered the price difference for me to rebook. I chose this Mercure to catch my flight. The bed was really comfortable, the location was super close to the airport, and it wasn't noisy at all.

Excellent proximity to the airport: 5 minutes by CDG plus 5 minutes on foot. The room was well equipped and clean, the bed and chairs comfortable. Big window overlooking the taxiways and tarmacs, and insulated from the noise of the airplanes. The bistro has a very good choice of foods and snacks at good prices, and the breakfast buffet was excellent. Staff were attentive and helpful.

The hotel is conveniently located near three subway lines. Entry is via a code, which is handy. The room has heating panels – remember to turn them on, or it'll get chilly. I was not used to the shower’s hot water heater, as the water temperature was inconsistent. Other than that, the room was clean, and the staff were friendly. The location was excellent, being right next to the Accor Arena, which I needed to visit. I appreciated that the checkout time was noon, giving me plenty of time to rest and recharge for the day ahead.

Adjacent to the Metro was great for getting around Paris!  This hotel was a great base for our stay in Paris, room was good, breakfast was a cold buffet … no scrambled eggs or hot food!

The hotel offers a stunning panoramic view of Angel Bay, and its location is incredibly convenient for getting around. The weather was fantastic during my entire stay, making me want to just relax indoors. The Western breakfast served was pretty good, though I'd personally love to see some congee or rice added to cater to a Chinese palate like mine.

If you want to discover Montmartre or a big fan of Amélie, thé location is definitely the best. Location of the hotel is unbeatable, everything is near and staff is very kind and helpful. Rooms are in decent condition and they are spotless. Cleaners were changing our towels and linens daily. Hotel has a great cooling system. Breakfast was the only thing I expected more from, however, I absolutely recommend booking this hotel.

Overall, I was extremely satisfied. The location is excellent with a wide variety of dining options nearby. The room hygiene was impeccable, and the bedding was clean and comfortable, ensuring a high-quality sleep. What particularly stood out was the efficient and polite front desk check-in, and the prompt room service. The shower had excellent water pressure and stable hot water.

The restaurant is very nice and cute. The food was amazing — everything we tried was delicious. The Steve Molinari fish soup was one of the best dishes we’ve ever had. The portions are generous: we ordered one tasting menu and, for the other person, a starter and a main dish — and we both ended up full. The staff was very friendly and professional. We’ll definitely be coming back.
