The room isn't huge, but it's neat and clean. The hotel's location feels safe, and while it's not super close to the Eiffel Tower or the Louvre, an Uber ride isn't too far. There's also a metro station just a short walk away, a Carrefour supermarket nearby, and a coffee shop and bakery around the corner, making it quite convenient.

The front desk staff were very enthusiastic. I lost my room card and they reissued two for me. The room was cleaned meticulously every day, and they even tidied up loose change onto the table for me. It's a five-minute walk from the subway station, and there are tons of supermarkets, restaurants, and fast-food places downstairs, which is incredibly convenient.

It's great that there's a water dispenser right by the elevator on each floor, and the transportation is convenient. Overall, it feels very safe. The triple room was spacious enough (forgot to take pictures), but the shower and toilet are separate, which is a bit inconvenient but acceptable. There was some road construction right outside the entrance during my stay, so it was a bit dusty.

I enjoyed my stay at the Mercure. The room was a good size, clean and the bed comfortable. The hotel is close to many restaurants, bars and public transportation. Decent hotel, clean and new for convenience to Gare du Nord

The hotel's location is great, very close to Paris Gare de l'Est and Gare du Nord, and it's surprisingly quiet despite that. However, the surrounding area feels a bit sketchy, and there's a lot of construction going on, making the exterior of the hotel look untidy. Inside, though, the hotel and rooms are quite clean.

This was the 4th hotel I stayed at in Paris this trip, and it was the most comfortable and best. I was so curious about the architecture because it's right next to the train station, yet there's absolutely no train noise, and it has great facilities. The price was reasonable too. Highly recommend it! I'd definitely choose it again next time.

Mandarin Oriental, always my top choice and a brand I adore. I landed early in the morning and my room wasn't ready yet, so I headed to the breakfast restaurant. I figured I'd have to pay since I hadn't checked in, but they waived the charge! It wasn't a huge amount, but it was such a thoughtful and warm gesture. My stay was amazing at the Mandarin Oriental, the rooms are spacious and kept very clean. At night the rooms are very quiet , you would almost forget you are in a busy city like Paris. The location is great for restaurants & amazing shopping, and is very safe to walk at night , the soap , shampoo & body wash smells amazing as well.

We visited the hotel during our last visit to Paris to try their desserts ! A truly exceptional experience, we sat in the lounge that was very luxurious with a beautiful decor . We took rooibos tea and chamomile tea along with a dessert Mille Feuille ! That was beyond delicious! The best I have ever tasted in Paris 👏

I just stayed a few nights to go see an event in the adidas arena and was in the arena from 8am til 10pm so I just went to the hotel walking to sleep the night. Overall everything needed is there, very basic room and amenities. The neighbourhood is terrible so I recommend you have a good reason (like the arena which is just in front) for choosing this location, and I wouldn’t recommend walking around...

The room was better than I thought, but there were a few things I was disappointed about: The bedding was a bit dirty. (There was often dust and hair.) There was no hair dryer or refrigerator. Still, it was good to use when traveling alone.

Good location but hotel not up to much. Rooms are looking little tired, bed was uncomfortable as mattress was so soft you could practically feel the springs and the room was red hot.
