It's a nice hotel, but the water is not good. The shower room drain was clogged and the water was not able to flow properly, so the room was almost flooded. The sink was also clogged and the water quickly filled up. The gym smelled like sewage.

The location was perfect for our family vacation. Close to a metro station and easy walk to many restaurants. The staff was excellent and very friendly. They were extremely helpful storing our luggage upon arrival and departure. We were traveling with an infant and they kindly stored our ice packs in their freezer each evening. It's near the subway station, with convenient transportation and is very safe. What I'm not very satisfied with is that it says it has a 24-hour front desk, but we went out two nights and when we came back, the door was locked and there was no one at the front desk, so we were locked out.

The bed was comfortable, the TV had a wide selection of channels, and the shower was hot. Water, coffee, and tea were provided daily, and the air conditioning worked well. The location is very convenient, with subway and bus stops within 100 meters of the hotel.

Forget everything you heard of about Paris being difficult, from the minute we arrived after being cheated by the Parisian taxi, everything went well. It is similar to the domestic All Seasons Atour Hotel. The location is convenient, about 100 meters from the subway entrance, and there are a lot of daily necessities nearby. The hotel breakfast is quite rich. But the room is small and the facilities are a bit old. No negative experience with security.

My mother and me stayed at Le Pavillon de la Reine for a week and had a wonderful stay. Our room was fantastic, the hotel location cannot be beat, the service is phenomenal, and the food (you must have dinner at Anne restaurant!) was amazing! The hotel is in an amazing location however was not as clean as we would have liked. Also when we arrived we noticed the AC in our room was not functioning however that said they put a portable unit in to cover this. It was noisy and meant we had to keep a window open at night so they offered a 30% discount which was really nice of the hotel. Recommended all things considered.

The front desk service was mostly good, and the restaurant staff were also nice. However, the housekeeping staff were very lazy. During my 10+ day stay, they consistently failed to replenish essential items (cotton pads, shower caps, etc.) and didn't always fully replenish the water supply. No wonder some people commented that it wasn't clean; the housekeeping staff's professionalism was indeed lacking
