a young vibrant team has their hands on all the wheels at HOXTON paris‼️ we spent 6 days with our large family over CHRISTMAS….2025… twas a superb experience…. Mathilde…Bastion….& all the team…BUT even though the names of the team are numerous, and i can’t add them ALL…it was everyone we encountered…. la welch USA
We absolutely loved your hotel, especially the lobby area. Our room was quaint and cozy - well organized and comfortable once we were in bed. Our struggle was that there was literally no room to walk around or put our luggage anywhere. I couldn't use the luggage cart as we wouldn't be able to open the bathroom door. I would have booked a larger room if I had known how very small the cozy room was...
Had an excellent stay, staff was helpful and courteous. Rooms were clean & comfortable. Location was convenient. Restaurant & Bar were enjoyable. Had a great vacation with family!
Love Hoxton. Nice vibe. But the hotel was far too cold. The bathroom was ice cold. Too bad when you pay a lot
My first stay at The Hoxton Paris also marked my first visit to the city, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely welcomed through thoughtful details such as a handwritten note and beautifully curated snacks in my room. The ambiance throughout the hotel is effortlessly elegant, and the dining experience was exquisite, with truly memorable food...
The room was great, a good size, very clean. A little dark but the bathroom light is good so not awful. The staff are exceptional, Gabriel on the front desk was so friendly and helpful. The bar is really good, we were served both nights by a guy (whose name we didn’t get) but the drinks were great and again, he was so friendly. Overall just excellent

Waldorf Astoria Versailles - Trianon Palace, Versailles1 / 30

Ile-de-France, Versailles, 1 Boulevard De La Reine 🧭 Map
One of the best places I have stayed in, among the last 18 days in France. Let me begin with the service. Despite the heavy snow going on, the concierge stayed outside to carry all our luggage with smiles and advised us on how/where to park… At the Peacock bar, Mr Leon was an amazing host , extremely helpful in all our various enquiries! Perfect concierges on top of his waiter skills. (I would say...
I was a bit scared because it turned out to be the building right across the street. The front desk service was excellent, but the hotel itself is a bit old. However, it's very convenient, located right next to the Palace of Versailles, and you can even buy tickets directly there.
The Waldorf in Versailles, a charming hotel nestled just outside Paris, offers a delightful stay. During my recent return visit, I was pleasantly surprised by a room upgrade to a spacious junior suite, a thoughtful gesture that appreciated my diamond status. The room and bathroom were generously sized, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing stay. A highlight of my stay was the new swimming pool area...
A heaven of wellbeing just 30min from Paris! I had an amazing stay at the Trianon Palace Versailles: room was big and clean, team members went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, food was amazingly good. Not forgetting to mention the swimming pool! All in all I had a wonderfully restful stay!
Mixed experience, Reception team, Spa/Pool team & breakfast team all amazing. Room in the Palace just perfect. The issue we found was that the bar and restaurant teams are not attentive and seem to actively want to not serve people. Waited 15 minutes to attempt to order as drink ended up walking out. 2nd occasion sat at table and then not served for 20 minutes.
Definitely had charm of a palace and loved the location. When we were there, the weather was unusually HOT (close to 100F) so AC on the fifth floor was barely keeping up. We asked the room service lady for additional room fans and she went on an adventure to get it. Overall enjoyed our stay.

Mandarin Oriental, always my top choice and a brand I adore. I landed early in the morning and my room wasn't ready yet, so I headed to the breakfast restaurant. I figured I'd have to pay since I hadn't checked in, but they waived the charge! It wasn't a huge amount, but it was such a thoughtful and warm gesture. The service is truly impeccable and heartwarming. So grateful!
The room was average, but rather dark overall. The hallway felt like a typical chain five-star hotel, not at all like a hotel in this price range. Staff service was acceptable, and they responded promptly.
room a bit small not look like photo bigger
An exceptional afternoon tea at Camélia. The desserts were refined and perfectly balanced — delicate, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The atmosphere was calm and elegant, with plenty of space to relax. Our server, Paul, provided impeccable service: attentive, patient, and very knowledgeable. A truly memorable experience from start to finish.
My stay was amazing at the Mandarin Oriental, the rooms are spacious and kept very clean. At night the rooms are very quiet , you would almost forget you are in a busy city like Paris. The location is great for restaurants & amazing shopping, and is very safe to walk at night , the soap , shampoo & body wash smells amazing as well.
It’s not worth the nightly rate we paid

The first room type I booked was actually a hostel-style room.
We stayed at Hotel F1 in Paris with our family of four over the New Year’s holiday, at first I wasn't sure what to expect but overall it was a very pleasant experience. The setup is more like a hostel, with bunk beds and shared bathrooms, but everything was clean, well-maintained, and surprisingly comfortable. The rooms were warm and cozy, which was especially appreciated with the freezing weather...
Stayed 3 nights in December (private room + bath). Check-in was easy, though the confirmation email arrived about a day late. The room is small and basic with minimal storage (1 hanger, 2 hooks), no bedside table, and a tiny bathroom. Walls are thin so hallway noise can be noticeable. Room temperature was fixed at 19°C and regulated externally. Clean towels and sheets. About 8–10 min walk to the metro...
Hotel wifi was good but toilet was shared The bathroom is shared and not attached to the room which is not good Did not bring slippers and the front counter ran out of slippers to purchase
hotel was well conveniently located near a metro, room is big enough for families, bed was firm and great to sleep on, had a private shower and toilet which was great!!
A good accommodation located near tube station. However, looks like it is over-priced

The location is great, quite close to the Louvre. The facilities are very complete and clean, and you can even cook some simple meals yourself. There's an induction hob and a dishwasher. I'd definitely book here again on my next visit.
Excellent hotel! It's located near a shopping area and right next to a metro station, making it super convenient to get to the Louvre and Notre Dame!
I'd call this hotel's location 'the light of Paris' – it's incredibly convenient, right at the subway station entrance. You can take a direct train to Disneyland and Charles de Gaulle Airport without any transfers. The surrounding area is bustling with restaurants, shops, and malls. The Louvre, Notre Dame, and Sainte-Chapelle are all within walking distance. Plus, the nearby Saint-Eustache Church offers...
Staying with them for the second time this year. Location of the of hotel is excellent, however the facing of the room is important and try to ask for higher floors. The location is right smack in the middle of le halles, hence the noise is understandable. The view of the water fountain is nicer than the apartment we stayed this time round facing the mall.
It was alright, the location is excellent. It's super close to the subway, right out of Exit 1. You can pretty much get to all lines, and there are lots of places to eat nearby, though the French food wasn't good.
Wonderfully located hotel, in the middle of plenty of food options and shopping, as well as directly beside the metro. Rooms are decent size with good amenities.

The room cleaning was a bit perfunctory; they didn't take away the old towels but simply left new ones alongside them. However, aside from that, everything else was great. The Christmas tree in the hotel lobby was beautiful.
Extremely convenient, with the subway station just a short walk away. I'm very satisfied and highly recommend it. The service was excellent.
The hotel was nice and clean, staff are nice but it’s quite noisy especially how heavy the door is.
This was the worst Marriott I've ever stayed at! The check-in staff only asked for my passport and pointed to the elevator, without any further communication. They didn't tell me where breakfast was, what time it was served, or the check-out time. They had a completely blank expression, even a bit grumpy. It's not like I don't speak English; their attitude was just awful. I have no idea how Marriott...

Beautiful hotel in an excellent location, staff were great also.
I enjoyed my stay at here and it felt safe. However, the room is very small but the location is great! Will consider to stay here again if I ever travel back to Paris.
We were taken care of very well by Mr Rehan, the FrontDesk Manager. He was attentive and helped to address our concerns promptly. The hotel location is superb as it’s close to Lafayette, lots of good eateries, and walking distance to St Honore and the Lourve. Will definitely stay here again. And hopefully we get to be assigned a room that’s facing the main Rue Haussmann!!
I love this hotel :) The location and service was perfact! Especially thanks to Vanessa! She cares about our honeymoon, and ask her menager to do something for us. Actually we left 3 more days in this hotel, but I'm sure choosing this hotel is one of my best choice during honeymoon. Room condition, hot water, location, service, everything is all good. Thank you for making lovely honeymoon 🫶
Good location but hotel not up to much. Rooms are looking little tired, bed was uncomfortable as mattress was so soft you could practically feel the springs and the room was red hot. No proper climate control installed so had to sleep with the window open. Breakfast was fine but nothing to shout about. Wouldn’t rush to stay again.
I had a wonderful stay at the M Social Paris which is in a great walkable location and also super close to Metro. Staff was friendly and kind, my room was beautiful and quiet with a nice view. The room was small and did not have a refrigerator. Soundproofing was average. Guests can enjoy unlimited complimentary coffee, tea, and chocolate on the first floor of the hotel each day.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is great and overall facilities are good. The only minus is the size of the room. We booked 2 single beds but because the room is small, they were joint as "king size" bed.
Nice hotel in the middle of Bastille area. Supermarket is nearby.

The location is incredibly convenient! Seriously, it's super easy to get around from here. It's really close to the Arc de Triomphe, and you can walk pretty much anywhere. There's even a Starbucks just 150 meters away. And the hotel staff were really enthusiastic too!
The hotel room was incredibly small; there was barely any space to walk once my suitcase was open. The breakfast was monotonous, serving the same items every day. While the coffee made by the staff tasted good, the service was extremely slow, and we had to wait a long time. Plus, each person was only allowed one cup, which I've never encountered before.
Nice hotel good stuff and good location
Eveything is really good for this price point.
Very nice hotel in the center of Paris, the breakfast has multiple options, the room are clean and pretty efficient. I liked it.
Unbeatable location. Small room but has everything you need, things are new and very clean. The hotel decor is very chic and staff are friendly and helpful. Amazing bonus that the room was already available at around 11am when I landed early (despite the check in time being from 2pm onwards)! A very pleasant stay.

Amazing value for money! It's a 30-euro taxi ride to the Louvre for six people, which is totally acceptable given the distance. Very convenient! The front desk staff were also lovely and incredibly welcoming. And the breakfast pastries were delicious!
Good and safe location near Metro 7 and 14, about 10 minutes walk to China Town. Fresh fruits provided at breakfast and hot drinks throughout the day. Room is okay for short stays
Breakfast was great, really tasty. There weren't many hot dishes, but there was a good variety of fresh fruit and vegetables. They even had chia seed coconut milk, pre-cut oranges and grapefruits, and the croissants were delicious too. Everything else was pretty good, but the hot water took ages to come on, and it was easy to accidentally turn it cold again. Plus, the water pressure was really low...

The hotel has a great location, close to the Arc de Triomphe and the Champs-Élysées. The hotel facilities are excellent and the service is warm and attentive.
Ugh, the room was ridiculously small, and it was ridiculously expensive—this is only Parisian standard. Be prepared, it's less than a three-star hotel in China.
Located next to the Arc de Triomphe and the Champs-Élysées, it's a quiet spot in the bustling city, within walking distance of tourist attractions.
Good service, very clean rooms, very friendly staff, perfect location. You can walk every popular spots from hotel. Highly recommended.
The experience staying at Sofitel Paris Arc de Triomphe was remarkable. From the service (at the reception, bellboy, room service staff) to the room itself, the quality was just top-notch. Felt welcoming every single time I returned to rest after the end of each day, and even during checking out, the staff left a good impression. Will be back to stay at this hotel!

I loved the location. Close to several metro stops and the RER. So many cafes in a 5 minute walk radius. Safe! My only complaint was that there was no fridge in the room.
Great location Great location, friendly staff and the hotel is very nice / well maintained. Rooms are on the smaller side, I had a hard time finding room to open up my luggage as the floor space was so limited, but everything else was great. They also have a filtered water and coffee station in the lobby which was very useful :)
The room was as small as ever, especially compared to similarly priced hotels in Switzerland. Parisian hotels offer little in the way of service, unless you're a celebrity or staying in a super-five-star hotel. Luckily, I was only staying one night before flying from Paris to Stockholm. This Marriott-branded hotel is in a great location.
It's very convenient, just a 3-minute walk from the Arc de Triomphe and a 5-minute walk from the Champs-Élysées. The bread for breakfast was especially delicious, and the milk was surprisingly hot!
The hotel is in a very good location, near Arc De Triomphe. It is quite new and modern which is not easy to find in Paris downtown.
It's a very beautiful and clean house!
Aside from its decent location, the room facilities are outdated, and there's a very unpleasant disinfectant smell!!! It's not worth the price; avoid this hotel!
They used my credit card incorrectly which caused blocking a greatvamount of credit mony on me. It seems some of receiption staff are not competent and not well trained. I had to be extra careful and review everything with them, which helped in catching charging over 1500 Euros extra on my bill.. I caught that and demanded to be corrected. Lousy experience..

Based on US standards I would rate this hotel at 3.5 it was ok and decent, I expected more from the bathroom... Also the hallway didn't look like this is a 5 star hotel mainly as there was stuff laying around there... All in all good for the price...
The staff were friendly, the breakfast was good, and the room was clean. The hotel is well located, close to Paris city centre, with good transport links and plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Overall, it was a good service and a pleasant experience.
Stayed here for a concert at Zenith. Brilliant location. 🚇 Metro very close, music venues very close and great local restaurants open for breakfast until 2 AM . Biclowne was brilliant. BUT take your own teabags. France has abandoned Lipton for Palais de thé which is Earl grey, green or fruit teas, there is no English Breakfast tea to be found anywhere. Coffee machines didn't work well.
The location is great, but the desk staff is terrible. There were a lot of authoritarian attitudes, frequent mistakes, etc. The worst attitude was that interns had to admit to their mistakes. They said they'd refund the tax calculated for two people, but they later said they couldn't because of the time difference. I was shocked. Please pay close attention to payments and invoices.
Great hotel! I stayed there because I had a concert at the Zenith and there is really only the park to cross on foot, and if you want to move around during the day you have the metro less than 1 minute walk away :) the staff was pleasant.
The downside is that the room was not prepared. The bed: just white sheets and 2 bunk cushions like in a simple hotel. No free toiletries. Hair found on one of the towels. Broken sink plug so the water could not drain. And the air extractor did not work. Not great value for money. Convenient location (near the metro and bus stop and the Zenith)

It was a fine staying but it is absolutely overpriced. Breakfast and staff were good. Location is good and if you have a terrace it is Eiffel view. The building is old, cleaning was so so.
