Pretty good hotel near subway station!

The hotel was clean and near the line 1 metro station which is good for reaching most of the important locations. The facility was not complete but it shouldnt because it is budget hotel, but it worth the price.

Not too bad for 1 night transit staying. The receptionist was ok but seems so tired when we checked in.

This Ibis budget was absolutely fine - I’m not sure what all these negative reviewers are really talking about. This is a reasonably comfortable hotel in a very nice neighborhood. My room was quiet, shower worked well, had no issues with AC even though I know that other reviewers did. Good size room with a wonderful outdoor balcony overlooking rooftops. Location is more of a residential area and about a 30 min Metro ride to all of the tourist sites. Quieter area with restaurants and grocery stores. Metro is an easy 10 min walk and a great park is nearby (Parc Monceau). BE AWARE! Everything closes early on Sunday!

What an amazing place! The staff is so helpful, the room is huge & clean, the breakfast is delicious, & the view into the courtyard is wonderful. I highly recommend having a cocktail at the hotel bar - it's a wonderful way to end the evening. Thank you to the staff for taking really great care of me! The staff were excellent, very friendly and excellent premises in a quiet neighbourhood. Bit of a walk to the nearest metro, but still not too far to travel to the main sights of Paris. We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel bel Ami. Our room was renovated and very comfortable and clean. The bathroom was a bit small but very nice. I just stayed a few nights to go see an event in the adidas arena and was in the arena from 8am til 10pm so I just went to the hotel walking to sleep the night. Overall everything needed is there, very basic room and amenities. The neighbourhood is terrible so I recommend you have a good reason (like the arena which is just in front) for choosing this location, and I wouldn’t recommend walking around...

Good, clean hotel for affordable money, not a great area, I stayed for 3 nights, overall satisfied.

The room was better than I thought, but there were a few things I was disappointed about: The bedding was a bit dirty. (There was often dust and hair.) There was no hair dryer or refrigerator. Still, it was good to use when traveling alone.

The hotel is right outside the metro station, making it super convenient to get around Paris. Coupled with the city's weekly transport pass, the price offers incredible value for money! The hotel is located inside a shopping mall which has a Carrefour supermarket. Being able to buy groceries every day and cook our own meals was a real lifesaver for our 'Chinese stomachs'!

The room si very small and smell badly. I had asked for a non-smoking room yet my room smell like an ashtray. I am very alergic to tobacco and the cigarette smelling. I asked to have the room change but the hotel only provided a person came up to my room to treat the smell. The room still smelled like an ashtray but the hotel would not change my room.. I would not stay or recommend this hotel

I love the room facing the street but not noisy. I love the friendliness and understanding of the staffs here too. I am busy at work and they certainly did a good job with room services and common area services to allow me focus on work. The room walls are not thin too so its quiet. Holiday Inn Gare de Lyon was incredible! Our check in/check out process was seamless and the service was top-notch - some of the best I’ve seen while on my travels. The room was rather small for 2 travellers in 1 room. The shower screen was not the best at keeping water out of the shower area. Overall, the room is okay for a quick stay.

I could complain that once I open my suitcase, the room transforms into a game of “don’t step on your own shoes.” But this is Paris — space is a luxury, not a guarantee. Nice hotel located right next to the metro Station Balard. You need to count with ca. 30 min ride to get to the city center. Comfortable clean rooms and friendly staff. Pay attention the hotel blocks a security deposit 100€ for a stay which will be returned after check out.

Location is near to Metro ease of transport to airport and other areas.  Quiet area for family.  Only thing is no kettle in room for hot water but can boil hot water and lobby- free coffee & tea- self Service . Thats fine.

The room size for City Centre and very near to train station was very good as usually they are quite small. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was quite good and plentiful. The only thing that was poor was my bathroom sink would not drain. I did inform reception but as I was only there one night maybe they did not have the time to fix.

This was the perfect accommodation for a short sight-seeing trip. The rooms are relatively small, but they're clean and they have everything you need, when you plan to be out all day. Walk-in showers are good for access (no need to climb in and out of a bath); the air conditioning works; the bed is comfortable. The hotel is only a 10 minute walk from Gare du Nord, so no need to struggle with suitcases...

Had a lovely stay here, quiet and clean. Short walk to 2 metro stations, and a few really nice cafes and restaurants nearby. Maybe 20min walk to Eurostar train station, which was perfect for us.

So many things stood out. The staff, the 2:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m. snacks and non-alcoholic beverages available to all guests at all of the properties. I will return to an Astotel hotel in the future when I return to Paris. While the room was smaller than I would have liked, I learned that is indicative of most hotels in Paris.

Check in was fantastic and front desk staff was lovely. Only issue is that our room wasn’t cleaned for a several days despite us leaving a “please clean” sign on the door. We ran out of tissues and our mini bar wasn’t replenished. Had to ask the front desk for assistance.

This was my first time in Paris and unfortunately the last 2 days, we were spending it at Belleville. The area felt a little more dangerous as compared to others and I wouldn't recommend it to others. The room was fairly clean, there were stains on the toilet bowl that I had to get rid of myself. The check-in/out process is efficient. We stay for 5 nights and between those nights, some days the tea bags are not being filled in. Thus standardize might be to look into that. The room layout was perfect for us, with a large double bed and a bunk bed. The hotel receptionist was really nice; even though check-in is usually at 3 PM, he allowed us to check in early when we arrived at 8 AM. To our surprise, he even gave us a bouquet of flowers upon check-out as a Women's Day gift!

We loved this quaint hotel. It is only a few blocks from several Metro and train options, and it was a short walk for us coming in via the TGV from Bordeaux. The rooms on the 5th floor require a trudge up stairs, but you are rewarded with spacious accommodations that are rarely found in Paris. We are definitely planning to come back when we are in this area.
