Ile-de-France, Paris, 3 rue Caulaincourt 🧭 Map
A pretty disappointing experience as we came back for the 3rd time and service was very poor.
- no greetings upon enter ting the hotel
- No greetings when approaching desk and discussing topic (just answering strait away the question)
- no smile of any sort, no consideration of our enquiry on bathroom cold (due to wind coming in the ventilation)
- no helping hand when we have 3 XL luggage each...
I booked this hotel for a colleague. The room was quite nice.
The hotel was quite nice. Not the best service, but still ok 👌🏼
Location was great, near to metro . Room was clean and spacious . Amenties was normal just like any European hotel standard , don’t expect slipper , toiletries etc. towel is kind of thin . Telephone wasn’t working to call Recep 😜。if you need iron your cloth you need to go a an ironing room, which is very small and iron was not hot . Overall is a nice hotel to stay a few days.
Location is great. Near train station and a lot of restaurant nearby. Room is nice and comfort. However, the staff service need to improve. There is no shower gel in my room and housekeeper did not realize that. I called front desk 3 times in 2 hours to get the shower gel. Housekeeper clean my room very late until I came back to my room in evening, My room still was not clean up.
If you want to discover Montmartre or a big fan of Amélie, thé location is definitely the best. It’s also easy to get to other districts in Paris since the bus and metro station is close.
Staff was always so helpful and they even kept my butter, which l bought, in their fridge after l checked out ;)

The room was spotless and incredibly spacious. The staff, from the bellhop who helped with my luggage to the front desk, were all incredibly warm and welcoming. There was no discrimination against Asian guests whatsoever. I gave a small piece of feedback to customer service and the hotel immediately sent a generous gift of chocolates and champagne 🍾. I was so delighted! Plus, the executive lounge is...
Very good hotel , everything by was ok
Super good location! It’s right next to Lafayette for easy shopping, and also close to Café de la Paix. The room is comfy, and we can even see the Eiffel Tower from our window. Really recommend staying here!
Good for short stays and great service. Very near tourist spots
Very good service. Perfect located near Garniers opera. Room: nice and spacious, but the window didnt give much light/view, in a corner of a small yard.
The location of the hotel was perfect, it was a short walk from everything. The staff was very friendly and helpful

Good hotel with a beautiful outdoor pool, satisfactory room, good location.
The only negative point is the rooftop, where the products and service are not up to par.
Good breakfast, other things are ok
Nice hotel but definitely not worth the price.
CONS:
. The service is not up to a 5-star hotel standards.
. Slow service: We also asked for cutleries to be sent to our room and had to call back the concierge because we were still waiting for them 15min after calling
. Loud staff: during breakfast time, the hotel staff was speaking loudly and it was quite annoying
. On the first evening, we found...
It is a beautiful hotel, conveniently located and in a safe area. The room was well-appointed, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Our only complaint was the HVAC; getting the room to cool during the evening proved difficult.
Molitor is a nice hotel with a lot to offer, though it’s located a bit outside the city center. The breakfast was amazing, and the room was comfortable. Unfortunately, we didn’t get to enjoy the pool as we had hoped.
On the downside, compared to other hotels we’ve stayed at in Europe, the service wasn’t as accommodating. My wife’s hair iron stopped working, and while another hotel was able to provide...
My family stayed at Molitor Hotel back in July for 5 days and I have to say it was one of the nicest hotels and experiences that we’ve had. The customer service was top notch. We arrived early and they took care of us as we few in on a red eye and were all exhausted from the flight. Once our room was ready we walked in and it was decorated with balloons and confetti and a poster cheering on my son...

Great basic place in a good location. Can only recommend for a nice weekend stay in Paris.
Excellent location near 3 different metro stations. Clean and welcoming hotel. Room a little small but clean and warm. Comfortable bed. Breakfast a little repetitive but decent selection of sweet and savory options. Excellent staff.
The room was small and there was no kettle. The location was good and convenient, close to the Bastille market on Thursdays and Sundays – you can walk there directly! They have fruit and dairy products there.
I chose this hotel because it has an underground parking garage. It's also a few minutes' walk from the Bastille metro station, making it very convenient. The only problem is the room is small.
My favourite Ibis in Paris - great location and decent sized rooms.
The location is very good. You can walk to the Marais area and it is very convenient for various bars, restaurants and shopping. Of course, it is not far from tourist attractions. The subway is also very convenient. The room is very small. This location is very expensive.

The Shangri-La Paris is ideally located on the banks of the Seine, close to famous attractions like the Eiffel Tower and Arc de Triomphe. The hotel's room service is very attentive, and the breakfast at the restaurant is diverse, distinctive, and delicious.
The best Shangri-La I've ever stayed at…
Absolutely the best. The personal is the best in Paris. So friendly , so welcoming super kind and attentive. You really feel welcome and taken care of.
The valet service is top tier. The hostess at the front desk an 😇.
If you are looking for great food or chill time in a fantastic environment filed of luxury and peace this is the place. Top tier.
Alexandre, Zacharie, and Gabrielle went out of their way to give us a great experience! The Shangri-La Paris is an extraordinary blend of imperial grandeur and modern elegance. From the moment you arrive, the service feels genuinely personal and anticipatory, with every detail handled flawlessly. The rooms are beautiful and spacious by Parisian standards, but it’s the staff’s warmth, professionalism...
I had breakfast on the terrace of my room while looking at the Eiffel Tower. Thank you for the wonderful experience.
This was our second time staying in Shangri-La Paris and both experiences were just incredible. The attention to detail and service from the staff is impeccable from the minute you walk up to the doors. You do not need to ask twice or remind the staff of any requests and they do everything with a smile. Room service breakfast is always on time, delicious and done to perfection. We had a fantastic stay at this hotel, thanks to its unbeatable location and excellent management. Being situated right next to the train station made exploring the city incredibly convenient and stress-free. The hotel itself features great modern facilities, including a well-equipped gym that was perfect for a quick workout. What truly made our visit stand out, though, was the wonderful team; the...
The shower pressure was good, but the drain was incredibly slow. Every shower felt like it was going to flood the bathroom. The location was great though, just a one-minute walk from Gare de Lyon through the hotel's back entrance.
The biggest advantage: convenient transportation! It's super convenient, just 100 meters walk from the subway station. Both the RER and metro are easily accessible, and you can get to the Louvre and Arc de Triomphe within 20 minutes. It's also very close to Gare de Lyon, about a 200-meter walk.
Room: Similar to the standard size of an Atour Hotel in China? It's not small for Paris, but it definitely...
Very close to gare de Lyon station Very comfortable for Paris transportation. Room is very large enough with the full buffet breakfast. Next trip , we will stay again.
I usually do not post review, but this is bad.
1. Aircon is very weak and not cool, have to open windows
2. The hair blower is spoilt
3. Power trip on 3rd day.
4. Mattress is so soft, when u sit on it, it felt like a sinking hole.
The room size was decent, enough for two suitcases, and the 1.5-meter bed was acceptable for two people. The shower water temperature was a bit low, and the pillows and duvet weren't down, so they felt a bit cool. Overall, it was acceptable.

ReMix Hotel’s location is very accessible and just few steps away from train and tram stations. The vibe was so cool. The lobby takes you back in time but also allowing you to appreciate things in the past. Would love to go back in the same hotel in the future whenever I am in Paris.
The room was too small!!! Didnt come with a closet which made it difficult for my husband and I to move around or open our luggage in the room.
Also they insisted on a €100 deposit which I feel is too much compared to the rate of the room.
Good part:
Very close to the metro station. Made it easy moving around in Paris. Going to the Eiffel Tower is about 2 stops from the metro.
Good things to...
This hotel's location is very good, the cleanliness is also very good.
Friendly staffs and strategic location. Just the room is small other than that all goid
Very bad customer service at reception and restaurant rude customer service, no appreciation and rudely respond persons photo attached

Nice place for staying. The room was clean and tidy and also with a very good city view.
Arrived in the morning and thought I'd just drop off my luggage first, but the front desk actually checked me in right away, which was really nice and thoughtful. However, I requested a high floor but was given the lowest one. There was no view outside the window at all. Also, you can hear the train passing by quite loudly, which is a bit noisy. I wonder if the higher floor rooms experience the same...
Nice hotel and very helpful staff! Good location to walk ti Gare de Lyon station just few minutes away. I will be back here again whenever I come to Paris!
The room was clean, spacious, and bright. There are many restaurants downstairs, and it's just a 3-minute walk to Lyon Station.
This hotel is right next to Lyon Station. It's less than a two-minute walk from the moment you exit the station. Plus, it has metro and RER train access (direct to Disneyland and the Eiffel Tower). There are also French restaurants nearby that are open until midnight. The rooms are newer and brighter than other hotels in Paris, and the atmosphere is comfortable. The front desk staff are also very friendly
The room was great, it's a very new hotel and much better than other hotels in terms of cleanliness and facilities. The location is excellent, right outside Lyon Station with great public transport links. You can even see the Eiffel Tower from your bedside.

The hotel facilities are a bit old.
Location is convenient for the area it is in. A great view of the canal and the park.
Room is very small and basic.
I am traveling to Paris for the second year. Overall, it’s a good hotel with reasonable prices, but the room and bathroom are very small. The breakfast is not very diverse, so this year we booked without breakfast.
Close to the science city of Paris. But surrounding area is not very safe. Homeless can be found near by. Not so recommend for family trip.
ibis as a company as a whole would normally bring thoughts of cheap, decent budget hotels. Even though this hotel in particular has no obvious indication of being a budget hotel, the facilities are essentially equal and the rooms could be considered of lower quality and size, but still charging a higher price than the budget ibis hotels. The service is not amazing; language barriers can sometimes pose...

I am very satisfied with everything. I will do my best to come back and stay again!
The food is pretty good, breakfast is average, and the wine shop service is great.
This is my favorite hotel in Paris right now. It has all the latest amenities, including a Dyson hair dryer, wireless charger, and Bluetooth speakers. The only problem is that it's always packed.
Treated myself on the last night of a Paris birthday trip, the team spoilt us to the moon knowing that it was my birthday. Nobody else celebrates birthdays like Plaza Athénée Paris. And highly recommend you to book the Avenue Montaigne room, totally worth the magical experience!
The hotel is gorgeous, with red and red ornaments, carved beams and painted buildings. Since my room was not available when I arrived, I was given a free upgrade to a suite that cost more than three times the price. The service was also excellent!

The hotel room was clean and the bed was comfortable, but the pillows weren't great! The family room was too small; it was hard to move around once our luggage was open. The hotel is not far from the Porte De Versailles Metro station on Line 12, about a 500-meter walk. However, it's mostly uphill, which can be a bit challenging if you're pulling luggage. Clean hotel, not far from gare du nord, about 10 mins by taxi. Takes about 30 mins to get to effiel tower from here though in peak times (via taxi) so not an ideal base if you’re going to that area.
We had a bunk bed and the kids loved it. Happy with the room overall.
It's a budget hotel so you can't expect a lot.
