The A/C died for our first night in the hot summer. The property did not offer us anything for our trouble. Despite this, the luggage storage was helpful and I appreciated the selzter water on tap. The front desk man was very helpful. Do be aware that it is a couple blocks from the nice area by St Martin. The immediate surroundings are sketchy and filled with homeless encampments.

I had a double room (407) which was perfect as I was staying alone. If you book for two, make sure you get a more spacious room. The room was clean and cleaned daily and I appreciated the AC during a very hot week in Paris. The location is ideal with 3 metro stations walking distance. Canal Saint Martin is such a nice area.

Ibis is always reliable. This was my third stay after two stays in the faubourg st Antoine location. Very nice and calm neighborhood. I love canal st Martin. I did get mild allergic reactions to the room though so if you have any sensitivities, I would check in with them about the products they use.

I had a great experience staying at this hotel. The location is perfect — just a short walk from the Canal Saint-Martin, surrounded by charming cafés, bakeries, and local shops. It’s also very convenient for getting around the city, with metro stations nearby.

The staff were friendly, professional, and helpful throughout my stay. My room was clean, quiet, and comfortable — exactly what you’d expect from Ibis standards. The bed was especially comfortable, and I appreciated the strong Wi-Fi and air conditioning.

Overall, excellent value for money. This wasn't my first time there and sure will not be the last one.

I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, convenient, and welcoming place to stay in Paris!

Walking distance of three metro stations, great location. Luggage store available, reception staff friendly. Good selection for breakfast, shower strong and hot. Beds comfortable. Fine for an overnight stay

Ok ...
Lovely location and noce staff, but Accorngeoup really cocked up: phone not working, internet not working, engineer entering my room without even knocking at the door while I was in... The hotel manager apologised, it was not her fault, but it still resulted in a far from ideal stay

The hotel is ideally located near Canal Saint Martin, my favourite area in Paris. Rooms are small but comfortable and very clean. Breakfast had plenty of choice. Everything fresh. We had a great stay!

We had an excellent stay at the hotel. The family room for 4 is well set out in 2 separate areas, so we could stay up with the lights on when the children went to sleep. The staff were friendly and helpful, the location good as it's near 2 metro stops and in a decent area ( and very handy for Gare Du Nord). We decided to have the breakfast which was great value with lots of choice and a good standard. Great to be able to check in at 2pm and out at midday too! I'd definitely recommend it and we'll be back next time we're in Paris.

Great hotel for visiting Paris. The metro station Louis Blanc takes you right to the banks of the Seine, near the Louvre and Châtelet. Another station Jaurès is also useful. There is someone on duty 24 hours and you have to ring the front door bell to get in as a safety measure. When we came in around 11 pm we were able to have a night cap and chill on the foyer. Very comfortable rooms and friendly staff. No kettles in rooms if you like to wake up with a cuppa but breakfast is served downstairs.
