I had a truly pleasant and relaxing weekend. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm welcome: a special thank-you goes to Alessandro, the receptionist, who made my stay even more enjoyable with his kindness and professionalism. Always smiling and helpful, he responded to every request and offered great advice on things to do in the area.
The property is clean, well organized, and perfect for a relaxing weekend. A peaceful atmosphere, impeccable services, and customer care that really makes a difference.
I can’t wait to come back. Highly recommended!

We stayed in the hotel in late December 2025 with 2 adults and one kid 9 yo).
Our room was 2 rooms with a double bed in each. There was enough space and the hotel was very nice. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was extra, but very good (super baguettes and croissants 😋).
The location of the hotel is great as well, there are 2 metro lines within 5min walking distance and also several Bus lines going nearby. We reached all sights easily.
There are dozens of restaurants around the hotel (all within 5min walking distance) and some supermarkets as well.
All in all a great place to stay and we will come back for our next visit.

Me and my cousin stayed at this lovely hotel for a weekend we felt so welcome!
The staff was very friendly and helpful we could ask them anything and they were so kind!
The room was perfect LOVED LOVED the airco and the shower pressure was better then at home!
We are definitely coming back!!

A quiet hotel on a quiet street and very close to everything. Friendly staff. Loved it.
Improvements: lights on the steep dark stairs, tea and coffee on tap to take up to your room would make it very popular.

Fabulous location. Downside was the soft bed and a very tiny room. Otherwise, price was reasonable.

It depends on the room....
My second visit to Hôtel des Bains was a totally different experience. I upgraded to a better/ larger room that faced the courtyard rather than the street. So much quieter. Quite comfortable the second time around.

This hotel is conveniently located within a short walking distance to restaurants, metro and Gare Montparnasse. The rooms are small with barely enough space to open the suitcase, but the bed was comfortable. Air conditioning was good and very important on hot summer days. The hand washing liquid and for the shower/hair in big bottles didn't smell nice. There was no body lotion provided. To get from the lift to the room, it was a narrow staircase first down and then curved one up, which was very inconvenient for carrying the suitcase. The breakfast selection was good.

Although the welcome could have been more professional, the overall stay was very pleasant. The room was cozy with a lovely balcony overlooking the inner courtyard. The foyer is beautifully designed, with plenty artistic details.

Be very careful when leaving...i was charged for my stay twice..still waiting on my refund.NOT HELPFULL AT ALL

The air conditioner in the room was very old and does not work. The room was very warm and suffocating since the air conditioner did not work. Though complained at the reception, they agreed it does not work but could not do anything.
