The front desk lady was incredibly welcoming and hospitable. The location is excellent, right next to the Rome Metro station, and the environment is pleasant. A truly enjoyable trip.

The Hotel is a tiny place, with tiny rooms.
If you're with someone else, maybe you won't have room for all the luggage and the clothing.
So, expect some crowding and disorder in the room.
But, the rooms are cozy. The view from the rooms is not noteworthy.
The breakfast is very good, tasty, and with several options to choose from.
The location is close to a Metro and a Bus stations, so you won't have to walk very far, and you can easily get to almost everywhere in Paris and the surroundings. And, on Rue Batignolles you'll find different kinds of bistros and restaurants, very near the hotel.
Don't be afraid to ask Google maps for the best way to get anywhere in Paris, because it will never let you down, and with several apps for transportation you'll never get lost.

Me and my parents stayed in this hotel on August. We had the biggest bedroom and it was amazing.
I want to thank Jacob for all his sympathy and for all support. I want to thank Sacha too, because he is really intelligent and super sympathetic. All the staff was amazing it us and they always work with a big smile.

Had a great time in Paris staying at Berne Opera. Amazing location with easy metro access and close to restaurants and bars. Jacob at the reception was super helpful. Hope to be back soon!

Been to Paris a few times, this was booked through a travel partner. We were not permitted to check in prior to their checkin time which is unusual, especially midweek. After returning to the hotel the first evening there was no power to the room, had to wait for an hour to get it corrected as they would move rooms. Room is not like the pictures on their website, damaged / mold in the bathroom (pictures attached). With all the issues you would think the service would be better, but the front desk individual was rude. Location is ok. Will not be staying here again, would not recommend.

It is a small 3 star hotel. The location is superb, the Carrefour is just downstairs which is open from 8am to 8pm. Well the hotel is a bit old-fashioned altho it is big.

The geography of the hotel is very good, especially close to the metro station, there are also good French food and bakeries nearby. It is worth mentioning Louisa's love and patience during our stay dui wo men bang zhu

The receptionist Louisa she was really professional and helpful. Good & safe location. Highly recommended. Rooms are basic and clean. Very traditional type hotels & value for money for sure. If you travel few days in Paris, would be a good choice.
