Warm welcome, and the night watchman was equally friendly and helpful upon our return. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and offered a good variety.

The hotel is well-located and quite comfortable, but the room is small. The breakfast area is also on the small side.

I don't recommend it at all; I've never had so many bad things happen at once. First, they tried to charge me again as if I hadn't paid anything. Then, they gave me an extremely dirty, noisy room with an air conditioner that barely worked. And even when you complain, they don't do anything about it. Connecting to the internet is a whole ordeal, and when you finally do, watch out – someone immediately tried to hack me, so I had to disconnect. They also charged me more for the city tax than what was originally quoted. The breakfast leaves a lot to be desired; I think it's very expensive for what they offer. All in all, the only thing I wanted was for my stay to be over, which thankfully was only two nights. I hope my review helps others.

We had a great stay in this hotel. The place is being renovated, the room we stayed in is renovated, clean and spacious enough. The hotel is also very near to bus stops and metro station. Traveling by bus is most convenient. The hotel staff are all very nice and friendly and they can speak English. The continental breakfast at the hotel was great and generous. The area is a safe neighbourhood. It’s safe to walk at night. There are many restaurants of different cuisine and groceries around the hotel. Highly recommended!
