Hôtel de Neuville - Arc de Triomphe in Paris

ur stay at Hotel Neuville Arc de Triomphe was disappointing and did not meet our expectations.

First of all, the room was excessively small, far from what one would reasonably expect for a hotel in this category. In addition, upon our arrival at around 9:00 p.m., we found the room temperature to be only 17°C. After a long day of travel, we needed to shower and settle in, but we were forced to wait for quite some time until the room finally reached an acceptable temperature.

Furthermore, the level of service at the reception was also below expectations. A few days prior to our arrival, we had contacted the hotel asking for assistance in reserving a restaurant for a special occasion. Unfortunately, the support provided was minimal and unhelpful, which was particularly disappointing given the nature of the request.

Overall, this experience fell short both in terms of comfort and service. Without a doubt, I would not recommend this hotel as accommodation in Paris.

I was about to take a shower, but I noticed that the area around the drain was dirty. When I lifted the cover, it clearly hadn’t been cleaned.
I told the staff at the reception, but they said that the hotel is usually more expensive and that next time I should stay at a different hotel.
This was honestly the least clean hotel I’ve stayed at.
In the end, I had to clean the drain myself.

On top of that, the booking was already non-refundable.
