We have security incident while staying at this hotel and wrote an email to notify them but no response.

The location was perfect — close to the metro, bus stop, and supermarket, making it very convenient for getting around. The room was clean and well-equipped with a small kitchen and a bathtub with a high-pressure shower. A nice bonus was the free coffee at the lobby with a self-service coffee vending machine.

The only hiccup was arriving to find the shower gel in our room was empty. It took a few hours and several requests to the front desk before we received a replacement bottle, which was a bit frustrating. Outside of that, everything else was great and we enjoyed our stay.

The hotel is right outside the metro station, making it super convenient to get around Paris. Coupled with the city's weekly transport pass, the price offers incredible value for money! The hotel is located inside a shopping mall which has a Carrefour supermarket. Being able to buy groceries every day and cook our own meals was a real lifesaver for our 'Chinese stomachs'!

this is my first time staying in a hotel, but I have to shower without hot water and still pay 125 euro per night. unfortunately, the hotel was fully booked and had no other rooms available to move to.
service and location are perfect, only this downside.
If you don't mind taking a cold shower, then it is a good hotel to stay at.

Hotel is in good condition with excellent customer service. We would like to thank Ms Salini at the reception for her hospitality and guidance when my sis mobile phone was pickpocket in the metro the day we arrived. Paris should have more people like her. Hotel is just next to the metro (place d Italia) but pls be careful for those that is taking the metro as pickpocket operate inside and outside especially in front of the mall. For 1st time traveller it’s not advisable at it might get a bit rough during the night. Overall stay at hotel is good just not outside the hotel. Take care for those that is staying around that area.

Hotel was simple. Free coffee and tea at lobby. Booked a 1 room apartment. Spacious. Beds were ok. Separate room for bathing and toilet bowl. Location was great. A stone throw away from a small interchange with line 5, 6 & 7. Surrounded with restaurants. A shopping mall just beside. In fact my room facing the mall (interior). Value for money in terms of of Paris hotel. Definitely recommnded.
