ELSA, Hôtel Paris in Paris

Excellent hotel location near the Arc de Triomphe, restaurants and shops nearby including grocery store. Clean and comfortable room, nicely decorated. Excellent buffet breakfast with lots of yummy options. Helpful staff! The whole experience made me wish I was staying in Paris longer than 6 days!

Fantastic hotel. Close to metro and attractions, yet far enough away to be quiet and not a tourist trap. Never before have I experienced such personalized service and a group of staff who truly care about you!

We stayed at Elsa Hotel Paris from October 28 to November 1, 2025, and everything was absolutely perfect!
Our room 204 had a beautiful view over Avenue Carnot and the Arc de Triomphe.
The welcome was warm, and the staff were caring, kind, and professional throughout our stay.
The room was well-equipped and spotless, and the breakfast was delicious — especially the fresh pastries!

First up I have to say people complaining about this place is either misguided and needs to reset their expectations of a 4star, didnt do their research properly or just having a bad day. My partner and I stayed here for 5nights in mid Sept and will absolutely be back! I booked us a Superior Attic Room with breakfast. Breakfast has enough options to fuel you before you start your day. There's free coffee machine, as well as a water dispenser for still and sparkling filtered water available 24/7. The room we got was on the top floor and what a view it was (see photo); the Arc de Triomphe just a hundred metres away. The room was clean and big enough for 2 persons. The shower cubicle is the only downside (small) but we made do - considering the view you get in the room why complain!?
The staff were wonderful and always friendly and super helpful. Shout out to Morgan, Anthony and the lady at reception (sorry I forgot your name!) - thank you! We can't wait to return!

What a wonderful hotel! This charming boutique property features well-appointed rooms that are relatively spacious for Paris, complemented by a quaint lobby and reception area. The breakfast was excellent, and the hospitality exceptionally generous, with complimentary coffee, tea, still and sparkling water, and fresh fruit readily available. During our stay on December 31, 2024, we were delighted to receive several thoughtful gifts, a free bottle of wine, and a few complimentary minibar items. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our visit even more enjoyable. The location is superb—just a short stroll to the Arc de Triomphe and the Champs-Élysées. Additionally, all necessities such as restaurants, supermarkets, and a pharmacy are conveniently close by. We absolutely loved our stay!

Came here with my husband on our honeymoon and the stay was perfect! The hotel is located very close to metro stations and a walk to the Arc de Triomphe! Would highly recommend!

Amazing location near Étoile/ Arc de Triomphe, with a small balcony and beautiful view. The reception is open 24/7 and staff was very polite while assisting with individual inquiries. Rooms are ok for Parisian standards, they are small but clean and have all necessary equipment and features you might want in a business hotel, e.g. generous coffee station, iron, water, complementary free snacks etc. The checkin/ checkout were smooth and comfortable, they provide an email invoice after checkout.
