room was in good condition was but not the greatest heater so the room was normal on the colder side and no fridge in the room or ice machine available

The location is convenient, the metro is close by.
Dust in the room, zero soundproofing, you can hear the neighbor's message notifications, not to mention spicy moments or conversations, the door to the room slams. stains on the carpet, a hole in the blanket, hair on the bed, a hard mattress. shower with fungus and rust but there is warm water, the washbasin is small and low, it would not be comfortable for a tall person, old towels but clean.
The staff is nice.
I advise you to pay a little more and find better than this hotel.

No complaints about the room or the welcome. The price was very reasonable compared to what's available in the area. There are plenty of places to eat nearby.

Although it didn't bother me, it's worth noting that the staircase is quite narrow and soundproofing isn't their strong point.

We stayed 4 nights in this simple hotel. It was a good base for exploring Paris. Close to the metro and other public transport. The air-conditioned room was clean, with daily cleaning and towel change. The shower head and bathroom door were a bit of a problem, but not a problem. Good value for money for a traveller.

The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood. It doesn't have an elevator, and the stairwell is very small and not very practical for carrying a suitcase up. The sink is small and not very convenient. The surroundings are quiet and not too noisy.

Nice service, good value of the money, room is just ok, considering it is in central Paris. Clean and tidy, friendly staff, close to metro station, and several cafes and restaurants nearby.
