The hotel's location is excellent, right near the Eiffel Tower, making it super convenient to see the illuminations at night. Not far from the hotel, there's also a spot where 'Inception' was filmed, and the observation deck by the bridge offers fantastic photo opportunities of the Tower – we even saw a wedding photoshoot happening there. The room was a bit on the smaller side, but the amenities and service were good overall. Definitely recommend it.

My husband and I spent two nights at this hotel for our honeymoon and birthday trip. Every staff at the front desk was helpful and friendly as we checked-in. We were arranged in a high floor rom with the breathtaking view of the Eiffel Tower, which we spent so much time watching, it was especially stunning at night when it sparkled 😊😍 The room was very clean and user-friendly too!

Besides, the breakfast buffet provided a variety of food and I really enjoyed the cold cut section and fresh honeycomb. The fresh chouquette (puffs) baked by the chef was so tasty! Shoutout to Celine who showed great hospitality and spoke Cantonese (my home language) to us! It felt really special 🥰

Overall, a great hotel and we will definitely stay again!

Right by the Eiffel Tower! The staff were very professional and polite. The environment was clean and hygienic. The room and bed were very comfortable. The location was great and very convenient for transport.

The location with the view of Tour Eiffel was so greatttt. Except for I booked the Eiffel Room view but be blocked by construction site steel bars :(

The hotel felt pretty standard, and they didn't have a currency exchange. I had to go quite far to find a place to exchange for Euros. The breakfast was okay, but the variety was limited, and after staying for three days, I got tired of it.

To be honest, I booked this hotel entirely for the tower view. However, it's a far cry from Pullman hotels back home in China. You can only check in really late. The lobby's color scheme, red and green, is just... indescribable. I also ordered flowers and a small cake to be delivered to the room, which was apparently around 100 to just under 200 euros. I think the champagne was also 100 or 200 euros, I can't quite remember. Anyway, go for the tower view, but don't expect anything else...

The room was spacious, and the front desk staff were very helpful. The cleaning crew did an excellent job daily, keeping everything spotless. The facilities were also quite good, and the food at the G-level restaurant was delicious. Plus, it's very conveniently located.

The room and balcony are both spacious. The hotel offers room service, but breakfast and room service come with an additional charge. The Eiffel Tower is right outside the room, very, very close. The breakfast is abundant, and the croissants are delightfully crispy.

We are currently staying at The Pullman near the Eiffel Tower. It is the perfect hotel. The rooms are lovely, service is impeccable, and the hotel restaurant has delicious food, served all throughout the day (and with a wonderful view of the Eiffel Tower!). I have celiac disease and have not had an issue. The restaurant has a gluten-free area, far from the breads, where you can get a delicious roll and sweets for breakfast. There are so many other options as well along with made-to-order breakfast items. I want to compliment Eshan, Medhini and Celina for their kindness and superior service. They have gone up and above to make mornings a great start to the day. They even gave me a box with some extra gluten-free sweets to enjoy in the room. Richard and Léa are absolute stars! The cocktails are incredible, perfectly crafted, and full of flavor. They are such warm, smiling, and welcoming people — they made us feel amazing from the very first minute. The atmosphere is just fantastic!
