Shower room and toilet not clean as it should be ,blood stains looking like on the wall and brown stains by the door.
I booked a privilege room they didn't replenished the min bar .
Bed sheets and duvet cover wasn't changed the next day .
Some of the receptionist are excellent ,but some of the staff members looked very miserable and sad without any welcoming attitude or professionalism.
Overall for location I will recommend but for the rest please lower your expectations
