Very basic hotel. But clean and had no issues. Hotel does overlook cemetery and they rooms get very hot in the evening . Whilst the temperature adjusted . Still warm. The good thing is cheap and does the job for quick visits to Paris . It’s very close most things . We had great time . Thanks

Becareful staying in this location. Thieve operate the underground car park shared with this hotel
The elevatators of the Ibis are put out of operation so you cant physical manage your luggage on a single trip to your and when you get back to your vehicle it has been smashes open and stolen.
The Ibis is not responsible for the car park however they are for the elevator.
I would recommend not using this location too many thieves and scammers around. Go outside the area and catch the transport to the monmartre area.
This area is gone down abysmally since last visit in 2019.
Markets opening up selling stuff they have stolen from tourist and visitors.
The culprits do not appear to be locals. Such a shame love France and the French scene. But its a mine field dodging scammers, pickpockets and thieves. The police do not care, the hotel does not care. I was going off my last experience in 2019 thats why I chose to visit again.
YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!! TOO MANY THIEVES OPERATE IN THE VICINITY ESPECIALLY CLOSE IN THE CAR PARK WITH CAMERAS AND SECURE ENTRY. Stay elsewhere or pack a suitcase full of chitts and leave it for the thieves.

Location of the hotel is unbeatable, everything is near and staff is very kind and helpful. Rooms are in decent condition and they are spotless. Cleaners were changing our towels and linens daily. Hotel has a great cooling system. Breakfast was the only thing I expected more from, however, I absolutely recommend booking this hotel.

Rooms in Paris are generally small. This one is conveniently located near a metro station, so it's acceptable for a short stay.

The Hotel is situated in an excellent location with the Metro nearby giving swift access to the City Centre. The numerous restaurants nearby provide a wide choice at reasonable prices. The room we had was basic but spotlessly clean. The staff at Reception were very helpful and Phillipe ? the bar tender on the night we used the bar was brilliant at his job and a credit to the Hotel. IBIS hotels are, to us, very good value for money on this occasion and we were impressed. Slight drawback for us Brits? The lack of a kettle to enable us to have hot drinks.

The room was very small, and the facilities were quite basic. Only simple hangers and disposable cups were provided; there was no kettle or similar amenities. Even on the fifth floor, opening the window for ventilation meant small insects would fly in.
The only positive was the very friendly front desk staff, and there's a water dispenser by the elevator where guests can get water. It's a 5-minute walk from the subway station, with fast-food options like McDonald's, KFC, and Five Guys nearby. Although it's located in the notoriously known 18th district, I personally found it acceptable and didn't feel the need to overly worry about safety.
