Hôtel de la Place des Alpes in Paris

Very clean. Great value. 1 minute walk from metro. We stayed 5 days in October when raining outside every day but hotel very cozy and comfy. Good cute neighborhood. Amazing boulangerie just around the corner for coffee and croissant every morning. 24 hour service. They also let us leave our luggage in hotel for free as we arrived early then went sightseeing and checked in at night.

Stayed three nights here and we could not be happier. We were lucky enough to get the corner room on the 4th floor and the view was amazing, but our favorite part was the breeze upon opening the windows. Not only is the location great, but all staff were very friendly. We ran into an issue with the safe right before we were set to leave to the airport and madame moved quickly to get the key and get us going (merci beaucoup!!!!). This was our first time in Paris and wont be the last - we definitely plan on staying here again

I stayed at the hotel for 4 nights. The location was very good. My room was small but very functional. The hotel was quiet and clean. The staff were very polite and friendly. I will never forget how kindly the sweet lady at the reception helped me when my phone got locked. If I go to Paris again, this will be the hotel I choose.

I spent three nights here. If you are a solo traveler like me and just looking for a clean, safe, affordable place to stay for the night and close to the metro, this is a great option. The downsides are that the room and bathroom are very small. There is not much to see or eat around. The hotel has an old feel to it, it felt like I was in Paris in the 90s. But when you consider that this is not a 5-star hotel, it is quite reasonable. The reception staff was very kind and helpful. The location was great, with just one metro ride to the Louvre and the Eiffel Tower. Overall, I am happy to have stayed here.

The rooms were as small as holes in a beehive and the 10 euro breakfast was minimal, but the location was perfect. I was sick when I arrived at the hotel, but there are many restaurants and take-out stores nearby, as well as a large supermarket, which was very helpful. The front desk is very friendly and the hotel is very quiet. Also, the front desk opens the front door after checking in, so security is very good. Conclusion: Considering the price, I don't mind the smallness of the rooms at all.
